This place is fire!! Love the food there and the setup. You must try the oreo French toast every thing I had was created with perfection... kudos to the chef!!! I definitely recommend this place you will not be disappointed. Friendly service; will definitely be going back.

I'm so glad I discovered this little restaurant. Environment is comfortable and clean with friendly staff and a chef that really seems to care about customers. The "What-a-jerk shrimp & grits" has the best carribean jerk flavor I've ever had. Seasoned just right with a hint of heat and a slice of cheese to neutralize some of the heat along with perfectly cooked shrimp. Using grits as the base gave it a great southern flair that complements the flavor really well. Everything else was great as well. Children had chicken fingers, which were battered and fried very nicely; very crispy while still very tender and juicy. I've rarely been so excited about a restaurant and can't wait to come back. This place is really a hidden gem.

This restaurant was an all around 5 star. Hospitality was excellent. We were seated quickly and they were very kind and thorough. The food came out quickly and it was delicious. One of the best restaurants I have been to in Long Island. The restaurant gives you an island vibe. It played Caribbean music and some old reggae hits. The restaurant is nice to eat inside and they also have outside dining. Price is $$. I paid $100. I ordered 3 meals and one of the meals were a Sunday special which included a pitcher of Hawaiian Mimosa. It was good and they were not cheap with the alcohol.

The food and hospitality were amazing. Joshua and Shirley are the bomb and so welcoming. This will definitely be my new brunch spot!!

Update Today 11/3/22 i went back and the food was delicious. I was so glad to see that they now have physical menu's. I had the fried okcra omg the portion was so filling. I had the traditional bone-in wings garlic parm. And it came with fries. Delicious couldn't even finish it all. 😋 my friend had the surf and turf. She said it was good she ate all of hers there. Now I ordered a mohito but it did taste more like a spike lemonade but I wasn't mad because it was still good. Becareful those drinks sneak up on you. The waiter was so friendly and attentive sorry I didn't get his name. This time I uploaded pics 😊 9/22 Had the chicken and waffles for the first time and they didn't disappoint. The drinks was on the money most definitely will be going back

Really good music, overall wonderful ambiance and the service was fantastic. Our waitress was very sweet and attentive. The salmon burger was delicious!

Good food. Very fresh. Going back for brunch. Can't wait. Update 2022: Make sure you look at your receipt. They are not transparent with pricing. They add more to the bill, but they don't say what it's for. I understand a service charge, but as a customer, I want to be aware. No one could explain why the prices on the menu were not the same as what I was charged.

The food was absolutely delicious, on top of the wonderful meal I received the atmosphere was immaculate. Everyone in the staff did a great job, making us feel as if we were family. Highly recommend Bayview Kitchen 10/10 .

This was my first time dining in at Bayview, but I’ve had their food once or twice before. Our server was thorough in explaining the menu and the daily specials. He checked on us several times and made us feel like valued customers. Several other employees stopped by the table at various times to make sure that we were enjoying our meal. I ordered the Marcus Garvey tea/lemonade (basically an Arnold Palmer) with just the right amount of sweetness. Mine may have been sweeter than the normal version since I inquired about the sweetness level. For my entree I ordered the 212 Sandwich which has eggs and a protein, plus a generous serving of delicious, perfectly seasoned home fries. My dining companions ordered the B.L.A.T. and skirt steak, both were said to be delicious. Caribbean music was playing in the background once the crowd started rolling in. Thankfully it wasn’t too loud and we were able to converse at normal volume. I’ve heard that they often have a DJ present for brunch. BK isn’t a large establishment, so if you’ve got a group of four or more you may want to get there before noon to score a table. The bill came to around $20-25 per person, which is reasonable for a higher quality brunch. The beverages are priced on the higher side ($5 for a soda, $6 for OJ). I would definitely return.

first time here at Bayview kitchen with my family and it was amazing. we ordered cocktails for the adults 10/10 mocktails for the teens 10/10. soon after our food came and it was delicious. The table got silent for a moment as my family enjoyed their food jerk shrimp & grits 10/10 scampi shrimp & grits 10/10 French toast amazing 10. jerk salmon & grits 10. the staff were nice and attentive to our table. our server was accommodating to our needs. The ambiance is nice and very clean overall we will be back!

