Had dinner tonight with my husband. Food here is great. The service is horrible. They never asked us for refills. While we were eating they placed the check on the table. First time in my life there was a two hour time limit, customers don’t cater to the business the business caters to the customer. They’re was a couple next to us where the AC leaked on one of the patrons and her food. Instead of apologizing, they asked the couple to move there seat and when the couple refused, they dropped the cheek on the table. This is NOT how you treat paying customers who make your business run. Perhaps, the service needs to catch up with the food otherwise they won’t make it. For the first time in my life, we didn’t leave a tip. We won’t be back here ever again.

The food is pretty good but the customer service sucks. I've only been here 3 times including tonight. All 3 times I felt as if my little 3 person family was being rushed out, when they are trying to sweep up after other people leave they banged into my chair multiple times. The girl at the front tonight looked like she was miserable and gave us a really nasty look. I won't be going back. I bit the bullet and went again last night. Our "server" never came by once to refill our beverages, and never came by to take the used plates until we placed them on an unused table. The hanging overhead lamps are filthy and there must be a nice 2 inch layer of dust. It's starting to look like it's growing fur. The floors are completely slippery especially in the bathroom. My toddler almost fell and could've hit her head on the bathroom sink. I will never go back after this.

This place was good. It had decent Sushi and a lot of Asian, American food. I liked the fact that we could eat as much as we wanted but the problem with that is you don't really enjoy anything as much as might enjoy them as an individual dish. I recommend trying Sushi and sea food here. They're delicious and I preferred them to other dishes.

Decent Chinese buffet. $20 dollars per adult on weekend dinner. Variety of seafood, sushi, and other Chinese menus available. Kids menu. Resturant will provide gloves to use when getting food from the buffet counter. Covid precautions in effect. Employees not that friendly.

Food was average but stuffs are rude. We went there two days in a row. Crab wasn’t clean. First day the girl who was at front desk has no manners. She supposed to welcome the guest. We said hi to her but she didn’t even reply. Second day we gave the server lady $10 tips but She was asking for more and gave attitude and left the tips on the table. Tips is which we give people happily but they gonna force you to give them tips even though theirs serves is not satisfying. We went twice now not recommended anymore. Stuff should be more professional and nice to their customer.

I went to this place today for my dad’s birthday and I had a good time. The food was amazing and I enjoyed myself with my dad mom and brother. This place is amazing and I would recommend you to go there and enjoy your birthday dinner party etc

Service was bad, customer service was worse. My 10 yr old felt discriminated and left crying because the front desk man said you are too tall so I must charge you adult price. Then the servers expected a tip, they are a disgrace! We will never go back and I do NOT recommend anyone to go.

Asian-American style buffet with a large variety of food. The quality and flavours are fine. I'd avoid holidays, as the place gets uncomfortably busy. Service is ok, but as soon as it looks like you're done eating, they make it pretty clear that they want you out the door asap.

The buffet area and food were good as well clean.. Sorry but the bathroom at this place smells horrible.. Urine on the floors of both bathrooms men and women.. We informed the staff about issues.. No one attended to the problem! The bathroom(s) need to be soaked with bleach. The Hibachi taste really bad as if the ingredients were sitting out to long.. Even the cooks had bad attitude.. I try not to post negative reviews but i have to honest this go round! CAN NOT RECOMMEND

Nice Japanese restaurant on Deer Park Avenue. Had crab legs, whole crab, craw fish, jumbo shrimps and noodles with grilled shrimps. Won't be disappointed if you're a sea food lover. Nice ambience. Friendly staff. Clean environment. Great buffet with affordable prices. Highly recommend this restaurant to people looking for authentic Japanese food.

This place is busy! And I can see why. Food is fresh, replaced quickly ( you'd have to be an Olympic athlete to get the crab legs), and it's tasty. You get past the large amounts of people, settle in and begin eating, you'll see why lots of people come here.

The food is great (5 stars) but the desserts honestly is horrible (2 stars). They have prepackaged cookies and cheap chocolate looking gingerbread shaped cookies. Some square cakes covered in vanilla frosting. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Some coconut things that tasted old (didn’t bother to eat the rest) They have chocolate tiramisu and can I say wow!!! Hopefully they have more in the future!!! Delicious!!!! 👏🏻

If I can give a negative star I would do so in a heart beat. I’ve been here many times to confirm that this establishment is racist. They seat all the darker skinned people in the back. I’ve never been seated in the front always ushered to the back. I would understand if at least once I sat in the front but I always find myself in the back with the darker complexion. They should be ashamed of themselves as we are trying to move forward not backwards during these times. - ⭐️. Take heed of this review.

