Although space is small, it has all kinds of STEM setups and toys for kids to explore. My kid and her friend enjoyed their time there a lot! Btw, the bathroom has a very cozy design.

It's just a small congested unit with bunch of STEM toys, my kids spent an hour enjoyed, I personally would prefer centerreach or middle island or Longwood libraries where you find more pleasure visiting instead of this place.

I'm pretty sure my 3 year old would have stayed here all day happily. Everything was interactive and made perfectly for little hands. We love an hour away and I'm still planning our next trip back here.

This place is fantastic, so much stuff for kids to do packed in here!!! My son wouldn't leave the riceboat. Staff are friendly and helpful, and you can walk easily to food, shops and the water.

Small place but extremely cool for kids 3-12 My 4 and 7 year olds loved the place. Very interesting “engineering” and puzzle stations that keeps them busy for hours We’ve been two hours here and not enough to explore all of the stations

What a wonderful educational experience you can get visiting this unique place. We need more places like this. We were able to learn about science and create digital images. This place is donation based. We enjoyed the rice boat the kids played in. Outside has the port to hang out amd walk around.

If I can give 0 star I would give no star. This place is small, children $6 and adult $8 per person/entry. Toys are old and not much variety. The worst part is that the room has no AC in the hot summer. For $30, we played less toys than home for less than one hour.

My almost 5yr old loved this place! The young adults who work there were very nice, and we definitely plan on going back frequently! It's reasonably priced and filled with educational/STEAM activities for kids.

I brought my kids there on Sunday afternoon and we were all overwhelmed at first. The place is small and there were just too many kids with parents. At first we didn’t know were to start because all stations were occupied. However, after a while we were very glad we stayed. When some people left and it wasn’t too crowded my kids had a lot of fun doing various educational activities. The price ($5 pp) is very reasonable for what’s included. It seems someone is putting a lot of thoughts and effort into this place. I just wish it was a bit bigger. Other than that I highly recommend this place because there aren’t places like these on Long Island.

Great place for kids to learn while playing! There's a lot to do packed into this little hidden gem. We're from out of town and wanted to find something kid-friendly for preschoolers. This was perfect. And reasonably priced.

My 5 year old grandson enjoyed the time we spent in this facility.. 1/2 hour is more than enough time to experience what's there . If there are more than 10 people in the facility there are not many options for you to choose from

I can’t say enough good things about the Long Island Explorium! This children’s science museum is an absolute gem. They are all about hands-on learning through play. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. What sets the Long Island Explorium apart is its dedication to fostering creativityI simple ways. My kids have asked to come here for year's and have practically grown up in that rice boat (so glad it is back).

Fantastic place to take the kids. They offer something for everyone and my kids could literally spend hours upon hours here. The location is great and the staff is awesome. The staff walked around showing my kids some things that they didn't see at first and they helped them get started building and creating.

My children, ages 7, 7, and 9, attended the Long Island Explorium Express a few weeks ago and loved it. They didn't want to leave at the end. The most important part to me was that it was a SAFE hands-on museum experience where my family was able to have the museum all to themselves.
