I came here to celebrate my birthday and had an amazing time! Make sure to get there a little early before your reservation because parking can be tricky or you can park in the municipal lot a few blocks away. The service was fabulous and we opted to sit outside in the alley which is a little odd but was great because it was such a beautiful night. It was also better so that we could hear each other. Everything we had was delicious! The appetizers to dessert...just fabulous!

Fantastic! I loved this place. We went on a Friday night in Babylon and got a few different dishes. We chose the short rib, brussel sprouts and grilled octopus. The shirt rib was the best, it was so delicious. The octopus had a lot of flavor and the brussels were cooked very well. The vibe was very nice with dim lights and music.

Let's start with the service. Service is definitely on the slower end, in which it took approximately half an hour between the first and second dish to come out (we sat at 6:20pm, first dish came out at 7, second came out at 7:32, and third came out at 7:36). Our server, Michael, was incredibly friendly but definitely overworked, where he was running around inside and out; I truly believe that if they had a bit more servers, the experience would definitely be more pleasant and perhaps speedier (for example, it took us 5 minutes to get napkins and another 15 for the sriracha aioli we asked for, which led to our fries being cold by the time we got the sauce :/) The aesthetics and ambiance of the restaurant is definitely very warm and welcoming, with a mixture of wooded furnitures and design. Very pretty and comfortable, without feeling overly high end. The pricing of their food is also incredibly reasonable, with barely any dish costing more than 25 bucks. The crab cake was delicious and relatively big in portion size, so highly recommended! The steak was very tender but the flavor was on the blander side; it also came out with only a few small strands of onions unfortunately, which would have added more flavor if it came with more. I definitely do not recommend the steak, for I'm sure other options may be more delicious and plentiful. The special fish with risotto was so extremely salty, in which the tomato broth risotto couldn't even mellow out the saltiness of the fish. Highly, HIGHLY, recommend staying away from the fish... Lastly, they also added a dish on our receipt which we never ordered, so please remember to check your receipt! Overall, it was unfortunately a very disappointing experience, especially given its amazing potential. 2 out of 3 of what we ordered was either not good or nothing special. The prices are great with a wide variety, but I'm just hoping the food could be improved upon. Thank you Michael, for doing your best and being so friendly. Thank you for reading and good luck! (:

I would give Barrique 4.5 Stars! I loved it. The outside seating is really charming and the inside of the restaurant is nicely decorated as well. The staff was terrific. Our hostess Julianne was friendly and sat us outside right away. In addition, our waitress, Alexis, was really helpful, professional and wonderful. As for the food, we enjoyed it all. My favorite was the breakfast pizza on cauliflower crust.....super flavorfull! The burrata with fig jam was a perfect combination....sweet and creamy. We also liked the octopus as well as the pretzel filled with brie that also came with fig jam. They had bottomless drinks for $18. I had the Sangria and my wife enjoyed her mimosas. The Sangria was a bit watered down....but I still had two! Alot of folks seemed to be enjoying the Frozes.....might try that next time. Overall a fantastic experience. I can't wait to go back!

Don’t be fooled by the pretty lights because you’re actually going to be sitting there for 2 hours minimum… because service was SOOOOOO slow. I have never had a server tell us they did not put in our order and forgot it 15 minutes after ordering 😳 then we proceeded to wait another hour until they brought our pizza over. It was really quite underwhelming - 5 slices of mozzarella on this Grandma pie (that was not a square?) with the thinnest crust ever. Not what I wanted in therms of grandma pizza. Then we waited another 15 minutes for the spinach and cheese omelette and had to remind them another 15 min later about our appetizer Brussels sprouts that did not arrive yet. Omelette was fine, a bit oily. It was really an endless waiting game with these orders and small requests. I was informed by our server that they would remove the omelette from the bill as an apology for the long wait but when I got the bill the omelette was still on there… it felt really awkward to be like helloooo - it’s still here what happened??? I am very confused about how this business is run as I am now reading more reviews about slow service and unhappy customers yet when we went recently there seems to be no change implemented to mitigate this issue. I recommend doing 5 whys on why the the service is so slow.

