Prompt service and an awesome waitress! The food was great and the service was fast. Some beers they were out of, but all in all an awesome visit! Prices are reasonable and portions are good!

Had a reservation here today for 11 of us for my grandmothers 86th birthday. Got there five minutes before our 130pm reservation and when we went up to the buffet there was just crumbs of bacon left.. And the vegetables tray was almost empty. Said something about it. Waited.. Then went back up 20 minutes later and all the help was standing behind carving station with huge plates of bacon and eggs eating it. Still no bacon for us paying customers. Waitress was not good at all.. Very cold and unfriendly and didn't fill our drinks. We had to keep trying to get her attention like she had selective hearing or something I guess. Food was good but would not recommend based on service. If I was the manager I would have fired at least six people based on how unprofessional they were. And to top it off they automatically include 20% gratuity into the check which our waitress surely did not deserve. Waste of money.

BEWARE! 1) The service is awful. We only received our appetizer after the bartender finally paid attention and asked how our dinner was when it was delivered. We ordered another appetizer, waited forever, only to be told they sold out, yet we watched numerous pretzels come out after we ordered it. The check came and we thought the bartender was a good bartender for taking some items off for the bad service, turns out he charged more for our food. If we didn't look at the initial prices on the menu we would've thought him the best. So PAY ATTENTION!!!

A great place to have a big party at. Had my granddaughter's christening brunch there 5 years ago and my grandson's communion party there last week. It's consistently reliable.....good service, good food, caring staff. Kids aren't just tolerated, they're expected to have a good time themselves. Loved it! Particular mention of server Angela and behind the scenes persons Catelyn and Noreen.......they do parties right!

I'm so disappointed in this restaurant! We tried to eat here tonight for my birthday....but we never got all of our food. After waiting for almost 2 1/2 hours, we walked out. My elderly mother has a medical condition that she needs to eat regularly. I had to pull a snack out of my bag so that she could have something to eat after we had waited an hour and half. Then my food came, but not hers, so we had to share off the same plate. While my family took her home, I had to stop at a pizza place to get her food. When I got home she was shaking and pale. I had told the server and the manager that she had to get her food but they didn't care. Especially disappointing because my kids had made the reservation to surpise me. We had been here a few years ago and it was great. Don't waste your time going here anymore.

The service was very slow. Tue food was terrible. Potato pancake was dry and no taste. The Jager snitzel was very tough and hard to chew. The potato dplings were like paste with no taste and it was cold. The red cabbage-ugh had better from a jar. The food defijitely went downhill from a year ago. Many other better German restauranta nearby. Dont think I will go back ever again

Dynamite authentic German food. Nice selection, great atmosphere and they brew their own beer which was delicious.

Had a big birthday celebration today. The food was good as well as the service. Love their pretzels and sauerbraten. They were patient with me as well. I must have changed the menu 10 times. The fireplace added the right ambience too. This review went from 5 stars to 3 stars. I found out today that people asked for drinks and had to wait 40 minutes or more. The Chicken francaise was barely touched. My guests said it was awful. And my daughter the birthday girl couldn’t get a drink all afternoon

Good food, plentiful, good friendly service. Ribs & crunchy sweet potato fries were excellent. Chicken Heidelberg w/ German ham & cheese topped with mushroom gravy w/ garlic mashed also very nice. On a late Saturday afternoon there was no buffet, but if there is, it's amazingly huge & very nice. Save room for desert, if you can. Decor could use a little refresh.

Went here with my girlfriend, brother and his girlfriend and was blown away. Outstanding service followed by amazing food. The waiter was a gentleman, who went above and beyond to make our experience one worth remembering. The food was delicious and large portions. I would highly recommend to all.

Late lunch, mellow crowd and kind of sweet because I wanted to eat and taste some beer. The porter was Excellent, dark smooth and Good flavor. The Amber has great color, taste and went down quick. My burger was the Herman Munster, mushrooms, onions and Munster cheese; the bun, fries and ect was good. Enjoyed. I am already looking forward to another visit. A must for fresh brew fans and family friendly.

Great authentic German cuisine. Worth a try. Some less than authentic items on the menu as well. I had the farfignugen Cuban sandwich with the best sweet potato fries I've had in my life. Yum. And I don't even like sweet potato fries. Well let me correct myself and say I didn't like them. Oh and if anyone has an interest. They do have dialing pianos. Also they brew their own delicious beers there too.

😐 Seems to be a nice place appearing very clean, not sure why there was a small dog barking a few tables over from me. Although my meal had over all good flavor, my soup was served cold, and my mash potatoes with green beans were cold as well. Unfortunately my 4oz filet mignon was cold as well but...

👍👍 We have not even had our event yet. But I would recommend 1000%. The customer service is top notch and the family run and setting is the true meaning of feeling at home. The minute we walked in to discuss our event we were asked if we needed a drink, food or anything. They were willing to work with...