It was just awful. There was no desert selection. The waiter was sweet, and the hibachi server was nice too. The manager and woman putting out the food were both horrible. When I explained to the manager that the woman putting out the food was openly rude - they both enjoyed a good laugh speaking in their language …as I stood there. Bathrooms were filthy. I would never recommend this unprofessional establishment.

Was scammed twice by this place. Said credit card machine was down. Then paid cash and the change was 6 dollars too little.I said this isn't the right price. She said it's a Sunday. I said I know the price for Sunday and asked for original receipt. She said she threw it out by accident and she added two drinks by accident and handed me 6 dollars. They did this more once. You lost a monthly customer to scam 6 dollars here and there. Also. Too busy and quality went down.

Food was terrible, place was dirty, overpriced and they discriminate by charging kids an adult fee! Manager said they prefer to loose clients than loose money. Don’t recommend anyone this place. Hope they loose more clients HAA!!

Went to dine in today. To be honest the food is food but service is horrible. They give you the bill when you're still chewing and haven't asked for it yet. It's like they're waiting for you to leave. I always feel rushed. Then they ask for tip. Today I paid cash and they didn't even give the change back. They kept the change as their tip. Their bathrooms are always nasty. Both women & men's restrooms are dirty and smell like pee.

The place is good and just like any other buffet. Has good amount of options. The price is also similar to many other places I've been to in Long Island. The only thing is that they're very pressuring about tips. If you don't tip, the waiter will literally walk away from your table like a angry pouty child.

So I found about the place through Google search and the reviews were not bad so I had a group of four to go out and enjoy a evening dinner. The food was still and not fresh. The general Tso chicken was cold and not flavorful. The ambience was at a zero with no life at all. Spent $91 for everything and was just not of any value. At least we went for a try for the first time but I do not recommend going again. That's it did

Don’t waste your time visiting this place. I went to dine in with my daughter. The food was great, but the service is horrendous. The service is absolutely horrible. They didn't even ask if we needed a refill, one of the waiters just threw the check on the table with an attitude, and supposedly tips are mandatory. The waiters even looked at us weird. The waitress practically forced me to tip more, arguing that i was paying for the food and not the service. Im sorry but hello? That is NOT how you treat your PAYING customers. I also noticed that the tables in front of us were treated the same. This was a horrible experience. I do not recommend this place at all. I am never coming here again.

Great Buffet place.:-) absolutely I would reccomend it. every time I go there I have to make sure that first my eyes have to feel full. also every time I go there reminds me hungry people all around the world that they can not find to eat even.slice of bread then causing not to enjoy very much on what I eat. not kidding!. With The food had been thrown away and wasted it could feed all the hungry people in the world. Anyways!. enjoy it

I went over Hibachi Grill with my family after expending the day at the farm. This place I like it very much because it is a buffet and can eat all I can for a relative low cost. We went after 3 pm and it was very full, all the food was well stack, my first round was salmon, white fish, green beans; my second was chicken and green beans, everything was great!! Desert was fruits and jello and some coconuts cookies. Will cone back again soon!!

This place is a "You get what you pay for" place. The food is just average, but the price is excellent. You can't expect top quality buffet when they are only charging you $15. There are other higher end all you can eat places out there, but if you are on a budget, this place will work.

NOT DISABILITY FRIENDLY I wasn’t going to leave a review, but I felt discriminated against at this restaurant. I have a service dog that assists me. The floor manager/greeter guy at first tried to tell me that I can’t have my pet…I explained to him its FEDERAL LAW that they allow service dogs unless they cause a direct threat to someone (which mine does not). After a helpful woman manager told him he had to let us in he continued to glare at me the entire time and while walking by our table even though my service dog never went near the buffet area! I will not be returning. It’s hard enough walking around with a giant blinking sign that says I’m disabled (my service dog) but it just ruined my night to feel directly attacked by management because of it. DONT WORRY: you wont have to deal with me or be receiving my business again..

Went here for a baby's first birthday! My friend had booked the whole party room in the back and treated us to the whole thing so I can't speak on the pricing. Cause she's awesome. The food variety was good but when it comes to sushi the variety was made with the same basic ingredients. And none of them had an fish. Only imitation crab meat. we went at 2pm to 5pm. So they had different foods coming out that were labeled dinner only. Tried the clam and the crab. The only real expensive dishes there. But the crab meat in claws tasted old and the consistency just gritty and broke apart into tiny pieces? The clams were dried out and shriveled.. Alot of the cheaper in house made foods like cheese wonton were good. While the more high end items were gross. The ribs were dry and overcooked. But the service was good. They brought the drinks pretty quickly and took plates at regular intervals. The bathrooms I've only used the sink but looked relatively clean. It smelled like sewage tho because the grate with the sink was loose. I kicked it the first time and it popped off and freaked me out lmao. Overall the service seems to work harder to to account for the lack of overall management. The quality of the ingredients I don't think it's an issue. It more that they don't use them fresh. In my opinion it's not the people issue.. its the management issue. Old ingredients. Your gettin quantity over quality here... but you could be gettin both. Cause they have the means.. but they need better food manager.