We ate early dinner at their outdoor tables in the alley between two buildings. Wonderful heaters hung above tables. Lovely lighting creates fun atmosphere. Oh, the food- delicious salad and pizzas. We each had a different pizza, yum. And the shot glass desert.... The best!

A friend and I just came in to have some drinks. We sat at the bar. The atmosphere is so cool and unique inside, it's worth taking a look. The drinks were great and reasonably priced, the bartender was very friendly. Laid-back atmosphere. I can't wait to go back and try the food. There are also tables where you can sit outside with heat lamps!

Reservation is a must! But we happen to not have a reservation and left my number in case they had an opening and got a call within 30 minutes rushed back with my wife and we had the best dining experience in a long time. Staff , Food and ambience was right on. Tom was our server there he definitely brings value to this restaurant.

Very friendly and attentive service. Food was excellent. Fun, relaxed atmosphere. Enjoyed the experience and will return again. Encourage all my fellow Oklahomans to include Barrique in their plans when visiting Long Island.

Had an awesome charcuterie board with all the fixings. Nice cocktail list; they were able to make one virgin for someone who doesn't drink. Polenta fries with honey were so good... should almost be on the dessert menu.

One of the best wine bars around. Been coming for years. Staff and bartenders are always welcoming and great for suggesting wines for your taste. The margarita pizza and polenta fries are some of my favorites. Even better if you get there on a day they have specials. I love that the wines they serve aren’t hard to find locally too and the pricing is usually affordable. Their outdoor alley is beautiful and romantic to sit in if you have the opportunity.

We were so happy we could get a table of 6 at 8pm: We ordered and it took 4 times to ask for utensils when the food arrived. Very slow service. We ordered a few bottles of wine and one guest had a glass of their own different wine. We waited 15 min for a glass because we were told they ran out it clean glasses. Server or staff never came back after we received our food. When we asked if we could get your own drink we were told they were very busy. Then the rain started, but not terrible but the awning could have been extended by management. Nope. Manager was no where to be found. Other restaurants would not over seat patrons that they could not accommodate . It was terrible we waited 15 min for a check after asking . Poor management. Staff was doing the best they could

Great food. Goat cheese ravioli Fig and cheese grilled cheese(filling delicious!) Meatballs topped with ricotta Wine beer and tea and Peanut butter dessert Strawberry dessert -Minuses- Meatball was bland Wasn't crazy about the bread used for grilled cheese. Felt like toast sandwiches between the filling. I suggest making it in a press like a panninni. Very dark in there . Hard to read the menu. (Its a prohibition theme)

Older woman waitress was incredibly rude. Responded “I don’t sing happy birthday” while a few tables away another person has a candle with the waitress singing happy birthday. Nice job lady 🙄

Usually love this place. Great atmosphere. The Barrata was very flavorful. The pizza is just ok. Waitress was excellent.. Got sick on the salad really bad that night- guessing whoever prepared it didn’t wash their hands!! I don’t think you want pictures. Know this to be true, because my wife and I nothing for breakfast or lunch that day.

My friends have been raving about Barrique for months now, so when I was out and about with my regular dinner partner, I finally decided to bite the bullet and go. I am so happy I did! When we arrived, the place was packed, but the host said we could be served right away if we sat at the bar. So, we did just that and were immediately attended to. Our bartenders/servers catered to our every need. Wine recommendations? Got them. Room temperature too hot? Lowered. Food orders? Arrived almost immediately. And the food and drink themselves were fantastic: Clever and attractively presented dishes paired with well-chosen wine made dinner not merely an experience in the moment but a memory that is pleasurable to think back to. I will most definitely be back to Barrique — hopefully for brunch!!
