We had a reservation at 630 after speaking to them twice to confirm. We arrived and they said that our reservation is at 7. The lady then gave my mother an attitude and said that wasnt true. So they had made my 85 year old grandfather with a cane stand in the waiting area for half an hour. Once seated, the waitress never came around to see if we needed more drinks or anything. The service was absolutely horrible, the food was mediocre at best and overpriced and we will 100 percent not be returning.

Absolutely horrific experience I've ever had! I placed an order 4 weeks ahead of Christmas eve, 4pm pick up, I walked completely taken back with the arrogant staff who completely ignored me for 10 plus minutes, when finally taking my name they pulled the order continually telling me 5 more minutes, I walked out at 5pm, the order was not filled, the trays were not closed leaking all through my car, burning my leg, so badly my family thought I should be seen, all through this horrific event The owner didn't even come out, say nothing, not 1 staff members even offered to help. I have never been so devastated at a local small business as I'm am also a.local business owner and only give my business to locals, I would strongly suggest nobody goes to this place since the village has some many beautiful places that are grateful for the business

Sadly, my family won't be doing business with this restaurant again. Ordered a pizza and it came burnt. Mistakes happen so we call and the said they would send another pie but to give the driver the original one. Weird but okay. We waited an hour and called again because nothing was delivered. At this point we just asked for a refund. The woman who answered was very rude and said the order was already in and we should wait another 10 minutes. So from the original order until the second pie arrived was over 2 hours. The best part..... The second pie was burnt as well. Pictures of both pies are included. These people just don't care what goes out the door.

The best veggie pizza I have ever eaten. They have mainly indoor seating but there are a couple of outdoor tables as well. The salad was also crisp and fresh. The appetizer sampler was ok, maybe a little too much bread in the stuffings.

It was my husband and my anniversary last Saturday and we went to your restaurant for the first time because we had tickets for the show at the Babylon Theater. We are totally disappointed with the food the Lasagna was a total disaster. It arrived half cooked with very sloppy presentation !!!! I had the veal piccata which was ok but the pasta was cold and over cooked . Our waitress was nice but had to apologize several times for delay in the food delivery to our tables. We were running late for our show. Oh and to boot the price was ridiculous high for the quality of food We were very upset and it was our anniversary which thank goodness the show was great but this restaurant was a total disappointment!!

Went for dinner with two other people, their order arrived first, made no sense to wait for me, their food would get cold. They finished, now mine arrived, so they had to watch me eat alone. Not satisfied, I took it home, it wasn't the greatest pizza. You would think a party of three would get their food within minutes of each other, not fifteen minutes apart, ruined for me the whole experience. Taking orders and coordinating meals is a skill that Mullbury is lacking.

The food is great but the service is abysmal. Especially for too good to go orders, when it comes to the business itself making the mistake on pick up times the customer should not be penalized for it. In response to business review- my order was a regular pick up order. I just witnessed the treatment of another customer for a tgtg order.

Had the sea bass special tonight, 7/29. Do not get. Very very fishy tasting and smell. The risotto also was not good. I guess better to stick to Italian food here? Also we ordered coffee and the server didn't bring out our cheesecake with it. Wasn't a good experience 😕 will not go back. Karen C.

It’s cozy and clean. Friendly staff, good service and the food was very tasty. The braised short rib was delicious! You also must try the rainbow cheesecake.

Came for LI Restaurant Week. Picked this place for their high reviews. Maybe they were referring to the take-out pizza (I didn't know was that type of place, but ok). The warm bread was good. The drinks were horrible. The Cesar salad with chicken was salty. Don't know how they managed that. I ordered a pasta dish with shrimp (forgot the name of it). It was soooo bland. Literally penne pasta, a few shrimp, cold chunks of mozzarella, and olive oil. The cheesecake was good, tho. I literally took the pasta dish home to doctor it up, and add sauce and make it edible. But the pictures make it look good. Was kinda catfished

