This is the worst establishment I’ve been to in a long time. Absolutely terrible wait staff and terrible service. Waiters took forever. Took 15 minutes to be seated after setting an alarm ( there was nobody in the restaurant and it was a Tuesday evening) wings came out dry and barely seasoned. Wouldn’t recommend to anybody unless you’re trying to be miserable and hate your life.

I went with family and we decided to sit by the bar area. The bartender took our order in such a rush and ended up getting it wrong. Did not even check in on us, but a waitress who was cleaning the floors took the initiative to check in on us and thankfully did because we waited forever for our meal. And when we finally did get it, it was all wrong. When we finally got the "correct" order.. the food sucked royally. My family and I were upset with how we were treated. The bartender was lucky he got a tip that he didn't deserve. We will not be returning here ever again. Horrible!!!

Wings were just ok. Blue cheese dipping cups need to be a larger size so you can dip the wing. Service by hope was great so 5 stars for that.

For me to leave a review right after I left is telling! Our waiter was not attentive. If I could give zero stars I would do it! I will never be back again. I was charged for a soda which a waiter from another table brought to me!! You can't make this up. Was very excited about going. Very disappointed of the service! And I will be writing a letter to corporate detailing the waiter name and store number.

So much for the "bottomless" 🤔. Good luck finding a place to sit 🪑 o good service 🙄 given the location the wings should have been fresh and hot 🥵 not cold and dry 😞😭. Take me back to Hooters 🦉. At least the cheerleaders 📣 are nice 👍 and attentive

Absolutely the weirdest staff i have ever experienced. I walked in the pickup my online order and was immediately attacked by 4 women for not wearing a mask yet there were groups of people sitting 20 feet away with no mask on. Their excuse was “they were seated.” I am baffled by the ignorance displayed in this situation and just goes to show you the general low IQ of people nowadays. I will not be eating here again.

Our experience was a 6/10. Our drinks were absolute trash that’s not what you call a passion fruit nojito. Never will come here again. The tacos were too salty. The only good thing was the potato wedges.

Tried the new Bourbon Sauce. It was a little sweet for my taste, but definitely a nice change. The everything pretzel knots order had five large pieces, one for everyone in our group. The server was very attentive. The trivia questions kept us entertained. As always, we enjoyed our HH visit.

So, I had one of the worst BWW experiences I have ever had. The service was slow. Everything that we ordered was wrong. I ordered an Arnold palmer, they came out with a lemonade said where have iced tea so I brought you this anyway. They took her orders and brought us cold wings. They didn't even have the right sauces and dry rubs on the wings. And the next day I woke up with food poisoning and I am still sick. I immediately contacted corporate and have not received any call or message at all about this. It has been 3 days since my visit. I have visited a lot of different locations for Buffalo Wild Wings and love Buffalo Wild Wings. This was the worst experience I've ever had had a Buffalo Wild Wings, from the bad service, to the mistakes in the order, to getting sick from the food and then never hearing back. I will not visit this location again. *edit* they assured me I didn't get food poisoning, gave me a gift card and refund me. Updating to 2 stars

We have gone here several times and enjoy the drinks and food. I like to have my Jamerson and she likes her Long Island Ice Teas as well as Nachos and me mozzarella sticks. You can see only one left. I forgot to take the picture. I got a little hungry for them. The prices have gone up but this is in every resturant. Mike the bartender is very attentive and nice. He holds the entire resturant which is very impressive. This time my wife was the one who wanted to go there for apps and drinks. I like when she suggest places like this. I was going to order the wings or a burger but it was late when we got there and you know that feeling if you have to go to bed. This is why we only had apps. But next time she promised me burgers. Well if you need to just relax and grab a bit along with a drink go and try Buffalo Wild Wings. Rafandkelgoout

In a surprise this was a great experience once we got a table. Wings were cooked properly, the server did her job well and other than the cost of the wing themselves (which is no different than any other restaurant) nothing negative to say. Will come back.

