Great for kids and adults. There is a kiddie pool about 2ft deep and there is a separate spray park area. They've also got a big pool that starts at 3ft and gets to about 8ft deep maybe deeper, I didn't go that deep in the pool. They have pool slides (must be 48"inches tall. Plenty of chairs to sit and relax, along with umbrellas. We had a great time.

They have nice stuff for the kids here and the grounds are so grassy soft. Never ever has my granddaughter ever said, I really like this park until now. There is also a fountain which is nicer in the summer that blows a mist of water on you no matter where you are. Adults can just take a beautiful walk around the lake.

Very beautiful and clean park area. Love the pirate themed playground it is such a cute concept. Love that it’s right by water & has benches / picnic tables available. Parking situation is a little weird/far from the actual playground area. the bathrooms aren’t great & no changing area for little ones. definitely worth visiting with your little ones. (No dogs allowed)

North Babylon has a gem in the Phelps Lane Park, that is well cared for by the Town and beloved by its residents. This park features a Sports Complex, a Playground, a Picnic area and a Pool house with 3 separate pools. All year round you can find athletes playing basketball, tennis, football, soccer and baseball at one of the many fields and facilities it has to offer. However, during the summer the Pool House opens to Town residents with an Olympic-sized outdoor swimming pool, a shallow kiddy pool, an interactive splash pool and a serious water slide!

Quiet and secure park, but very small. We stayed late and cops never showed up, to kick us out. One problem: Too many mosquitoes, because of huge water pond

I love taking my nieces and nephews to this park. There is plenty of seating for parents or caregivers in the shade! Which is important during summer, but the jungle gym does get hot for the kids. There is conveniently located bathrooms for the kids as well and picnic tables so you could have lunch at the park and the lake which the kids tend to enjoy viewing. The picnic area is also perfect for big gatherings with family and friends especially since you have access to the playground and sporting areas

The reason for the 1 is because we were celebrating our 30th class reunion and this Caucasian women kept coming over as if she was spying. Not saying anything but like creeping . Then a park security came and started asking questions. All the while the other people and I mean other ethnicity people had loud music , was fighting, etc. But she chose to go and get someone for us. We were quiet low music had garbage and trash together etc. So for her ignorance I give a 1.

My Granddaughter attended camp for the first time this year at Phelps Lane. The grounds and the pool are terrific and she is having a great summer. Beautiful Park

Maybe the best playground in this area. Very safe, and clean. The children had a ball. Highly recommended

Really a nice park with plenty of different areas for kids of different ages. There’s a toddler and a primary-sized playground, and a climbing course for older kids, plus swings.

This park is beautiful and well taken care of. There’s just so many parts of the playground that you could lose your child if you take your eyes off for a second. I understand your suppose to be watching your kid at all times but the whole playground on top is painted blue and you can’t see your kid up there and the bottom part is so low that I have to go around. Definitely for older kids.

This is a very nice playground. There is a nice body of water there to walk around. This place is free all year. This is a high quality place and nice people. It seems that they have a nice water park.

This is a great park for little and bigger kids. The playground is on turf so for those who attract bugs in the summer, this is not a concern here. The playground is pirate-themed with an area for little one to climb on their own and 2 bigger jungle gyms for adventurous kids. It's located next to a little pond which provided a nice opportunity to slow down for a second. There is lots of shade for parents and the whole area felt roomy so no one was on top of each other. I dont know what the playground is like during the height of camp time because I did see signs for the day camp, but it was nice during the last week of summer. We didn't go near the splash park area or inside at all, but everything looked clean.

LOVE the park, great for toddlers... but there is geese poop almost everywhere. My toddlers tumble, and it's pretty nasty when it happens. :'(

Actually, I was at Annex. I entered wrong door for what I needed. The security guard showed me the way and the lady was kind and attentive. Fresh paint and a little redesign does wonders for a place. Looks great.
