Great food and service. It is a very friendly place. The salsa, with the chips, has a different flavor than the usual salsa and is really good. I had the Mango BBQ sauce on a chicken quesadilla, and it is the best sauce I have had in a long time. The Buffalo chicken burrito was delicious. I will definitely go back. The entrance is a little weird, but don't let that discourage you; once inside, it will be great.

We visited Del Fuego on Saturday night 2/10/18. It was busy when we got there so we waited for our table in the bar area. I ordered a margarita on the rocks with salt and Lahna ordered a margarita but asked for vodka instead of tequila. The bartender seemed confused by my request at first, but pulled it off because the drink came out good. We were seated and greeted by our waitress who was friendly and mildly attentive. We snacked on the housemade chips and salsa while we looked at the menu. The chips were fresh and the salsa was delicious! I would’ve been happy just drinking margaritas and eating chips and salsa all night. For entrees, Lahna ordered the lobster quesadilla. She really enjoyed it and I thought it was good as well. I ordered a taco trio, consisting of a pork taco, beef taco and fish taco. They were good but not great. The roasted corn salsa tasted like it came out of a frozen bag. The regular salsa was bland lacked lime and cilantro. The proteins seemed under seasoned. Nothing seemed to pop. Again, it was good, but not great. Best part of the meal we’re the margaritas and salsa.

Consistent good food. Good service, Wait staff are always on top of their tables. They give you delicious chips and salsa free on the table for appetizer. Many drink options, I would recommend getting a margarita.

Disappointed, Dissatisfied & Disgusted. Ordered 3 lunch specials that included drinks to find my order with no drinks when I got home. Found a long blonde hair in my taco & my hair is jet black. Food was tasteless & served sloppy. The poor host couldn't give proper service because she too busy running around. Never going back there again.

Let me start by saying this was our 20th anniversary dinner and my husband and I brought our kids to have a nice dinner and Mexican is my favorite food! We had heard good things so decided this was the night we wanted to try it. As soon as we walked in the door the night went downhill. From the hostess to the bartender, the waitstaff and the food. So incredibly disappointing especially for such a special occasion. I had high hopes and was let down time and time again throughout our stay.

Great food and atmosphere! The bartender was very friendly. Food was phenomenal! Felt it was a bit pricey, but besides that we loved it! The empanadas are to die for!

Unfortunately we ordered the lobster quesadilla and it was not lobster..it was shrimp. We made the waitress aware and she quickly returned it to the kitchen where we in turn received another plate however, there was a scarce portion of lobster in it to say the least. Not that I'm looking for a hand out but in that case, a little break on the bill would've gone a long way from a customer service perspective.

Food was good, i would definitely come here again. The wait staff and bartender were amazing. I wouldn’t get the lobster quesadilla again just because it was $23 and didn’t come with anything on the side so I needed to get more for it it be filling but other then that the atmosphere was great

Maybe it was because today was President's Day..took a while for our hostess to get to us. And we were in a completely different section..So it felt like we were forgotten.. I ended up sleeping awaiting the food.

If you're looking for Tex-Mex with bold flavors, definitely try Del Fuego! My partner and I went for an early dinner. I ordered the combo fajita and she ordered the Fuego Burger. Both were outstanding in taste and presentation. The fries were some of the best I have had. The grilled vegetables in the fajitas were cooked perfectly with just a little crunch to them. My partner raved on the burger. I gobbled down my fajitas...nom nom nom. Pics of the chips and salsa (we were a little hungry), the fajita plate, indoor shots, and the outdoor front.

I had the lunch special of 3 brisket taco and it comes with black beans and rice. It was delicious. My husband had the pull pork burrito, he said it's good but my brisket taco tasted better. Today Wednesday its half price wings. Had the mango and the Chipotle both were good. Guacamole for our chips was good also. Service was great and the atmosphere was nice. Would visit again.