Man im disappointed, i usually love me some buffalo wild wings but the one here in Deer Park is seriously lacking the food quality and the service is completely the worst i have seen enough for me to not tip at all ( i have never done this). As i walked in i stood in the doorway 15 min waiting to be acknowledged and sat down. The waitress was completely ignoring us i had to get a manager as we were waiting for 20 wings for close to 30 mins. Two tables that came after us got their food way before we did! I sent back the wings as they tasted dry and the bbq was really bland. I might give them another shot and upgrade my rating if i see improvement but who ever is running this place you are hurting the brand 100%

The service was excellent. The food was just okay. I thought their wings would be better then they were. The Mac and cheese side dish I had was actually quite good. Many of the seat cushions were ripped and we had to look through a few booths to find one that was in decent shape.

This purely on the organization of this location. Just walked in with my family to have a dine in dinner. Waited for 10 minutes & was not greeted by a hostess. There was one girl at the takeout counter putting out takeout orders & on the phone the whole time taking a phone order. I asked another employee who was just standing at a table talking to someone sitting down & she said she couldn’t help me, that I have to be seated by the one girl who has been on the phone since I walked in. Disgruntled patrons complaining about the wait time for their takeout food, I just left because I could tell what type of experience I would have had if I said down with my family. Beyond disappointing.

Not a huge fan of the atmosphere. It's dark and not the most comfortable spot to have a meal. The bar area is much more inviting because it's bright and often has more people. 10/14/23: The bar is much better especially during hockey season. Let's go Islanders!

no stars if possible, went once, almost no one working. i was told everything i ordered from the posted menu was not available. I asked what was available and was told to ask for it first. Watched another guest pay for a large order she had placed earlier, only after paying was she told it wasn't ready yet, wasn't given a time frame and was refused refund. lady at the counter claimed to be the only one there, but i could see 2 others in the back. this place is toe up and needs to be shut down

Clean your bathrooms! There's old a$$ sweat/dirt stuck on the the womens toilet seats, so obvious my 5y.o. wouldn't sit on it. Also got unflavorful, cold, hard veggies...looked like it was just tossed on a plate from the $2. Dollar bags they sell in the supermarket fridge. This place went downhill. Shame, it used to be clean & fun with good food.

Walked in to a completely empty BBW with my family and ordered food. Wings, tots, and a kids meal. Kids meal came out fairly fast,but the wings and tots took a legit hour. Server was nice and offered to bring out the tots before the wings. Did just that but then disappeared for 25 mins. Now 25 mins later the wings. Who eats their fries/tots first and then wings? Come on?? an hour for wings? at BWW?! What a joke. I'll never come back to this establishment and maybe never another BBW again...this place left a bad taste in my mouth.

Went last night ... the website said Buffalo Wild Wings open until 1:00am. They wouldn't seat us at 12:00pm. Said they were closed for dine-in and only open for takeout.

Stopped there for wings and beer. Wings were great. Okay selection of beer. Staff great and a lot of tvs . A bit noisy. Had fun.

Ordered delivery because I have a foot injury. Watching order status not change as nobody is coming to pick up food. It's a half hour past the delivery time. Tried calling the store but I've been on the phone for 10 minutes with nobody picking that up either. I wasn't even given an order number to reference if I was actually able to get a hold of somebody. So now either my food is not being picked up, or it's going to come in way late and frozen. Either way apparently there no option to get this canceled/refunded. Ridiculous.

Buffalo wild wings had better service years ago. The last 2 times we were very disappointed. The waiter brought our apps and entrees out at the same time after saying to him, "Please make sure the apps and wings don't come out together." This is what happened the first time, so we wanted to make sure. Well, he didn't listen, and the food all came out together and was all cold. We had said that this is what we asked not happen but he didn't say anything and walked away. The manager helped him with bringing our food out and heard us complain but did nothing and walked away as well. This Buffalo wild wings is getting worse and worse as they get workers who just don't care.

What can you say, food is as expected. Great beer selection. The main problem is that Wings are becoming waaay too expensive. Used to be bogo. Now it’s bogo 1/2 off. Bring back .50 wings!!!

