Located on a busy road, this restaurant offers halal middle-eastern food in a reasonable price. I had combo with rice and lamb, chicken along with red chicken wings. Very delicious indeed. Quantity was more than enough for a person. Good ambience.

We've been wanting to try this place for a while. It was very good. We got the combos and falafel platter. It's quite a lot of food for the price. Everything was fresh and the gave us plenty of sauces. We will be back! Came back tonight for a late dinner. Maria, the manager, Jeremy and her staff once again come through with fresh delicious food! Love this place!

Follow-up (3 months later): We still find ourselves ordering from Naz purely out of convenience. With the introduction of new items and improved classics, we gave them more attempts to sway us to a better experience. Opting for a pickup, the staff on-site had a hard time locating our order, refused to accept a screenshot over the native application we ordered through, and still managed to hand us the wrong order. The new Chopped Cheese sandwich is a ground beef variant of a classic Philly Cheesesteak sandwich but fails to deliver any flavor or texture. The Cheeseburger has been improved to seemingly use the same new ground beef, which is a good change but nothing that puts the Cheeseburger above others in the area. Naz has grown to offer more locations on Long Island, but that growth has also led to some lackluster menu additions and a general "too big to care" consumer experience that doesn't feel good. We've ordered from Naz many times over the years - inconsistent and cheap is what we always hear, which isn't always a bad thing. Late hours and multiple delivery partners makes this one of the busiest restaurants at 2am. Despite the accessibility and price, the constant fluctuations in quality and order accuracy make our heads spin. The chicken and gyro over rice lack in flavor and the wings always seem to be tossed in a thick, commercial sauce.

Solid halal. Could have more flavor but it’s pretty Good for what it is Already so no complaints.

Extremely disappointed!!! I literally just got home from Naz halal food and I opened the bags and seen that the platters were not full. They barely have any rice or meat/chicken. What is this? I never in a million years would think that they would do something like this. How do you charge around $10/11 for each plate and not even fill it up or give a decent amount. How can one get full with this portion? They’re literally only few pieces of lamb chopped up. You lost a customer for good. I would never return here. Waste of money! I spent $54 for 2 combo over rice, 1 chicken over rice, and 2 burgers. I been to many other gyro spots and they serve decent amount of food for $10. Do not bother coming here. I live over an hour away and hate that I had to come home and see this I can’t even drive back now.

So basically the reason I am writing this review is because I really want to appreciate Maria one of the senior employee at Deer park location . The only reason I go this place is because of maria the customer service she gives and her work ethics is amazing . She always listens to my needs and makes sure that I get exactly what I order . People like maria are a great asset to the company . I really appreciate your dedication and positivity maria keep it up . And I will always order just because of you :) stay the same

I am thoroughly impressed with the quality of food and service provided by the workers at this establishment. The level of excellence they consistently maintain is truly remarkable. Their attention to detail, from the extra sauce provided to their exceptional customer service, is greatly appreciated. I am grateful for the experience and will undoubtedly continue to be a loyal customer.

I ordered 4 platters and in all 4 platters, the rice had a weird smell that I never had before. It was really embarrassing for me because I brought it for my guest and they got food poisoning because of the rice. Very disappointed

Had a very bad Experience. I ordered a gyro and chicken over rice using uber eats. I ordered a chicken gyro but they gave me lamb gyros and chicken over rice literally had no rice in it. I escalated the issue with uber eats and got my money back but i would definitely not order from this terrible restaurant again!

There’s nothing bad to say about Naz’s halal. When there is a problem they take care of it right away the owner I can say is a good friend now I love going into the deer Park location they now what I want all the time the best works I ever seen when I go there all ways busy. All I got to say is please stop in to Naz’s halal and get some food 1000% it’s amazing.

Naz's is actually the first time that I ate Halal food and it was the worst first place that I could have gone. The food there is so good that everywhere else that I've gone has tasted mediocre at best, outside of some random carts in NYC. if you like Halal food, you need to try Naz's. Amazing food for amazing prices.

Ordered lamb over rice with white and hot sauce. It's a good place for a quick bite but I wouldn't say the flavor was out of the ordinary. I assume very minimal MSG was used which is a good thing in my opinion.

Really spicy chicken over rice nowadays ,,, before it was less spicy ,, they need to put a option to chicken marinade with spicy or non spicy , lots of kids love there chicken over rice but bcz of spice they start hating , I have 5 kids in house they used to love there chicken over rice nowadays they increase spice on chicken so stop eating hope they change the menu for marinade chicken or keep a 2 option

The food here was amazing, I really can’t stress it enough that this is probably some of the best halal food you’re going to find in the area especially late at night. Definitely the place you want to stop by and grab a couple things before heading home or even on the way to the function for a quick snack. On top of the variety of offerings the prices are awesome really competitive and easy to stomach.

HORRIBLE! I ORDERED 2 LAMB AND RICE PLATTERS. IVE BEEN ORDERED HALAL FOR A LONG TIME AND NEVER NOT ONCE CHOPPED SOGGY ONIONS INCLUDED. NOT TO MENTION THE QUANTITY OF LAMB THEY GAVE WAS LESS THEN TWO SPOONFULS. I ORDERED TWO LAMB AND RICE PLATTERS AND THEY ONLY GAVE ME ONE WHITE SAUCE. I ALSO ORDERED CHICKEN WINGS AND ASKED FOR THEM TO BE EXTRA CRISPY. INSTEAD SENT THEM BURNT. LITERALLY BLACK! NEVER WILL I ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN!!