I've been a Del Fuego (Babylon) customer for years now - mainly because of their fish tacos - and despite the service and staff still being top notch, the food quality has really dropped off lately. For $18 tacos, i expect the food to look like its pictures and to get something besides just tortilla in every bite. And a single drop (literally a spot the size of a dime) of aioli is ridiculous. I realize food costs are expensive, but so is losing customers. After the 2nd time this happened, I called and spoke to a manager who simply thanked me for calling about it. I don't know if they are just too busy to make the food properly or if it's intentionally to save costs, but our last visit was for 3 orders, almost $60, and it wasn't worth half that. It's disappointing to have something once so good just keep falling short.

Might have been the worst dining experience I've had locally to West Babylon.. had an additional $50 on my gift card and threw it out because I'd never go back. Teach the staff about allergies, and when they tell you about them.. actually put focus on it. Also, there should never be more sour cream than salad in the salad bowl.. Tough experience. Stay away if you want anything more than drinks.. which were delicious.

Always have a good experience at this location. Prices are decent and they offer a lunch special every day even weekends. Good for both sit down and take out. We usually like to sit in and get a margarita to drink. The beef brisket tacos are amazing.

My friends and I stopped by Del Fuego for some quick drinks and ended spending most of our Friday night here! The staff were super friendly and engaging. They honestly made our experience super fun and almost impossible to leave. They also gave great recommendations. One bartender was Bryan and I believe the other bartender was the manager but I don't think I got a chance to ask his name. This is place is a must in Babylon Village!

Food is good, restaurant needs to learn the laws and comply with the ADA and the rights to not discriminate against patrons who have a service animal due to disability. Trying to decline entry and then putting us in the furthest booth to the back of the restaurant. I've been here before getting my service dog for my disabilities for a late dinner and the service wasn't great then either. Compassion and kindness will take you much further in business...

The food was gross. My chicken was chewy and definitely microwaved, everything was EXTREMELY salty and the margarita was made from a cheap sugary mixer. We tried this place because of all the great reviews but unfortunately it was poor chain restaurant quality at best. Our sever was very nice though.

Went for snacks and sat at the bar. The bartender was great, and there was a good place to hang out.

My wife and I had lunch here. We shared the empanada sampler and the nachos Del Frago. It was absolutely delicious. The atmosphere was great, the music was awesome and the staff was very friendly. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

Highly disappointed ! the quality of the steak tacos were horrible and it had a sauce made out of mayo it was so salty . The drinks were so bitter. The only good thing was the customer service . Definitely don’t recommend it and won’t be returning to this location .

The food here is absolutely the best in the area! I've tried a lot of what's on the menu and it's been all good! Love their salsa and chips!

This was my third visit here and the first two were bar and drinks only during happy hour. After visiting this time for the "dinner" service on a Friday, it wasn't bad but wasn't great either by comparison. My server Christopher was very good (He earned the big tip). He was attentive and accomodating all my needs while I waited and when being served. My gripe tho was the food and price point. Normally I don't equate the two but when the bill came, I was baffled. The salad I had was good, but didn't wow me even with the added seared yellowtail 🙄 (not yellowfin) - price: $22.95 Definitely not worthy of the value and secondly their specialty drinks run a price: $14+ each. And there was nothing special about them, just sad and bitter or watery and messy. I've dined at better spots in the City & the rest of Long Island for less and experienced more over overall.

Party of 6, no waiting for a table. Started out with a couple dozen wings which were great. Modelo hit the spot. We had tacos, burritos, fajitas, bowls, chips and salsa and everyone enjoyed. Prices were reasonable and $10 specials that include burritos and tacos and beverage can't be beat. Definitely will visit again

Probably worst restaurant I’ve ever been to. If I could give it 0 stars, I would. The service was terrible. Waiter said the kitchen was “backed up” yet everyone around us who were seated after us, got their food AND drinks before us. The place wasn’t even that busy. Our waiter barely came over to us for the whole 3 hours we were there. He was rude and unprofessional, not treating us like the other customers. He gave the table next to us free shots bc their “food was late”, yet we waited twice as long and got nothing. He even took their check back when NOTHING was wrong with their food. Unfair treatment here. Even asked for a box for my food and it took over 30 mins. I’m not sure how trained this staff, but its not good. Don’t come here, you’ll regret it.

