Probably my fifth time here but it’s been a few years now. You can get a free large drink or slush if you sign up for their text messages. Ordered the blue coconut slush with bubbles and candy, strawberry cheesecake milk shake, large onion rings and fries. Slushies and milk shakes are great. Food is quite standard — your typical fast food, ya know. Service is super fast and the lady who handed us the order was super nice. It’s a bit difficult to eat in the car without making a mess. Would be nice to have like a piece of paper or something to hold your food instead of just one bag, but that’s just improvements that they can make.

Please get the Wild caught Alaska Pollock sandwich meal! It is worth the 7.99. Not many places offer good fish sandwiches that doesn’t taste processed. I normally opt out of eating fast food but when I want a step above fast food restaurants I pick Sonic! The lettuce was fresh and the sandwich was hot. The breading had just the right amount of crunch around the edges. Not sure if my pictures of the sandwhich are shown, but believe me when I say I am picky! They did not overload with sauce or pickle. The right amount of sweet and tangy. Perhaps, I was fasting for 12 hours and this lunch made me feel like it was the best first meal ever! 😆 Thanks Sonic for delivering! My shot of cranberry in my slushy hit the spot too! I am horribly disappointed at the experience I had here. Not with the food, but the staff. EVERY SINGLE EMPLOYEE who worked on Saturday 3/19/22 in the afternoon (around 3pm -4pm) should be FIRED. Including the Manager!! Every single person had a terrible attitude and made you feel like as a customer you were not welcomed. The app wasn't working and the Manager refused to honor the promotional discount for the slushies. The microphone in the order slot wasn't working so the employee had to come out and take the order. By the time he went back inside after 'taking' the orders, he had forgotten the order and ended up getting 2 items completely wrong. And then when told that the order they gave was incorrect, was given the WORST attitude ever. By the time they finally delivered my correct order, the ice creams that were given had melted and when I asked for New ones, they literally replaced 1 and gave the other back saying it wasnt "melted enough". Obviously these workers need to go to Chick FIL A customer service school because these group of folks are honestly the worst I've encountered. Will be staying away from this branch for a while!!

We went for the milk shake. It is only order outside. Their milkshakes are simply delicious. Only thing I would recommend is to give us wider straws. Almost had an ear ache from trying to drink from that little straw. The strawberry cheesecake was fantastic.

Photos don't do justice. We had the Chicago dog,Asian sweet chili, Buffalo wings, the double stuff oreo blast, reeses blast and strawberry shake. We love it here can't wait to go back for breakfast.

I didn’t even know there were Sonic’s on the island! I’ve always seen their commercials and stuff so I was kinda excited to go! We were able to put our car in the drive stop area and the servers came out with the food on ROLLER SKATES!!! It was really awesome to see… just sayin. Also it may be odd but I’m a huge ice lover and this ice was just *chefs kiss* it was amazing. If you’re a fellow ice lover then you know that AMC, Costco, and Chik fil a all have the same kinda crystallized ice—> this is even better than that! 10/10

They got multiple orders wrong not just mine but other customers aswell. I did not get a water bottle as part of the kids meal. I asked for redbull slush of particular flavor they gave me (pi** and rebdull) also messed up with my tator tots gave me fries instead also mozarella sticks came with no marinara sauce... not worth 40$

I was excited to go here with my family since it’s been a while since we’ve enjoyed Sonic. But I was disappointed with their customer service from beginning to end. First when the young lady took our order she seems as if we were a bother to her, she was rude and standoffish . When our order came out after paying we notice the food we received was incorrect. We pressed the intercom to let the young lady know and she kept cutting me off while explaining. I brought to her attention how rude the service has been from beginning. She never once apologized and just ask if I’m ready to order. Once explained again her reply was let me get a manager. A few minutes later she came back and said she will be out with our order. 5 mins later the correct order was given to us and the young lady seemed bothered by us again. I guess this will be the last time we go here.

I'm not wasting my TIME anymore with this location!! 90% of the employees DON'T CARE! they haven't give me the right order in the last 5 visits in a row!! Today I spent good 10 min in a stall with only 4 car in the whole place, decided to go to the drive thru thinking the bottom was broken and the guy that was taking orders couldn't care less, left me hanging for long periods of time, keying whatever he pleased over and over. I just left, won't waste my energy with this location ever again! Will try to get my Sonic whenever I'm around Lake Grove location

No complaint about the food. Everything is pretty much good especially the mozzarella sticks very good.. But they close 10 to 15 minutes early every weekend, I work overnight and I try to get there before they close at 2, I get there at 145-150 and they are already closed

Food is always fresh and quick service. However, they need to replace their drive thru speaker. The sound is kinda unclear when placing an order and I’m pretty sure employees have a hard time hearing out of that thing too. Highly recommended overall.

The food is trash, the fries are soggy the chicken looks like it was sitting in a fryer for 3 hours, the sandwhich looks like it was sitting under the fridge for 3 months, We didn’t even eat the meal, hope you enjoy my $26 it will be the last dime you ever get from me

I have to say I miss the times when you could pretty much just go in and order through an actual person. Now you have computers. I am a troglodyte. I prefer speaking to people. The waitress on roller skates was.....interesting.

I liked the prices and the drive in, it actually a spacious lot,although some of the monitors dont work also the burgers were good but the hot dog I had was so drenched in relish I couldnt taste the meat 😭

I really don't get what the raves are for Sonic. Corn dog was bland, cherry limeade too sweet, burger meh. The tots were decent.

Pulled into a stall and pressed the button after 10min I left. I did notice that 3+ cars got their order taken in the drive through during this time while several employees stood around inside. Fast food is about the least skilled career there is, yet they manage to do a bad job anyway

The food tasted terrible. It had some really weird aftertaste. The service was awesome and if you like eating in your car the atmosphere is OK. Oh and it seemed really expensive.

Bad. Super disappointed. What few items we ordered (after waiting for 20 minutes in the drive thru) were cold. One item we paid for a large and we didn’t realize until getting home that we were given a small. Frustrating to hear and see workers cursing and fooling around instead of fulfilling our order. Management should step up or move out.

Pretty cool. Not sure why there is a drive thru & stall things but I didn't wait on the drive thru line and went for the full experience of parking .

This is one of the few sonics on the island and I've been coming here since it opened up. I got their new sour patch kids cream slush and really enjoyed it. Remember to buy drinks through their app because they're always half off. I've never really been a big fan of their burgers, but I do think their fries and mozzarella sticks are pretty solid.

The drive thru line moved quickly. The lady taking the order was friendly and repeated the order back to me before giving the total. Every special request was accommodated and the person who took the payment and gave the food was extremely pleasant.

Between this sonix and one by Smith haven mall. This is much better. Employees care more. Everytime I get a shake from Deer Park it's always really good. Other locations is 3 or 3 terrible and we refuse to go again. Drive through took more than 10m with just 1 car ahead of us. We checked this location off list. We would rather have nothing

Had to leave. Never got to order our food. Pressed the red button and since no one placed our order it reset.... this happened again. Moved to a different stall and it happened again. Meanwhile people were pulling up and having their orders taken. Very disappointing

Ordering via the app is a breeze and I enjoy the all-day half-priced drinks and app-exclusive deals, like the half-priced burger that I purchased yesterday. My food was delivered quickly and the employee was friendly. Everything was hot and they included all of the sauces that I requested.

I always heard about Sonic from my kids but never stopped in. Well I needed some me time and I stopped in for a vanilla shake. It was so creamy and delicious. I can almost say the best shake I ever had. I had to wait a good little while to be served at the little box but then I realized thay there was a drive through when I was leaving.