Hubby and I went to Bayview kitchen for the first time yesterday… and we had such an amazing experience. 😃 We were immediately greeted by the owner, who was very friendly and made us feel at home. 🏡 our server was also very attentive and made sure we were hydrated with water as we waited for our food and drinks. Hubby ordered whiting fish & grits with cheese and I ordered the Belgium deluxe (which came Belgium waffles , 2 eggs, and a protein of my choice (pork sausage is what I chose). We also ordered 2 pitchers of a very refreshing juice that came with fresh mint, oranges and we could tell it was made with love 🍹 If you’re looking for a place you can go and enjoy good music 🎶 , great food, & unwind with friends, this is the place! We will definitely be back to try other menu options when we get back in town ❤️😍

Omg the food was amazing the staff was amazing they made sure we were good and satisfied we got the big daddy short stack and the Jamaican salon and grits omg flavorful !!!! Prices are right !!! Hidden gem get there!!

First timer here and customer service is great from the first step in to last out. Food is flavored nicely and presentation to top it off is on point. Drinks are refreshing. Will come here again and try another dishes.

Went to 🥂 celebrate my sister's 55th birthday, It was a very intimate get together. It has a cosy feel and vibe. Not meant for large gatherings. Food and drinks were good. Had the salmon. I didn't care for the okra in the sauce topping. The plantains were delicious 🤤 and drinks are strong and tasty not watered down 👍 my daughter enjoyed her lobster Mac & cheese. Overall a nice place especially for a "date night"

Besides the good quality and delicious food, I can’t leave unnoticed the attention that Kim gives you… she makes you feel special, she listen and she really is the nicest waitress I ever met. Is very enjoyable when you feel like the person who is taking care of you enjoy what their doing! And you can definitely feel that with Kim!! Owners, listen up! Keep people like Kim happy in their work place.. that’s what makes the difference… and like I said at the beginning.. the food is top notch! But Kim exceeded my expectations and just for her is that I’m coming back! Good job guys!!

I’ve been here for brunch and dinner and both times the food was phenomenal. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful with suggestions, especially if you’re a little indecisive (because everything on the menu sounds and is amazing). Drinks are great and the music playing is always a vibe. Would definitely recommend and I will definitely be returning.

Amazing! This was my friend and I first time coming here. I got 212 sandwich with home fries, it was great but the eggs just needed some seasoning. The home fries were amazing, they had a little kick to them! I also got grits on the side which was amazing too. My friend for jerk salmon and grits, she said she enjoyed it. She said the salmon was a little spicy. Would definitely go back. We took after we start eating, my apologies 😊

This is my 3rd experience with Bayview Kitchen. It is a clean, warm, friendly and inviting restaurant. The food has been consistently DELICIOUS. I highly recommend the fried whiting and the chicken and waffles. Both were cooked and seasoned to perfection. Kudos to the chef AND the staff. I am thrilled to have this restaurant so close to home!

This is not right food like okra and a chicken wrap should not taste the amazing and that rich boy shrimp sandwich boy oh boy I felt wealthy the staff was beyond pleasant accommodating and attentive this is A++. my palates where beyond please with familiar cultured flavor but in different ways like a sorrel sauce is genius

You might almost miss this small establishment when passing but once inside you’ll know you’ve come to some place special. Cool vibe, great music, excellent service, and amazing food! Avocado toast was the best we’ve ever had and the portion was tremendous! Chicken and waffles were crispy and flavorful. Jerk shrimp and grits were mouthwateringly good. Mimosas were the perfect compliment to an incredible meal. This hidden gem is a rare find in this area. Cannot wait to come back!

The food and beverages were so amazing that this is a must go! My friends loved the lobster bisque and the cheese steak was so good! The burgers are so good and the price is worth the authenticity! The atmosphere is what you dream of and the food is so filling that what you dream of is the friendly service and familial vibes. Worth every penny!! Must go again!

Bayview Kitchen is a local restaurant that I visit regularly after work . Amazing drinks , food , customer service & vibes. Bayview is the only authentic Caribbean restaurant in Suffolk Long Island . The owner Josh is very friendly & makes you feel welcomed & apart of the Bayview family . The authentic rum punch does the job every time. I normally get the Mac & cheese & escovich salmon, today I tried the lobster Mac & cheese with a grilled lobster tail , chef’s kiss 😍. Make this apart of your to do list , you won’t be disappointed !! ❤️

When you come to Bayview Kitchen you feel like you're on vacation in the Caribbean. You will not find better food, service, and vibes on Long Island. Wonderful service, great atmosphere, and the food is stellar. Who knew we had a Michelin star worth restaurant in our backyard! Compliments to the chef! I've never has everything come out so perfectly before. The spicy syrup is something I would buy by the gallon if I could.
