👍 Great day for a walk, the bay was beautiful, but no "animals" allowed. Tell that to the shore birds. People often mention park,

Magnificent view lovely park for children, benches to sit and meditate, a walk/run path. The town needs to clean up the duck poo though. Other than that, awesome !

This is my go to little park on 2 sides of the ocean. The canal that winds around Amityville, which used to be a Sea town years ago, empties into the ocean. I go there on hot days to cool off under the two small trees in the middle. There is a sturdy children's play area w a climbing structure, and a paved circular walk area. I use that as an inspiration to walk while enjoying the passing of boats, and jet skis.💜👍❤🙂 I live down the dead end road that it is on, and even though there is a no dogs sign there, there is a wonderful variety of dogs that come w their owners. The neighborhood that it is in, is very quiet and no one appears to complain about the dogs or patrols. They are my pet therapy. The owners appear to be friendly and proud of their pets.

It's my small park by the sea, no fishing now.

Cute, tiny, neighborhood park on the water, with playground, benches, and walking path. Very small but you don't get that kind of water view in many places.

A quiet little getaway spot/park in the neighborhood to sit, relax, listen to the waves, etc.

😐 Nice fields, they don't have grass fields, only field turf. Loses a star for lack of parking and loses another star for lack of tree cover. Trees could be strategically placed so that the athletes don't have to be exposed to the sun all day. An architect could have figured this out without compromis...

😐 Theres a nasty old couple that try to chase everyone out of it. Gave me a hard time parking in the handicapped parking meanwhile I had the pass. Public safety was kind apologetic and understanding. Fishing was horrible. Alot of gnats and seaweed. But always a good time hanging out with family and fr...
