We
visited
Del
Fuego
on
Saturday
night
2/10/18.
It
was
busy
when
we
got
there
so
we
waited
for
our
table
in
the
bar
area.
I
ordered
a
margarita
on
the
rocks
with
salt
and
Lahna
ordered
a
margarita
but
asked
for
vodka
instead
of
tequila.
The
bartender
seemed
confused
by
my
request
at
first,
but
pulled
it
off
because
the
drink
came
out
good.
We
were
seated
and
greeted
by
our
waitress
who
was
friendly
and
mildly
attentive.
We
snacked
on
the
housemade
chips
and
salsa
while
we
looked
at
the
menu.
The
chips
were
fresh
and
the
salsa
was
delicious!
I
would’ve
been
happy
just
drinking
margaritas
and
eating
chips
and
salsa
all
night.
For
entrees,
Lahna
ordered
the
lobster
quesadilla.
She
really
enjoyed
it
and
I
thought
it
was
good
as
well.
I
ordered
a
taco
trio,
consisting
of
a
pork
taco,
beef
taco
and
fish
taco.
They
were
good
but
not
great.
The
roasted
corn
salsa
tasted
like
it
came
out
of
a
frozen
bag.
The
regular
salsa
was
bland
lacked
lime
and
cilantro.
The
proteins
seemed
under
seasoned.
Nothing
seemed
to
pop.
Again,
it
was
good,
but
not
great.
Best
part
of
the
meal
we’re
the
margaritas
and
salsa.
