This popeyes is the worst one I ever been to. The food was old. The pies were so burnt and old. They didn't have any popeyes sauce. The other sauce was so old that it separates insid . And this location has been like this before covid. This location is owned by a family from India. They cut back so much on the popeyes actual products. It sucks

I love a good fried chicken sandwich, but the service here is not it. The girl at the cashier today was incredibly rude and tossed my food onto the counter while saying "here you go" - as if I was some kind of dog and not a paying customer. Now I know this is fast food, not fine dining, but I think it's reasonable to expect a minimum level of respect and dignity from any food service establishment. Not returning, not recommending.

There were at least 10 bodies behind the counter and in the kitchen area. Our relatively large order seemed to throw the whole operation into confusion. The food was great as usual, but the service accuracy and time needs to get better.

They were slow and gave me the best service I ever had in a fast food restaurant. I highly recommend this.

The most decent and super friendly Popeyes I ever seen in NY.

I ordered ahead by using the Popeyes app. Each location has offers/deals that are unique to that location, which is interesting. I pulled up to the drive-thru order box and mentioned that I’m picking up an online order. I was asked for the order number, then told to pull up to the window. My order was handed to me about 30 seconds later by a nice employee. When I asked for extra Sweet Heat, it was given to me at no extra charge. The entire experience lasted less than three minutes. Super easy and convenient.

I always stop at this location across the street from nail salon. The Manager and Crew are always friendly and patient. I tell them this is the best location with service. 🤩

No complaints about the food (when the order is correct) - 1 star for the service. The wait times are always insane. Half the time the food isn’t ready at the drive-thru window so they have you pull up and wait in the parking lot…with a handful of other people also waiting. And staff consistently gets the orders wrong.

Pro: Drive thru is usually empty Con: Why is the drive thru usually empty? o.0 Pro: The dude that calls me boss a dozen times, I like that dude Con: Way too often the food comes cold Pro: Their app have really good deals!!! Popeyes is good, this location not so much, here’s how to make the most of it: When you order: you gotta ask for fresh hot food or you will get it cold. It doesn’t matter what sauces you pick, you will get bbq. At the window: request whatever sauce you want. Follow these steps and you will get a 4/5 service.

It never fails they are always missing something..... They are worse than McDonald's then dude is going to try and lie and say I personally checked it myself it was in there...... Well you're personally wrong throw the whole business away.

I never really ate this growing up but I got it for my kids today and they loved it. Definitely one of the better fast food places. Chicken is good quality, fries are unique and I love the blackened ranch sauce.

I have been going there for several years. Their chicken sandwiches are delicious and their combos are good and filling. I enjoy their New Orleans sweet tea, and apple pie.

The staff are very sweet and attentive to what you want. Every-time I come here I never leave disappointed or in a bad mood, customer service is top quality and will rate it the best out of all the Popeyes in Babylon.

I went to the drive thru after my vocal. Really tasty but service could be better

My husband went there last night and person behind counter was rude. He ordered the family meal - with coupon and he asked for rice n beans and mashed potatoes and was told (at 5pm) that they didn’t have any! And all they had was coleslaw n French fries. Then she started packing up food and he said u didn’t ask which chicken I wanted and she gave him chicken tenders, we wanted chicken with bone! Then he asked for desert and all they had was apple pie. I don’t understand why they are constantly out of menu items! He always complains - this will be the last time we will ever get food from here!

if you get a box you have to tell them to not fill the box up with just wings when its supposed to be mixed and its not the first time

The chicken is always excellent. We tried the new chicken nuggets and they were so good. Very crispy outside and really tender and juicy inside. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because they told me I had to wait 5 minutes for the nuggets and I ended up waiting 20. I don't mind the wait, just be honest and say it's going to be 20 minutes, not 5. Also the biscuits were delicious but they were a little dry.

I like this Popeyes. Good customer service they actually pay attention. The sunrise highway location is horrendous. I'm only going to this location moving forward. Easy drive-thru and they don't try to charge you extra for sides that come with the meal.
