Very, very disappointed. Meatballs were a good size, but all bread. No wonder their so big. No taste of meat at all. Linguine was definitely over cooked. Don't know if these are the same owners that were where the bank is now in the same shopping center, but if they are, they bring shame to the family. I used to get food at the other location 30 yrs. ago, and loved it.

Dont bother. Ordered lunch today. $21+ for a plate of plain pasta with red sauce and some melted cheese. I paid $5 for meat sauce and of course it wasn't a scrap of meat in it. Also what baked zitti on gods green earth doesn't have ricotta in it already? I saw the $3 surcharge and assumed it must be for extra because it isnt baked zitti without ricotta to start and its priced like other places zitti with ricotta. Every other restaurant in the area requires you to remove ricotta if you dont want it. I rarely come out swinging on reviews and leave 1 star, but this one had me fuming. Expensive lunch for a childrens menu style item.

One a the better pizzerias and worth going a little out of your way to get it. It is a bit pricey but very good

Were my favorite... now... never again when i looked at prices. Yes...Great food.... but they charged me $10.50 for a chicken cutlet hero. Plus+ Then charged me $1.50 for cheese... plus + then charged another $1.50 for "the piece of lettuce and 4 tiny pieces of tomato on it. And then charge .54 bc I used a debit card. Uhhhhh.... are they kidding . $15.20 for fried chicken cutlet with lettuce tomato and mayo with cheese. Start looking at your receipts

We absolutely love Gino’s of West Babylon! We order from them at least once a week! The staff is beyond courteous and the food is delicious! Their rewards program is an additional perk!! I had a small issue only once and Peter, the Manager handled it so professionally!

Mmmmm New York pizza just hits differently. Ya walk in and it smells amazing. I had a chicken bacon ranch pizza and it was mouthwatering delicious! Definitely gotta visit here again.

For a local pizzeria myself and my family have been going here for a while now. I'm very happy with the pizza and other items that they serve here. I have never eaten in their dining room and have only had takeout. But very friendly people, nice atmosphere and their food is very good.

Terrible tasting Marsala pizza. Rude customer service. Bbq chicken pizza with mushrooms and they call it Marsala. Incredibly greasy buffalo chicken pizza. I do not recommend this location and misrepresentation of all other Gino’s.

I ordered take out today penne garlic and oil with chicken and 6 garlic knots. I have to say the garlic knots were burnt to a crisp. Chicken was burnt like eating bbq chicken sick to my stomach. Rosas Pizza ten times better and their from the boroughs were they know how to make Italian food. Message to the owner you lost a customer and the fact the food is overpriced. Won’t recommend this place go to Rosas pizza if you want really good Italian food.

We just had a party there today and it was great. The food was very good and the service was excellent. I would recommend Gino's for your party or just for a quick bite for lunch.

Ordered a chicken Ceasars pie which should come with a layer of cheese cooked into it, but it didn't- bare crust with lettuce and chicken on top. I called to tell the manager, but all he did was doubt me. Would've been nice to apologize and offer something to correct the mistake, but no. Their prices are extremely high for such mistakes. I will not be going back.

Ordered a cheese pizza. The sauce was not very flavorful. Lots of rosemary so that was ok. The delivery pizza came nice and hot.

This has been my families pizzeria for over 20 years. We went all the time when they were in Farmingdale and now drive out to West Babylon so we can still get from them. Always polite and fast and some of the best pizza on the island!

Sara was working the counter kind and beautiful smile Chico was pounding the dough making that delicious pizza and i talked with the owner John pizza was exceptional great sauce and crunch with every bite highly recommend

Gino's was fabulous, looks so nice how they redid it. But of course there Buffalo chicken Sicilian pizza was amazing. Tasted great prefect amount of burn. I had 2 slices and still wanted another pie.

The food is good, but the person who answers the phone is HORRIBLE. I live less than two miles from the place and she makes me repeat my address over and over and she Still doesn't get it correct. It's Extremely frustrating trying to order here

The perfect pizza is important in our household. Gino’s is just that. From the beginning of your first slice to the crust if your last. Bonus, the heroes are amazing as well. Ordered pies for my daughter 17th birthday bash, did not disappoint. Just had to go again for lunch, yummy goodness!! Thank you Gino’s

First time there and It was delicious. I had there Buffalo slice with a side of the dressing with some knots very good

Been here for lunch a couple of times. Have only had the regular slices which are very good.

Exemplary pizza!@ Get over there Havnt had the likes of their delicious crispy crust and finely perfected browned edges in decades. Sausage is great quality and pepperoni not to well done or oily. This pizza is a mindblowing.

Giving this review on behalf of my dad! He stopped in yesterday, and one slice of pizza was left out of his order. While waiting for that slice to be cooked up for him, the owner went over to him & told him that the slice would be on them & that he was so sorry for the wait. He also took his granddaughter (my niece) to get a cup of ice cream while they waited. When my dad eventually got home, he discovered that they gave him several free extra slices as an apology for the wait. That was really not necessary of the owner but so appreciated. You don’t find amazing customer service like that anymore! 10/10 recommend this spot! They were wonderful! Thanks for taking care of my dad & niece!
