Good food and service. Lunch specials have great prices. The apple tuna appetizer is amazing. The pad thai was so-so They bring a salad and miso with lunch special, great value.

The food here is OK, but the service is very bad. We sat for over an hour and waited for our food and saw a family that came in after us get there food. The rolls we ordered sat on the sushi bar for about 35 minutes before they were brought over. I had to ask for water 3 times before getting some. They told us the kitchen was busy but the restaurant was only at about 40% full, it should never take over an hour for some food that takes 20 minutes to make. Will not be coming back and would not recommend. Overall 15/100

I wish I could leave no stars because what was supposed to be a night out for a friend’s birthday turned into a very embarrassing experience. Upon arrival service was very slow while we waited to place our order. We noticed that people that arrived after us were already being served their food while we were still waiting for our drinks. A person from our group ordered a Japanese soda and when it was brought to the table, we informed the waitress that we would like a different flavor because of a strawberry allergy and the waitress seemed annoyed by our request and said that’s the only flavor they have. After our appetizers and entrees we ordered dessert and let the waitress know that it’s our friend’s birthday and that we’d like to order their chocolate cake. The waiters brought it out while WE sang happy birthday to our friend, they did not. Shortly after we paid our bill. The waitress then came to our table to ask if the service was good, we said it was fine. The manager then said that we didn’t leave a good enough tip for our bill of $200, the tip reflected the service we received. We adjusted the tip after being bullied by the manager when quite honestly we shouldn’t have left a tip. Such a disappointing experience. Update: Upon looking at other reviews, this is their pathetic tactic of bullying patrons for a higher-than-deserved tip. Do not dine here, I’d much rather have fast food than give this establishment another dime.

We went there after a snowstorm because it was one of the only places open, but a great experience with great food and service. Sashimi and rolls were really fresh and well made. Certainly a place to come back

Every dish here was very good. This was my 1st time having a sushi burrito, it was one of their popular dishes and it didn't disappoint. Quality was excellent. I left here very satisfied

Tasty and a good selection of food. However I only gave 3 stars because they are overpriced and some of the prices were just rediculous. I ordered the pork buns because my daughter really wanted them, but $7 each for a little bun 1/5 the size of a sandwich? C'mon.

Very yummy. Always fresh. I enjoy the yellowtail roll and salmon roll. Their gyoza is delicious. Hamichi kama is great. Highly recommend. I also like the wait staff everyone is so nice.

Our family loves Masa. We order talk out all the time and have dined in . Everything we have ordered is outstanding. It is our go to for Japanese food. It blows Mito out of the water. Best Japanese in Babylon.Excellent service inside restaurant and with delivery.

This is the best sushi on Long Island, hands down. Their coconut martinis are also amazing. Danny, the owner, is so kind, and their whole staff gives top notch service.

This is our home sushi restaurant. My girlfriend and I visit here regularly. The staff is extremely friendly. The owners are very involved and check the customer satisfaction regularly. I highly recommend their apps and cocktail. There sushi is fantastic. I highly recommend this restaurant if you are in the area.

Quick service, great sushi. Rock shrimp and asparagus tempura appetizer was good but shpuld of had more asparagus. The surf & turf roll won the table. It was outstanding!

Just had the surf and turf roll , salmon avocado roll , wife had a bento box with miso soup and 3 rolls. Best sushi I had in a long time. Sushi tasted fresh and the rolls were not cheesy. Server was very pleasant also.

I enjoy the food and atmosphere of Masa. We've been frequenting Masa since before they were some of the same owners of Sakura. The "pizza" is one of my favorite apps, I highly recommend it. The service is fast and friendly.

I have been an avid patron since I move to The Babylon area since 2004. I know Danny, Shirley and his family and staff since they were located across the street and in Copiague. I now live in NYC and still go there. I am proud to call them my friends. Enough of pleasantries. I have been to many different sushi restaurants and with the utmost confidence you will try to find another restaurant that might top Mesa but don't waste your time. Just stop in and see Danny and Shirley and they will not disappoint you. Whether it is on the menu or not they will create a special dish that will WOW YOUR TASTE BUDS. I don't know how this establishment managed to receive 4.5 stars rating because it is the least attentive and unprofessional establishment I have ever visited. Their customer service was not as friendly as it would be at other restaurants. We were greeted in an aggressive and unfriendly manner, and we had to wait a while before our food arrived after placing our order. Even after we received our food, they did not follow up with us to see how we were doing. As a server, you want to ensure that your clients are content and satisfied with the respectable service you provide. shortly after receiving the bill. After that, our server approached and inquired, "Was the service okay? ", remembering to do so in a condescending way, prior to everyone saying yes, she started to abruptly leave. We ought to have increased our tip as the manager drew near, as if we hadn't already left a respectable sum. basically pleading for more money. However, our server could have done more to ensure that we were happy with our serving. I'm really upset that a business like this has a 4.5 rating when it really deserves a 0 star rating and that they need to get their servers and attitude together. They must start being more understanding. If you don't want to be treated rudely, don't waste your time coming here.
