Nice afternoon at Robert Mosses as usual. They have started charging $10 admission again to non Empire pass holders. The cones remain in parking lot every other spot for social distancing. On the beach everyone respects the social distancing as well. We even saw a couple of 🐬🐬 Dolphins.

Love Robert Moses beach, any field is awesome! I like that there are lots of showers, no need to drive home all sandy. Best beach on long island!

It's a crowded area. Your best bet is to get there early for a good spot. If you're lucky, you can get a spot by the life guard and the area where the bathroom is. It's a fun area to be in and you and the will have a good time.

Even on a cold January morning it is beautiful there! Very peaceful to take in the views of the coast and enjoy a brisk walk along beach.

Went in July mid-week it was so relaxing. Field 6. Mid-week less people compared to the mob on the weekend. Bring hand soap and toilet paper in case they are out. Some bathroom doors are broken so bring a friend to hold it close, just in case.

The female bathrooms were atrocious!!! The smell was instantly off-putting. I watched the attendants "wash" the sink with the water from the faucet and NOTHING ELSE.

Good place to have fun with family and friends. If your kids want to collect some sea shells this is the right beach. A little crowded though. So many seagulls, they steal your food if in attended. There's also a restaurant which is good.

Get the astrophotography/stargazing permit. It permits access to selected parks . I know what you are thinking.. $35 allows a bathroom facility available, as well as offsetting some the cost of having NYS park police on patrol keeping us safe.

Just a nice beach on an unfortunately cloudy day. The sun will come out tomorrow...or so the song says. Weekdays are much less crowded. Cloudy or rainy days are even more so. This is truly a special place for what it is and for what it is not. I love this place.

Disgusting! The ticket guy is so rude. He literally ignored me and said nothing when I was trying to ask a question. He was so hooked up to his headphones and he didn’t say a word. And all because of a shark, the beach had to close and there were no signs anywhere. Will not come back to this field.

Has big waves and so much fun. But visitors not following covid-19 restrictions in the beach. They can easily settle down to yourside.

Miss my LI beaches. People did a great job distancing and respecting others. Good services and clean beaches.. only negative is that Covid closed the showers!!

Horrible place,is not the same as it uses to be years ago,99% of people weren't wearing masks and it's not reinforced by stuff,also people drinks and smokes weed all over and no one seems to care,if you are an adult alone that is fine but if you are bringing your kids stay away from this beach

Great beach and only $10 per car gets you access. Nice sand and dunes. It definitely gets crowded during, especially during weekends but it's still awesome.
