One of the most magical touching evenings!! Our first time at the Jazz Loft..it was a Wine tasting Bossa Nova jazz fest!! Amazing.. next time they do it again I highly suggest you attend!!!! We are so excited to attend the many venues they offer!! The Jazz museum is a must see!!Fascinating!! A walk back in time!! The Jazz trio legendary!! They are all so talented & gifted! The owners are the most beautiful couple who truly want to share this beautiful gift of music with all! We are blessed to have this Gem in our own backyard! We are looking forward to the Big Band night August 5th! Call make a reservation check their website ...You will be happy you did!! We are!!!

What a fun experience we had at this unique facility. The cover was 10 dollars for the show which included admission to the museum. I believe they have shows Wednesday, Friday and Saturday evenings...best to check the schedule. If you love jazz as I do, I highly recommend as there are so few options on Long Island. The room is upstairs and has a great vibe. Wine, beer, soda, chips and snacks are for sale. The proceeds go to the museum which was a joy to jazz history all in itself.

I went to the Jazz Loft today and had a very exciting time there. The band was amazing, especially my brother who is the drummer, Ellis Holmes. It was phenomenal to say. You have to go and listen to the most incredible people and music you have ever heard.

Best place on long island to find jazz. The walls are filled with photos, paintings, and other jazz inspired work. Every Wednesday they have art and jazz nights where you can draw and listen to fantastic jazz musicians. Also encourages spoken word and an open jam session at the end of the night. Come out to the jazz loft you won't be disappointed!!!

Love going to the jam sessions every Wednesday. The staff is very friendly and the place is a very cozy and comfortable. If you want to spend one or two hours that’s the perfect amount of time. You can have a drink for about 10-15 dollars when there’s an event. Love the place when it’s open.

We went for a Christmas show here last night. It was a nice intimate setting and the Jazz band sounded great. Comfortable chairs and tables. A small bar for drinks and snacks. And a nice lil museum to check out before or after the show. I will definitely be looking for others shows to go to in the future.

The Christmas Jazz concert was wonderful. It really gets me in the mood for Christmas. It fuels the holiday season with joy and spirit. Thank you all in the Interplay orchestra for the awesome thing you do.

We had the great JOY of going to see the Ravi Coltrane Quartet on Friday night. It was an extraordinary evening and I can't wait to go back. What a true GEM in the heart of old Stony Brook!! The walls are covered with art and Jazz memorabilia. A must visit and see for all Jazz aficionados -and even for those that THINK they don't like Jazz- Try it! Best thing we've experienced here since moving from Houston a year ago!!

Had the pleasure to see John Jorgenson and his great piano player, drummer, bass and violinist. Complimented by viewing the most exquisite collection of guitars. Honoring John Monteleone, even touched one. What an incredible evening. Motivating me to put abalone dots on some of my guitars. Listing to the sounds of the chisels. My beautiful wife loved it.
