This is the BEST PIZZA JOINT. In West Babylon, Altalia is over rated over priced and has gotten too big for their bridges The ppl who work here are the kindest honest ppl you can deal with the prices are unbeatable the food is Delusious they have actual coupons with great deals (Football season boys and girls this is the place) I am getting hungery just typing this. Hell, there is the best on the island. The ONLY! thing I can make a complaint about would be the small parking lot, but aside from that, with dosent effect Alfredos, this is the place So if you visit LI and you're in the west, Babylon, Babylon, and North Babylon even west Islip, get your food here, nothing else compares

I ordered here from Uber eats and I asked for an extra cup of sauce on the side very politely then I got charged $2 for it. I called up and asked to cancel it and they said no it’s already changed. So then I asked to get a regular slice of pizza instead of a $2 small cup of tomato sauce and he said the pizza cost $3 and he can’t give me the $1 difference…… in a restaurant business the customer is always right and should be top priority. To charge me $2 for 1 small cup of tomato sauce then not cancel it then not allow me to get something else Instead is crazy!

Just placed an order , Pizza was great, mozzarella sticks looked like they were on steroids never seen mozzarella sticks this big , wasn't really that good. Penne ala vodka was ok no vodka taste ehhhh, garlic nots were real good. Next !

One of the best slices on this stretch of 109, and one of the best on Long Island in general. I’ve had Pizza from the North shore, South shore, to the Hamptons. The cheese is excellent. Sauce is great. Prices are very fair, not those overpriced junk slices. The 5th star is missing because the crust leaves something to be desired.. it doesn’t have an aftertaste & isn’t soggy or anything, just a bit bland and slighty underdone- but it doesn’t compromise the slice at all. Also, I’ve been going here for years and the workers aren’t the nicest. But that’s not too big of an issue for me personally, as I go there for food not conversation.

First time ordering from here. We did pick up for a simple pie and garlic knots. Between the 4 of us we ate everything. Wasn’t the best pizza but it was very good. I’d order again.

The pizza needs to be crisper more cooked but the seasoning they use is delicious. They are very nice people and good service

They have an extremely efficient system in place with ordering. They know there customers. The food is excellent. Staff is friendly. They are very hard working customer satisfaction is their main priority. When our order was a few minutes late they gave us free garlic knots. A great little pizza place.

Alfredo’s has delicious food, they’re always friendly & have great deals too. I also saw they’re animal lovers by agreeing to place the Babylon Animal Shelters flier of adoptable dogs on their boxes.

I order from them on Uber eats and they are unparalleled. 10/10 best. Prices are insane, food goes crazy (They have the best lasagna I've ever had and it was BOGO too)

This place is definitely a wonder. Management is great. Service is always excellent and prices are perfect. I ordered using door dash and one of the items I ordered was taken by the delivery driver, the owner or manager was kind enough to remember and the next time I ordered they gave me a discount and free desert. They won me by showing me they care about their customers. You guys are doing a great job.

Alfredo’s is always the fastest service. My kids love their pizza the best because it’s not dripping with grease but so good! Love the knots. You guys are our favorite!

We enjoyed Alfredo's Pizza for the first time tonight, ordering delivery. The food we received was delicious. The pizza was probably the best pizza I've had in the past year. The garlic knots were prepared perfectly with a delightful texture and just the right amount of garlic. The tossed salad was crisp and fresh. We will definitely order from them regularly from now on.

Drunken grandma pie arrived lukewarm. Once heated up it was solid. Only reason the review is this high. Pasta was no good Mozzarella sticks had the cheese half spilled out and was soggy, not crispy at all.

Absolutely terrible! How does the owner who has no respect for his customers still stays in business? Between delivery tip I spent almost $30 on their rainbow pizza last night! The pizza arrived cold the crust is burnt the delivery guy look like he was on some thing handed me the pie with the box open the receipt was sitting on top of the pie itself! When I called to advise the owner his response was what about if I give you seven dollars credit towards your next order I said no thank you I just will not be ordering from you again and he went OK! He should’ve offer a delivery of another pie at no charge or credit for everything I spent in the future!

DRUNKEN GRANDMA PIZZA! That vodka sauce on top of the pizza is genius! The wings were great and the rainbow cake was delicious and fluffy!

How are you not going to give any sauce for 2 chicken rolls? What a let down, ordering several things for delivery and they forget the sauce. No utensils or napkins either.

I had a great chicken roll there. Having just the right amount of sauce and salt takes skill in preparation. They really did an A+ job and it was some great chicken roll. You're going to love it.

Best chicken roll out there! Every time I order from other places they are next cooked through, not Alfredos! its always cooked perfectly through never have to wonder if im eating raw dough or cheese!

Giving a shout out to this restaurant for delivering food to my mother on mother's day when I live across the country. My mother was pleased with the meal.

Not bad. But not great. BBQ pizza was bland and very doughy. The plain individual slice was oil soaked and soft. Tasted good and delivery was on time but would probably go elsewhere if not in a pinch as it arrived ice cold and completely inedible till re heated without having a $10 Grubhub coupon I probably wouldn’t have ordered.

Food was lukewarm, cheese was not melted on the pizza the bread was white on the bottom of the pizza meaning it wasn't cooked enough and the pizza was warm at best. I don't know if this place changed owners because the food used to be good and also hot. Disappointing. I will try them one more time before I look for someone else.

The best reasonably priced pizza which definitely does not lack in flavor. Staff always listen and go above and beyond to make your order just the way you want it made. Delivery is always come fast. My family orders from Alfredos about 3-4 times a week….. WEE LOVE ALFREDOS

I can't understand some customers that believe that the quote "The Customer is Always Right" when they are complete unaware of the costs for the food they order and the time and effort it takes to make such food, and the standards for selling it. They believe they should get additional add-ons and extra food for free when nothing in this world is given for free. This is norm of equal trade for products you desire from a merchant as a customer.
