Oh, I loved this beach! Definitely make your way here. It's nice and clean. πŸ¦‹Came here on a Thursday in May prior memorial day weekend & sunset. The parking lot was close to full. But it's still a great big parking lot. πŸ¦‹ great clean bathrooms here. πŸ¦‹a very nice playground for kids. There's a handball & basketball court as well. πŸ¦‹so many Volleyball courts here! So volley ball tournaments at held here. πŸ¦‹ Salt Shake restaurant is here! Great security. I highly recommend coming here for a good time. Came here once it got dark for live music, dancing , drinks & good vibes. Definitely a great experience here!

One of my favorite beaches. It's a long walk to the shore but there's a pickup that goes around and pick people up. After 5pm there is a Live band playing cover song at times old school music 70's and 80's . There is a cash only bar and it gets packed.. Good crowd I enjoy it very much.. FYI: 30$ charge for each car..

Always a favorite for our family. After labor day parking is free, there are a few people at the beach and it's a lot of fun with a large playground. The bar area is a huge plus as well

Nice day at the beach, and I had great drinks and food at Salt Shack. Realizing the season is winding down, it was disappointing to see garbage and dirty diapers strewn all around. It needs attention, even when it's not busy!

Beautiful and pristine πŸ’–πŸŒŠ this beach setting is very family oriented and would be an absolute favorite if you love volleyball! There are dunes of water under the volleyball nets. Also, nearby you have salt shack for food, beverages and desserts, with great bands/live music.

Our favorite beach. You have everything you need. Clean beach, great choice of food, full bar and live music. You can even dance ( maybe not now due to covid 19 ). Also, the security guys by the bar area are very attentive to their surrounding which is a plus.

I love going to visit this Beach. is open, this clean, and it's pretty much for local residents. they have a nice Cabana style Eatery and and area where drinks are served, people can gather that is open to the public. walk the beach, kids can play, an area for boaters on the inside of the inlet. Restroom, picnic tables outside, and an outside shower are available.

There's far too much beach for my taste 🀣 yes too much sand is far to the water. I lived on Hawaii there's very little beach to ocean. I like it. There are volleyball nets. I'm sure this beach is quite the spot in the summer.

πŸ‘πŸ‘ Nice beach, but usually for Town of Babylon residents except on special occasions like the annual kite festival which was very nice. Small parking lot so it fills up quickly, get there early. Beach is only a couple of steps away from the parking lot which is great. The ocean is very close as well.

πŸ‘ Terrific drive along Ocean Parkway, passing all of the beaches heading east from the Loop Pkwy. 20 mile ride on a two lane beach road. The ride back on the bay side is equally peaceful. This is the former site of the Oak Beach Inn. Now a very small beach landing and a fishing pier. The beach...