Met a friend at Mulberry street located in an unassuming shopping center off the main strip. We ordered a delicious beet salad and some meat eggroll. Both were delicious and a perfect way to start a meal along with the delicious garlic knots they put on the table. We also ordered a delicious Sicilian ribbon pasta layer with eggplant peas and mozzarella. The sauce was so rich and delicious you didn’t miss it was all veggie and no meat. After that unexpectedly heavy dish I’m glad I ordered seabass. It was cooked perfectly served with deckhouse brocolli rabe in a spicy broth. Excellent dish. For dessert Our wonderful server highly recommended the carrot cake and the lobster claw they recently added to the menu. The lobster claw patty was the best I’ve had. Thoroughly enjoyed my visit and meal and highly recommend to pop in for a slice or a nice family meal.

This is a great place. We did take out, didn't eat in. But their menu is extensive, with lots of items you do not normally see. Fresh pastas, an appetizer egg roll filled with meatball, sausage, pepperoni and mozzarella (unbelievably good), and much more. We all got dinners, and beside the appetizer a large cheese pie. Everything was delicious, and the pie was outstanding. I truly recommend this restaurant. We will definitely be going here again (and again).

$10 for a Stromboli the size of my hand. $8 for two slices of regular pizza and they charge you for a side of sauce. Also very difficult to order unless you speak Spanish. Bathrooms smell moldy. Would not recommend. Pizza was mediocre at best

I'm conflicted because I love the food, but yesterday I ordered a chicken roll. The server acknowledged that it fell, apologized and put another one in the oven. Guess what he did with the one that fell on the floor ?!!! He put it right back on the service plate for another customer to chose it. That makes me question the health and sanitary protocols of this place. Such a shame because it really has delicious food- but I definitely don't want to eat from a place that would serve food that fell on the floor. Beware.

Wow!!! The portion sizes are great! So when dining here be prepared to be stuffed when you walk out! The service and friendliness of the staff was also amazing. This place is not just pizza but excellent dining food that I'm sure you walk out being full and satisfied.

Thank you mulberry street for you top notch service, I ordered a chicken Parm with vodka sauce and just get regular chicken Parm. I ordered three sandwiches and only one was correct, I guess instead letting the customer know they aren't getting their order correct. You get what they give you. Thank you.

My family and I have been ordering from Mulberry Babylon for many years. The current ownership, management, and employees have phenomenal customer service. The food is fresh and excellent. This place always is on time and gets it right. Highly recommend for dine in, take out, or delivery.

Did not disappoint! Christmas Eve catering order came on time and hot! You even remembered to pack 2 extra sternos for me. Highly recommend the Shrimp Francais! Sicilian spirals were delicious too! I have eaten dinner here several times but it was my first time catering here. Will definitely cater here again!

The service here is by far the worst EVER. I’m not sure if it’s new owners or what but when I say this is the armpit of Babylon, don’t waste your dignity or self respect coming here. I just got off a 12 hour shift and this pre made panini that simply needed to be warmed up was the first thing I was eating all day after working a REAL job, I keep checking back every 5 min to find out 20 min later that they never put it in the oven. It wasn’t even busy, there was no excuse. He takes my food with his bare UNGLOVED hand and puts it in for 30 seconds. I ask to talk to the manager WHO WAS BEYOND rude he heard the entire thing play out never apologized said here’s your refund be on your way I don’t need you standing here, as I’m still being cool calm and collected he has an aggressive response undermining rebuttle to everything trying to gaslight me then tries to say his guys work 12 hour shifts too and to get the F out of his store to dismiss me… Unbelievable this place is still in business when the food isn’t even good and the customer service is absolutely nonexistent. Really sad excuse for a business owner. Be ashamed. Do better.

The food was tasty, I appreciated the choices as they have more than the typical Italian restaurant fare. The service was quick considering how big of a party we were, and our waitress was very friendly. Don’t read too much into my 4 stars, it is definitely worth checking out.. just didn’t feel it was 5 whole stars lol

Absolutely the best pizza! I order for my nephews all the time and they are always super happy, even my mom who isn't a pizza fan loves this place.