No major issues this visit. Disappointed they got rid of the Cherry Wheat beer. That was one of the only reasons why I went there. Lunch specials are decently priced. Also disappointed BOGO Tuesdays is gone another reason I went there today.

Best place for lunch and a game. Excellent service and the foods always good.

Great deals on wings but inconsistent size, and sauce on wings. Some are drenched some are bone dry. Overall good food just wish they were more consistent.

Very disappointed....my wife and I went to watch Sunday night football and had a meal served cold. Wasn't crowded so we were expecting hot wings with hot sides. Now I know not to come to this particular location again.

You don't even deserve a one but just for the review I gave you a one because the food is absolutely on every essence utterly disgusting due just drenching the chicken burger into pure sauce was way too much could've make someone sick. Where even the french fries 🍟 were unappetizing to eat with too much BBQ seasoning that had more of a high sodium taste into which it could lead to serious health affect on eating this a lot at all. Is the reason why I'm unsatisfied with what brought at this place didn't meet my expectations of good quality meals or food on any indication.

Its one of my favorite places to go because there is always something to see there and the food has gotten better over the years 😊 plus I get to have dinner with my sweet man

Somehow there's rednecks here but the service was top notch and the food was mad decent. Great for large parties.

Our service was on point, he was very polite. I loved the cauliflower wing bites but the Asian zing sauce tasted a bit spicier than I remembered. Still delicious though. The only part of the dinner I would say was under par was the nachos, they were soggy like. Didn't seem that good and seemed like a huge plate for such a small amount. My friend also had a chicken ceaser wrap that she enjoyed and her daughter had mozzarella sticks and chicken tenders with fries. Just a heads up check the ketchup sometimes they forget to take the seal off.

I promised I would never give a chain store more than 3 stars, but this place is immaculately clean, the service is over-the-top good, and the food is very good. This is the go to for Daddy-Daughter Day. Also, get the pretzel bites. Mmmmm

Good fried pickles. My wings were Not crispy at all. I already sent a drink back, and didn't want to complain about the wings.Long Island iced tea premium, I grew up drinking these and this was not good. I did mention it to the waiter after the bill came about the wings.

Been a while, but glad I stopped by for National Wing Day. Wings were awesome!

Went there at 10pm this Thursday 6/9 stood waiting for someone to greet us and sit us for 10 minutes before we actually reached out to an employee to see if we could get a table. She told us she would find someone to attend us then told us we had to wait for someone to clean a booth for us bc she wasn’t allowed to clean and the servers didn’t want to do it. So we waited another 6 minutes before leaving as we didn’t see anyone even go near the booths that “needed cleaning”.

We ate at the bar. Bartender was awesome and efficient. The chicken tenders and naked tenders were tasteless and dry. Not juicy at all. Very disappointed.

Food was good. Wait time was long to get a seat — no host or hostess at the stand to welcome. Once we did sit there was one waitress working our side of the restaurant. She was very courteous and customer service oriented. However she was but one person and wait times longer than expected.

They charge a pick up fee and add a tip. They simply handed me my food. They did not bus a table. They did not refill any drinks. They did not clear any mess from my eating. How dare they give themselves a slap on the back with a tip. I will never go back.

Me and my friends every tuseday order wings from this location. At least half the times something is wrong with our order. Varys from forgetting celery or ranch to forgetting whole orders or wings. This has happened so many times to us now that we are not coming back, we have been doing this since covid 2020 but yesterday you guys lost some loyal customers, 10 of them to be exact. It's a 20 minute drive one way, we ask them to check the bags and we try checking ourselves but it's hard in a car to check a bag full of wings and count everyone, we shouldn't have to do that. My friend last night was starving when we got back. He was so excited to eat his food that was never given to us but charged to his card. This just was the last straw, we are going to a different location or trying other restaurants. Worst service I have ever gotten from a food restaurant. The best part is 40 minutes of driving and the best the manager could do was refund our credit card, for 40 minutes of wasted gas and time. Just disrespectful.
