wow Long River you should be extremely proud of yourselves having people throw out your food in the garbage. I also don’t wanna leave out how nasty your customer service is as well. Anyone who wants to order from here, I suggest you look for a restaurant who appreciates there customers and the business they give them. Clearly this place exemplifies poor customer service skills without a doubt! Your food not only needs an adjustment so does your attitudes!

Not very happy with the flavor of the food. The hot & sour soup was lacking in flavor and I had to add vinegar and pepper to get it close to what it should be. The house special chow me in was very disappointing and the shrimp was off. I won't be ordering from this restaurant in the near future.

Ordered for $ 100 food at this restaurant. We were told 45-60 minutes for delivery. After 1 1/2 hours no sign of a delivery. We called and the answer was: so sorry, So sorry driver will be there any minute now. Another 1/2 went by no food. We are sitting here with some guests (Birthday) And no food so far. I bet meanwhile the food will be ice cold. So if you want to wait 1 to 2 hours feel free to order at Long River. Quality also is not the same anymore. Less than 1 star would be good or no star even better.

Not the 1st time but we decided to try again & ones again they were over an hour late food was cold and on top of all the delivery man was nasty demanded more tip $5 dollars was not enough we definitely do not recommend this place nor are we calling them again my ring has everything recorded!!

Really good general tsos and pork fried rice. The white rice is sometimes a bit dry. The pan fried dumplings are good too

Really wanted to try this place but seeing staff filling wonton or dumplings with their bare hands was a definite turn off!

If you are serviced by Jay taking your order, you'll have a much better experience. If you have to deal with Jenny, watch out. She changes the prices from day to day and hung up on me when I asked her why our menu Item prices were different from the same order 4 days ago... Good luck if you dare... Dishes are often oily, not as good as they used to be.

If I could give it ... 0... I would. Dinner portion take out was no bigger than the luch size I was told for 2 more you get a much larger portion NO YOU DON'T , it was not much bigger very sad and it was 3.00 more. I was waiting for my food watching the woman fill up cups and she dropped them on the floor picked them up put them back on the table , she did not throw them out SHE USED them and filled with sause.. Eww and they put them by your food. stay away find another place

When I tell you that this Singapore was delicious. I mean every bit of those words. The best Singapore in Long Island. Please come. My son ordered boneless spare ribs and he said it was GOOD.

Over the past year, i’ve eaten here four times. It is an underperformer. Hospitality: 2/5 Quality: 2/5 Service: I was told 20-25 minutes; it was sitting without a heat lamp within 10 minutes of ordering Cleanliness: 0/5 there was actually a long black hair in my lame chicken chow mein Price: 3/5 Value: 2/5 There’s 200 menu items. I’d rather there were 40 items that were fresher and higher quality. This is not 1975; this is average-at-best Chinese food that gets one more try before I vote with my pocketbook and find a serious Chinese Asian fusion restaurant that isn’t trash laden at the lease line or have their cooks smoking cigarettes by the entrance on their break.

Serrrriously this restaurant is me and my family’s FAVEEEE. I love bringing friends here anytime we go to Long Island! The sesame chicken and general tso chicken are SO good. This is not your average Chinese American food, trust me! My personal favorite is the Hunan chicken. It has a great kick and wonderful flavors. I love that this place offers so many different dishes. I get something different every time and so far everything has been great! ALSOOOO they have gooood sushi. Great family-owned restaurant— wonderful food, quick and friendly service, anddd good cleanliness. A 10/10 from me. Mmmmm.

Used to have food from here when I was a kid and it was always good, but in 2020 I got some shrimp lo mein, ate all of it, and woke up the next day with food poisoning. Literally thought I was gonna die as I was blasting out both ends and subsequently passing out, taking turns on the toilet to puke and then have violent diarrhea. Anyway I called the place up and they refunded me but gaslit me by saying “Nobody else got food poisoning from the shrimp lo mein” which I didn’t appreciate. Like cool, nobody else did but I did. Not a fun experience overall but did make me realize passing out is probably similar to dying so I no longer fear death. 2/5, one extra star added for the useful epiphany.

This is the freshest seafood around. The huge menu has it all. The service is terrific. Lots of parking. Dine in or carry out.

This place is a high volume take out joint who's staff pride themselves on the food they make. A full view of their large, pristinely clean kitchen finds full view of their chefs and their masterful work with a wok. For customers walking in and as a recent customer my self, I can tell you their food is delicious and prepared with pride. Their beef fried rice is smokey, flavorful and loaded with seared flavor while their wonton soup is generous and delicious. Pork fried dumplings are hard seared to perfection and the chicken an broccoli is served with it's delicious aujus that many other estblishments dont bother with. Highly, highly recommended, the proportions are generous and the prices are very reasonable.

Service was e cellent, and the food was very good, though not outstanding.

Egg rolls below par. The lo mein chicken has nothing else besides noodles and chicken so plain and the vegetables lo Mein has no nutritious value. Wonton soup is not freshly made. Sushi has too much rice. Only thing decent is the beef negimaki.

Ordered around 930pm Rice was underdone & hard. Sauce for chicken and broccoli was goopy, will never be back. I spent over $40 for this underdone food.

I was very pleased with my order. It came on time it was delicious. I like the way they added items to the chicken rice soup to make it more versatile. My pork lo mein was right on the money. I now have a new place to shop as it is superior to other places I’ve tried. Five stars from me and two thumbs up.

Wife had sushi here said it was OK. I had wings(hair on them) weren't really crispy and tasted off. Pan fried dumplings and steamed buns were over sized ,but I just didnt care for any of the flavors. Unfortunately this was not a hit at all with any of the typical american chinese staples. I'll give another try, but not a great experience this time.

This restaurant has 2 sections. When you first walk in it looks like a normal chinese take out. Go through another set of doors you will see a nicer dining area. This place is better than your average chinese take out. General Tso chicken was good. Be aware the dine-in lunch special menu has less items than the take out lunch special menu.