I just moved into town and we found Mulberry Street within 2 days of moving into town. We absolutely love it. We have had the pleasure of eating inside and everyone was extremely nice and helpful but the FOOD was AMAZING!!! We also pick up and I love how welcoming they are when I arrive and my food is always well packaged. My daughter LOVES the pizza and the Fettuccine Alfredo. I highly recommend the Seafood Combo with Lobster!!! We definitely recommend going to Mulberry Street if your hungry and want some amazing food!!!

The BEST Chicken Parm hero I have ever had. The pizza is pretty damn good also. Another thing I really like about this restaurant is the owner is there frequently and is very involved with the customers and employees. If you’re ever in the area and like chicken parm, stop in a see for yourself. One of the best you will ever eat.

Very disappointed with my first and probably last pie from here. I ordered a crispy cheese pie for takeout last night and it wasn't fresh. I called at 6:26pm. They told me come in 20 minutes. I got there 6.46pm waited 10 minutes in line and then got home by 7pm. The pizza was barely warm and cheese was starting to harden. I had high expectations from these reviews but this is unacceptable when there are so many other pizza places nearby.

One of my two favorite pizza places in the area. I get pizza here multiple times a month. The regular cheese pie is fantastic but where they really shine is all of the specialty slices. I often get a salad slice but there's so many options I've been trying them all and haven't found one that wasn't amazing. I highly recommend this place if you're considering it. Absolutely top-notch pizza.

This is really a fine food experience!!! Although you walk into a pizzeria up front and btw the pizza is awesome, in the dining room the menu is just awesome. I highly recommend it and know you'll be hooked after one visit... The staff is also very alert and attentive. Great place, delicious food and very attractive decor... 🍷

So I grew up in Queens and took Pizza personally, still do. From Queens, Brooklyn and LI, I hold Mulberry St in Babylon with the same high standard. From the top notch staff to the consistent quality of not just the best choices in Pizza but the food. Over and over for a few years now, not one disappointment, not one! Thanks Mulberry St.

I realize Good Friday is an extremely busy day, but our order for a pie was totally inaccurate. Not only certain mix-ups, but the pie was SO burnt. How can you sell a pie like that? Didn't someone realize it was totally black on the bottom, sides, and top? Never again! The person who cut the pie didn't see it was burnt? Are you serious. The cheese was brown! Thanks for your offer but I'm not looking for a free pizza. I just wanted to post an honest review.

Service was excellent. Our waitress was extremely friendly and attentive. So many options on the menu, I wanted to try everything. I ordered the chicken parm, it was a little dry but overall the food was enjoyable.

Tonight was our first night here. I saw the wine and dine special for Friday evening which included two entrees and a bottle of wine for $60 on Friday nights. We live in Nassau but figured what the heck, this sounds good. It was certainly worth the drive. Our waitress Peggy was very welcoming & friendly. They bring a nice Bread Basket to the table prior to your meal which included 3 different types of bread. I ordered the eggplant spinach rollatini with penne pasta and my husband ordered the chicken rollatini marinara with penne which had spinach as well. Both meals were huge and absolutely delicious. We both took half home. We got a bottle of Pinot Grigio which was a full size bottle and it was great. We will definitely be back. They also have Monday night pasta specials and Tuesday night chicken specials which you can see on their website and for very reasonable prices. It was a clean, quiet dining room and and all covid protocols were in place. The front entrance of the restaurant is a pizza parlor with a ton of different style pizzas you can take to go or have delivered.

Tonight I was in the dining room having dinner with my family and I witnessed a really disgusting interaction between 2 ladies and the manager of this establishment. This man should really be ashamed of the way he addresses customers and deals with the public in general. It was absolutely atrocious the way he spoke down to these women and reading further into the reviews here you can see he must have a real complex with criticism. I saw the entire thing as an innocent bystander and I will never ever be coming back, I'll also be telling my family and friends to bring their business elsewhere. This guy has no respect for anyone clearly, especially women. And as a father of daughters, I regret ever giving this place a single red cent after witnessing what I saw tonight. Tragic
