Best Chinese food in Long Island. Their broccoli is the best. Crispy and tasty. I will definitely order from them every time when I visit my friend in Long Island. Fast delivery and great price.

The prior owners really did a bad job but under new ownership the food is so much better! So much friendlier now too!

I ordered last night here's my order chicken wings, boneless ribs and vegetable fried rice plus a large won ton soup it was distgusting the chicken was over cooked the boneless ribs were so hard i couldn't eat them and the vegetables were hard i will not order from here again i should not have went against my better judgement

I've been ordering food from here for over 3 decades. It's not that I don't like Chinese-American food it's I don't like the prices at this point. I can go to an authentic Chinese restaurant and eat real Chinese food, which tastes so much better, especially for these prices. I've lived in Hawaii. There's a huge difference between mainland take-out and take-out in Hawaii. In Hawaii, everything is authentic. You can not even get the egg rolls like the mainland. That was the one thing I missed. Thick eggs roll shells. I do love Americanized egg rolls. This place cooks great food, but clearly, the economy is destroying grabbing a quick cheap meal.

Ordered over an hour and a half ago and was yelled at that they are busy when I called. Never again.

Terrible service. I notated online that we had a shrimp allergy and they delivered the food WITH SHRIMP. When I called them to get them to fix THEIR error, they wanted us to pick it up. Then once we got the corrected food, they wanted to take the food with shrimp back....this is the third time in a row that they messed up our order. NOT GOING BACK!!!

Sry, to say this but I'm just being honest! I eat Chinese food @ least 3x a wk. in different places all over the Island as a trade worker, (L.I.). I certainly can critique Chinese food. I got the chicken lo mein pork fried rice lunch special with what I call stale hard rice. With an order of fried pork dumplings that tasted like fish on the outside & pork on the inside. Point being don't fry pork in the fish fry oil. Not too happy.

From day one- 2 years ago we order from here almost weekly. Never disappointed! The woman who answers knows my order by my phone number. Love it!

these people take forever to deliver food to somewhere that is 5 minutes away by car! they need to stop being so cheap and hire more than 1delivery person!!

Great food, if order often they will learn your name and ask you how your doing, the delivery is very fast! Keep it up!

I really don’t get all the bad reviews. Panda Kitchen is my go-to restaurant for Chinese food. Not only they have a good selection of the stir-fried classics, but they also have excellent Lo Mein, Chow Mein, Chow Fun and everything else. Maybe they could be kinder on the phone, but in general it’s always a tasteful and very affordable experience. I order there at least once a week.

I don't know what these other reviews ARE? Been going there for three years. Place is super clean, Especially the area where they cook. The waiting area is nothing new and extravagant but very clean. Nothing old and dirty there. And food has to be one of top five Chinese fast food on LI. compared to the reviews im reading it had to be under new owner or something drastically changed, five stars all the way.

Sometimes these dirty hole in the wall chinese places are the best. The wantons can use some more meat filling for sure. But in this area there really isn't much better chinese take out. Sadly, the Imperial orchid is garbage now. When they changed owners , long river and west islip is not the best as what people make it out to be And the buffet in north babylon is hit or miss either terrible or decent at best. Panda kitchen in west babylon is probably Is the best tasting in this area. The girl at the counter can be nice. Once you get to know her. I was impressed when we ordered the sesame shrimp. As they were handbattered fried shrimps with a thick coating. Pretty tasty. The fried rice is actually brown which is rare these days most places it's yellow. Boneless sparribs are tasty. The place is usually busy, which means a lot of people order from it. So that's good that means it's usually fresh food

Waited +45 mins for the food. When it came I had 4 pieces of steamed broccoli in my broccoli and tofu dinner. The soup was open too and spilled all over the bag when I went to pick it up.

Hope you like cold food…. +1hr plus delivery time.

Called in an order, I guess the female answering the phone could not understand anything I said. I usually call them and order the Panda Special fried rice, and they know me and I have had it delivered promptly every time. This new person at the phone said ok, and nothing came. I called back and she couldn't really understand me. I love their Panda Special, but I don't want another experience like that, I'm going to try Bo Bo Kitchen a few blocks away. Panda lost me as a customer with that phone receptionist.

This is our go-to place. Delicious and quick. The staff is always very nice