I went on Christmas morning to order salad. I ordered 5 platters of salad. The young lady at the register was a pleasure. However, the lady in the back was extremely rude because all I wanted was salad. She insisted I pay extra because I didn't want rice or meat. She called the manager who I spoke to, who explained to both this rude worker and myself that this was fine. I was essentially getting extra salad in place of meat and rice. After personally speaking with the manager this worker continued to argue and demanded the cashier charge me extra. She than told me it's Christmas I have to be nice but shes allowed to be extremely rude? And she did this in front of about 7 other customers. The food here is fantastic but this one worker is making me question wether I will ever go back, and I eat here probably about once a week.

Placed an order online. They never even made my order. Then gave me a hard time saying they couldn't give me a refund either! For a purchase i made on THEIR WEBSITE!! You're better off going to the taco bell 1 min away.

Tried to get delivery through seamless, they forgot one of my platters entirely, when I went to submit a refund it only refunded the base price of the platter and not for the extras I added on. Tried calling customer service, they left me on hold for 10 mins continuously saying I’m first in line before I gave up

Awesome customer service!! Every time I come into the store I’m always greeted pleasantly and I never feel unwelcome. The store is always clean and tidy never seen a dirty table or unswept floor . The girl in the front with the glasses is always super helpful, very nice , and has AMAZING customer service . Definitely will be back soon.

Ordered lamb and rice here after Anime NYC, and it was some of the best food I had in a really long time. I was blown away in the most surprising ways. Before this point I haven't had something like this, but ever since that day, I might be visiting this location more due to the pure tenderness of the meat, the filling rice and the saucy sides.

The food here is decent. The service is garbage. They tell you it’s better to order online but you can’t tell them to put the sauce on the side online. (No order modifications, and they mean it!) When you call the phone, THEY NEVER PICK UP. I have driven from a Rockville Center all the way to this exact location in 5pm traffic with no answer the entire time. As I write this I’ve been on hold for ten minutes. This is the second call. The first lasted 17 minutes with no answer. When I get to the restaurant, at the times that I order, it’s not even busy. No other excuse other then TERRIBLE STAFF/ CUSTOMER SERVICE. King Halal on Commack Ave is definitely worth the drive from now on.

spoiled food. I am so upset. I picked up my food. when i called store, manager told me maybe uber service. he tried to defend his food. He said i was rude on the phone. How possible telling me I m rude. my children ate this spoiled/rotten food and felt sick. im very upset. He has no idea how dangerous can be rotten food for children or anyone…do not eat this food. something is changed in this store. be careful.

Love this place, went many times food was amazing. I ordered recently and my food was cold which I don’t have a problem with stuff happens. I went back to tell them nicely and the people there were so nice to fix the problem. Management was so kind and the workers were so kind. As a customer that means a lot. 10/10 recommend!

This restaurant does not include all of your order when picked up by Uber eats, and service is extremely poor. No service recovery done to remedy wrong. No accountability on their part!!

This is everyone I know favorite halal go to. Very delicious food you could never go wrong with & they stay open so much later than most food places in the area which can be sooo helpful at times. Wait times aren’t long, food is always fresh & im not sure about this but I heard if you take too long to get your food, they throw it away & make you a new plate so it isn’t soggy when you get it but that could just be rumors, never saw it happen for myself 🤷🏽‍♀️ either way that’s great customer service but not so good if they really waste food like that 😬 staff are always friendly & do their job well 👍🏽 I have no complaints 💁🏽‍♀️

Naz's has been around for a few years. I have always been impressed with the cleanliness of the restaurant. You can see the cooking area and all. The food has been consistently honest, and the prices are affordable. Today I tried their Baklava and it is was excellent. Compliments to the chef. Its a must-try item

Been here twice and don’t see myself returning. Yes it’s fast food so it’s supposed to be cheap, and not amazing quality, but it’s just not worth it. For the same price or maybeeee a little more you can go to a better place. My first time they admitted they dropped my burger (it’s ok mistakes happen) but my dads burger in the meantime was soggy, cold in the center, and when I got mine the bun was cold and the burger was mushy and not good. The second time rice was over cooked and mushy, and chicken was mostly fat. Didn’t expect much but even then was bad. Not a rec from me!

i start calling them when i left jfk from there to here it took me 27 min no one pick up my phone even though it says u r at no 1 in line no one picks up when i arrived in the shop i was still on the phone and there is only 1 person and no one else there means no rush only 1 person order thats it woww

Open late, nice employees. The cashier was busy with orders he was preparing, really busy. But he stopped everything to give me attention & didn't rush me through my order. This was at like 1am, so I imagine he was tired, and still gave great customer service. Down 1 star for not much seating.

We order here all the time. They have good prices, delicious food, and good serving sizes! Our little one even loves their chicken over rice with all the white sauce one can get!!!

Came here with a friend and was greeted by the absolute best service by Aliza. She was very friendly, kind and overall supermodel gorgeous! Used to come here often and the staff could be rude at times , but she made sure our experience was a good one..
