This was our first time here and I am so happy we tried it. The interior was very clean and the staff was very friendly. We stopped in about 6:15 on a Saturday night and it was starting to fill up. We went there for Chinese but I had no idea they had Sushi & Thai as well. I am very picky about Chinese food and really only stick to few dishes that I like. We went with our old stand by.. Chicken & String beans (the husband's dish) & I got Shrimp Mei Fun. As you will see from the photos of the meals, they did not skimp on the servings. They were by far absolutely delicious and one of the best for probably very simple dishes. The food actually had a taste, not like some other places that's just oily and tastes like a burnt wok. The food came out hot, fast and fresh. We definitely will be back again and give the Sushi or Thai a try. ( Which BTW others around us ordered and seemed to enjoy)

We ordered on a Monday, so I don’t know if some of our items were leftover & reheated or refried, but we threw away most of it. The sweet & sour chicken was good. But the rice was dried out and tasted odd. The scallion pancakes were SO oily, crunchy, and just inedible. I ordered the steak pad Thai and the meat was really rubbery. Couldn’t eat it. Really surprised since it was 4.4 stars but it’s like we ordered from another place entirely.

Chinatown comes to Long Island... Yep this could be the closest you'll get to an authentic Chinatown meal without trucking into the city! Take out has been good to us, the General Tso's chicken is the best I've had in or out of the city, nice tender chunks of white meat chicken with peppers, some hot red szechuan mixed in, and a spicy tangy sauce, just so good, we choose this everytime! All the usual dishes you'd expect too, like Egg Foo Young, Chicken and Broccoli, etc. All so good as is their B-B-Q Spare Rib and shrimp toast. We will be back to get the Peking Duck, another NYC favorite, so we'll let you know how it is, stand by. Oh, the Thai fried rice is awesome, pineapple pieces, cashews, so delish! Lots of other Thai specialties too. Save trip take out here. Or, even eat in their nice dining room.

Why is it still hard to find a great Chinese restaurant these days? No more...here it is! Friendly and attentive service, an interesting menu with a wide range of choices, great cocktails and delicious ( fresh and hot too) food! The whole deal! Reasonably priced, clean and a nice casual setting, enjoy!

Everything was very good. My first time here. Crispy eggroll, great wontons and soup, also had Sesuan shrimp and roast pork fried rice. All delicious! Not oily or greasy. I will be back. I don't often give 5 stars because I save for all around best. Also great service and atmosphere.

Got takeout here yesterday 10/25 and the food made my father and I sick this morning. Nothing looked or tasted fresh. It’s a shame because I remember when this place used to be better in the 90s, 2000s. Definitely not coming here anymore. Sorry, but not sorry.

Really enjoyed our dinner, especially for takeout! General tso chicken with fried rice and pork dumplings. Good price and good quality food.

Delicious sushi. Yummy fried dumplings. Very friendly. I wish this place was closer to my home. The dining room is now open. I love their koi fish in the tank right where you come in. I wish I took a picture of them.

I just placed an order through grubhub. The food was very very salty and nasty. I called the restaurant and I spoke to a woman. She stated that in thirty years no one ever complained about the egg food young. I stated that it tasted very, very salty and it's Inedible. She said that there's nothing that I can do and I would need to call up grubhub.

Most of their food is good. But they are liars. They list crab as a menu item in the seafood dish. It's imitation crab which is made of fish parts. I called to tell them I'm allergic to swimming fish and I said they could have killed me. She said there is no fish. I said send me a photo of the ingredients because I know the ingredients. She refused. Wonder what else they lie about?

First and last time trying this place. It was 5:30pm on a Tuesday….Food was subpar, not fresh, tasted like leftovers and was overpriced. The lady who took our order was rude, unhelpful and basically ordered a more expensive version of the same dish for me (because their menu doesn’t load on their site) We only tried it because our usual spot is closed on Tuesdays. Never. Again.

They have amazing dumplings but shorted my daughter wontons and forgot the sauce with it. they seem to always forget something from my order . frustrating because i always spend alot there. chicken is very chewy and rice is so plain

They're eat in service was horrible, guess there take out business was overwhelming them . They must have forgotten that they're a dine in restaurant. Coming from food service myself rule one is take care of the dining room first then take up comes next . Poorly ran or they need to hire more staff cause it's a shame they do have fantastic food. Will never eat in again , next it's door dash if I ever get from them again .

This place has the most delicious food! The service is awesome, the restaurant is clean and atmosphere cool. The prices are great and the portions are large. Check it out you won't be disappointed!

Beautiful ambience, friendly staff. Unfortunately, I have to agree with other reviews. General Tsao's Chicken was less than good. The color of the dish was extremely dark, way to much soy sauce used. The fried rice was dark, dry no flavor, not freshly made. Definitely off, couldn't finish. The chicken, while tender, same dark sauce. I've had this dish many times in other establishments. It should be lighter in color with lots of flavor even though I order it mild, not hot. It's unsure if I'll go back, but definitely will not be ordering this again. The egg roll was fantastic. Good size and perfectly fried.

Everything was so good! The ribs were some of the best I’ve ever had, and the egg foo young was super fluffy and full of fresh shrimp and vegetables. The Thai curry was perfectly spiced with lots of delicious veggies. The service was outstanding and the space is clean and well maintained; it is clear that the owners and employees care about their surroundings and the customer experience. I can’t wait to go back!

My husband and I took our kids here tonight for the first time and I have to say everything was delicious!!!! Down to the last bite of the pistachio ice cream. So glad we tried it. Our new fav Chinese place. Looking forward to next time and trying something different.

What can I say about this restaurant? It looks like a magical fairy garden inside which kind of amused me. When the food came I was amazed about how delicious everything was. Truly an experience and one to be continued often. Good delicious fresh and afforadable....this restaurant is a real winner

I've never reviewed anything before but I felt the need this time. We ordered take out for a family of 5 and everything was unedible. The worst was that the Chicken was raw in both the Chicken w/ broccoli and Drunken noodle chicken. I will never return to Imperial Orchid as a customer

You can blindly pick something off their menu & leave absolutely satisfied. They have the best Chinese food on Long Island idc what anyone says. Come get you some. If you dissatisfied I will pay for your dinner lol I’m that confident

I had the yellowtail & scallion roll. It was mostly rice and wasn't tasty or fresh. The kani salad was mostly crunch. Disappointed. Maybe they'r better at Chinese food. .

First time ordered. Ordered Generals chicken was very light on chicken and they mistakenly put two pieces of shrimp inside it. (Thank goodness no shellfish allergies) we did order the walnut shrimp explains why that $22 dish seemed light on shrimp. No need to go back.

We have dined at Imperial Orchard many times. I can honestly say they treat us like family ever time! We look forward to seeing Alan, Esther & Tina & staff every week. There’s no better place for an enjoyable amazing lunch or dinner. Thank you for the best most delicious meals! Everything is always perfect!! ♥️♥️

This is my "go to" Chinese restaurant. Just got General Tso's Chicken here yesterday (04/01/2022) and it was excellent! Most Chinese restaurants don't make this dish properly. They tend to omit a lot of the spiciness in favor of the sweetness. Not this place! They know how to make Tso's the right way. They actually include real chili peppers in the sauce. That's saying a lot.

First time here and what a find!!!!!!! Loved everything! From the hostess’s beautiful smile and friendly demeanor to the food. Delicious Pad Thai exactly the right taste and I’ve tried a lot 5 stars for sure. My new favorite restaurant!