Wow Is all I have to say. First, the staff is fantastic from the door to the waitstaff. Jessica has the patience of a Buddhist as our table had 2 active kiddies and 4 grown active kiddies and she was attentive and understanding. Thank you ! The food was superb from the fajitas to the bbq wrap. Keep it up ! We’ll def be going back

The Hostesses are always polite and accommodating to your seating needs when available. The wait staff also very good been going here for last year at least once to twice a month. The food is quality and consistent with good portions . Overall a very good spot in my opinion for better Mexican food .

Pretty good tex mex, prices aren't too crazy and they have a good selection of food options, hot sauce to go with them, and tons of drinks. Complimentary chips while you wait and the general atmosphere of the place was pretty great. The food is pretty average, which is okay. You get what you pay for and you're looking at a step or two above say Chipotle or Moe's when you come here. Burrito ingredients weren't mixed together well which was weird but not the end of the world by any means. Would definitely come back.

This place is really great. Once you walk in you feel at home, it's so comfortable. The atmosphere definitely leaves you with a good impression. Once your seated, they serve you the best salsa you'll ever have in your life! We like to get a gauc for the table to pair with the salsa..  we love a pitcher of the sangria or margs! As for food, we've tried alot from the menu and enjoyed it. A couple of worthy mentions. Steak or shrimp Tacos Brisket burrito (my husband's go to) Shrimp and sausage Flautas(My personal favorite) Honey Chipotle wings!! Fajitas Enchiladas (Brisket) they have something for everyone on the menu. One thing I didn't care for was the  Quesadilla, unfortunately. It just wasn't my style. I ordered a classic chicken and cheese and felt the chicken wasn't chopped enough. I prefer more of a shredded chicken and a flater Quesadillas. Where this one was very chuncky and gapped it felt like you were missing cheese and got huge mouth fulls of chicken.. just wasn't for me personally. But you may like that. This is just my take on it. But overall this place is great and I would recommend it to my friends and family

I've now been to Del Fuego 3 times and each time was a similar experience. Wait staff are very attentive. Food is delicious and drinks are on point. My favorite is the house salsa, there's really nothing like anywhere.

Great atmosphere. Fresh food with many vegetarian options. Try all the hot sauces. They're great. Go early or you will wait. Have been here many times and will come back again.

Discovered this restaurant last Summer while on a motorcycle ride on a Sunday afternoon. Since then this has been our Saturday night go to restaurant and bar. This is one of the only places you can go and have the food taste exactly the same every time. The salsa is so good that we order the large take out container. The chips with salsa and sour cream the guacamole with BBQ Brisket in it, and a margarita is a great start. The pulled pork burrito is amazing! Great staff and upbeat vibe in the bar makes it a complete night out.

Short and sweet. The food impressed me considering how busy it was, the seating was generally comfortable. Parking was also okay. Service was reliable, speedy and very friendly. The drinks we ordered were well made, and they didn't skimp on anything. Overall this place is pretty darn good, I highly recommend it if you're in the area. Just be warned you may have to wait a bit on busier days, as the place was packed when I went.

Del fuego is usually really amazing but I recently got take out (avocado BLT wrap) and it was awful. I’ve had the avocado BLT wrap before and it’s one of my favorite things on the menu but this time I received a falling apart wrap almost exclusively large pieces of lettuce. There was only a few small pieces of tomato, an uncut slice of bacon, and a bit less than a half of an Avocado. They didn’t have the cucumber wrap and there was little to no flavor besides lettuce drenched in ranch. I know that the menu has changed but this is such a disappointing substitute.

They young lady that sat us, payed us no mind like we Did not even exist, server took forever to come to our table, sis not check on us and did not put my desert order in. Soup was way too salty, fajita platter was good but the chicken was way too dry. However the chicken wings was really good.
