I ordered Wendy’s on ubereats. Wendy’s advertises and guarantees us hot and crispy French fries but it tastes more like cold grainy dry sand. I am so sick of the false advertising. What a waste of money!

Every time my family orders dinner from here on UberEATS they forget half the items and someone in my house is left without their dinner. This has literally happened the last 3 times we've ordered from here. Super disappointing and frustrating!! Why the actual f can't you fill an fast food order?!? Mistakes happen, sure. But 3 times in a row isn't a mistake, it's bad work and bad management!

The burger combo that I purchased had a hear in it. That's why my rating on the food was so low.

Pity there's nothing under 1 star. The service at this Wendy's location is horrible. The hired teenagers that run the place are poorly trained. They mess up orders as simple as French fries and chicken nuggets! Their lack of respect for the customers is deplorable. They must not have had an adult manager there because this staff was unprofessional and got away with the nonsense while customers stood and waited to be serviced. I can't stress it enough. Good luck to those who encounter these slackers. It won't be I ever again. Period.

I ordered a chicken sandwich and they literally forgot the chicken. Really guys? Do better please

Why is it so small. The small size fries were like kid size but extra small. Even burger king is better.

If I can put no stars but need to put it so I can put my review . I drive through the window and this women pass me the drink and she didn't close it all the way and the drink came all over my hands and she don't even say anything sorry or nothing so rude she close the window , they need to put more professional people ,😠

It's Wendy's. Come for the Frosty, stay for the...Frosty, who are we kidding. Honestly the bourbon bacon burgers are pretty solid, but most everything else on the menu pales in comparison to other fast food joints. But Wendy's wins dessert, hands down. This location is in need of a refurb.

This place is severely understaffed. They seem to have signed themselves up for mobile orders like uber eats and stuff, but not set up anything to accommodate it, so you have a 20-30 min or so slow wait in the drive thru for like 12 cars before the speaker. I watched an app delivery guy try to get his order while a staff member ignored him through the window, and he got annoyed and cancelled his pickup and left. I bet if they added a walk-up window and staffed it, they would do much better in every way.

Walked in late. Only customers, quick service. Friendly staff. One soda machine was flat, but the other worked fine

The fries 🍟 are cold and overly cooked. I also got a chicken wrap and it was nasty

Went here Saturday 10/23 for lunch (12:30 pm) staff was really helpful. My nephew knocked over his fries and two of the staff behind the register happened to see and immediately brought over another! No one needed to ask, no kids needed to cry, on it!

Wendy’s, please make sure orders are completed. Every time I’ve ordered from this location on DoorDash an item has been missing. First it was a frosty, then it was a drink. Please address this, it is the absolute bare minimum in customer service

Food is good but the staff here is very non-existent.

We decided to go to Wendy's in North Babylon, as we hadn't been there in a very long time. The prior time there the hamburgers were thinner than usual, and dried out So my wife and I were extraordinarily surprised and quite pleased that the patty was perfect in thickness and doneness- with juice inside the burger. The fries were crisp. The restaurant was cleaner than I remember from our prior visit perhaps a year ago.

This Wendy's needs to hire more people and ASAP! I live nearby so unfortunately this is the only Wendy's within a reasonable distance to home which is the only reason I come here. The lines are ALWAYS SUPER LONG AND THE WORKERS ARE TERRIBLY SLOW. Doesn't matter if it's drive thru or walk in, they slow. Then they have the nerve to get your order wrong after waiting forever. Do better! Hire more people immediately!

I can't believe how this restaurant dares to send cold food to a customer: both patties were soaked in oil, you can smell the dirty oil. Both burgers had no lettuce or tomato just the patties, cheese with uncooked bacon. I can't believe I threw all that money for two burgers that I put in the garbage. You should be ashamed for serving customers this way not even a dog won't eat that. Rush or not you cannot serve people this way period. I hope OSHA check this location up because the smell of dirty oil is very concerning. Shame on you #OSHA

The best food ever I had spicy chicken nuggets

Last night I ordered food from Wendy when the door dasher came he gave me the wrong order.. so I called them they promised to send something in the mail to compensate todayyy... still waiting after trying to call several times today I seem to be blocked!

The cleanest Wendy's I have been to. The staff was so nice as well.

When will they give this place an update and have self serve soda machines. At least 1 for refills. All other locations have theirs , this place looks so sad and empty from the inside. Takes forever to even get your order.

Staff was rudely talking about the customers in Spanish. Friend translated for me. Food took a little bit to come out and they gave us like 10 sauces for 16 nuggets which is good or bad depending how you look at it. This Wendy's is always busy and never that good.

So normally, I would review if I am the one getting food but this time I must review this store because of the amount of wasted time accrued while doing a delivery for Uber Eats. I had 2 orders to pick up, one of which only consisted of 3 Frostys. Very Simple. Not only did they say I had to wait in line behind 8 drivers to begin my delivery but THEN once I got to the window, the staff says “ we don’t have the order “ saying she doesn’t have a specific name on the screen. I then call customer service and they ask them to fulfill the order even if they do not have it on screen. The girl says okay. I then show her the order and she says “ we don’t have any frosties “ and tries to act as if that’s what she said the whole time. Wendy’s should hire people with more social etiquette and knowledge. It completely ruins the customers experience when a restaurant comes off as completely incompetent. Tried to make this as short as possible but the wasted time was horrible for the customer.

This place has the slowest people working here in history if wendys weather it be the front counter girl texting and doing nothing to the lady putting all the orders together by herself while having her head spinning in circles!!!! Horrible!!!!

This used to be a good spot to order from. The past few times the staff treated the customers poorly, tonight there were 2 different door dash guys waiting for 20 minutes. A women with her 3 kids ordered small frostys only for them to be served to her 10 minutes later after she reminded the staff and when the female staff member returned she made it a point to slide the drinks on the counter with a poor attitude. To make matters worse the staff spoke poorly to her when she wanted to speak with a manager. This all happened around 7:30 pm so it wasn't a heavy rush incase you thought that might be the reason. It's too bad, it's a good location but they have issues.

This is not the first time I had a problem with this location. First time i went there for breakfast I ordered a sausage egg and cheese and got a chicken maple sandwich. When I went there this morning I ordered a chocolate frostichino and received a spoiled ice coffee with bad milk. I didn't even bother going back. But I will not be returning to this location again.

Awesome associate processed my order while I was experiencing severe Hypoglycemia. He was very pleasant. Breath of fresh air while I was in a mild panic and could barely get my words out.