very poor experience, they have no manners and are very rude towards their guest. the food was terrible, it wasn’t cooked properly and made everyone sick. they also stood so close to us to the point we felt uncomfortable, not to mention the dead fish in their display pond. would definitely not recommend coming here and to top it off they charge over full price for food that wasn’t available not to mention how disgusting these bathrooms are. the floors are filthy they don’t even seem to be cleaned, absolutely disgusting

I would suggest dinner over lunch. Lunch more than half the options are carb/starch filler (rice, fries, potato etc). A whole bar that is usually entrees is extra salad during lunch. Some of the food was colder than other parts in the try. What also bothered me is the hot tea was just a Lipton tea bag. The food in general is pretty good but lacks options if you’re looking for proteins. Some options are slightly different but virtually the same dish.

Good selection and variety. Sushi also had a good variety. Floor was kinda slippery. And wish they had some kind of system to how you went station to station. Unfortunately not everyone was taught manners and would cut in front as we were moving down the lines. Staff was good about cleaning up quickly

Many delicious choices. Clean and welcoming staff. Very busy during the weekend, usually waiting time is between 20 to 35 minutes. They give you a number when it’s busy. Located in the Sunset Plaza. If you don’t like waiting, you can take a short walk to Rite Aid or Game Stop ;)

The coffee was gross and cold. And the workers I feel like they are so judgmental. Someone started laughing at someone for dropping their chopsticks. The sushi is extremely small. And the workers are not helpful. I was looking for Lo Mein and they looked and saw i was looking for something then started talking to each other. But the food was fine I guess. And I found one worker who was sweet but thats really all. Its an okay place I would go there occasionally.

Variety of food and taste are good Dessert ok nothing out of the ordinary The disappointment was the ice cream. Don’t expect soft ice or yogurt it’s flavored water what you get.

Completely distroyed my Thanksgiving. They sat my father and I at a dirty table gave him a broken hot tea pot that spilled all over him then paraded us to the other side of the restaurant with jackets and drinks in hand. The food was cold sitting on warming trays. The staff was very impolite. Management wouldn't hear anything. Just tale the money and go. If I could give negative stars I would. I'm still stick from Thursdays dinner. They should be shut down.

I wish they had more specifically Chinese dishes and some different things it's always the same handful of dishes

Horrible customer service. They literally rush you out as they bring the check before you’re done and have time limits. Never heard of this before, considering the business has an obligation to cater to customers, not the other way around. They also either don’t refill the drink or they ask to refill when it’s still halfway full. The food is very good I will give them that, that’s what kinda sucks though because of the horrible customer service I will not eat here again. Truly a shame, because no matter how good their food is, nobody will eat in a place where the atmosphere isn’t comfortable. If you can’t cater to customers don’t open a restaurant, it’s that simple.

WORST Customer Service ever. We had a party of 40 and a deposit was left in advance. We arrive and were told that the private room had been occupied by another party. Even after numerous attempts the acting manager did not make any attempt to properly accommodate us. This exchange went on for over 15 minutes. It was embarrassing, humiliating and disruptive. We left this Hibachi in Deerpark and won't ever step foot here ever again. Needless to say we were here to celebrate our mother's 85th birthday.

Came from Georgia for step daughters birthday and she wanted a buffet birthday lunch so she chose this place....... there’s a big variety of nothing! The food is tasteless and absolutely just a waste of money and service omg I never got a refill they act like they don’t see you and keep walking........ I took us 30 min to eat but an hour to get the check! Came back later that week and it was exactly the same experience! Good luck having a good experience because I don’t see it happening

Food wasn't good. Lacked Flavor. Restaurant had very poor ventilation. No one was watching the kids at the buffet , where they touch and just fool around near the food . Not a pleasant experience

I’ve been going here for YEARS & every time was GREAT except TONIGHT. I politely asked a server when fresh chicken wings were coming out, she looked with a attitude and said there’s some there which were 5 old ones left. She then said 20 min, so I waited 30, to see she put literally 5 to 7 fresh ones. So I politely asked a different server, she said 5 min & still nothing. So I went to the front desk, he said 10 min, I kept seeing them peeking out the kitchen for me. So I got upset and just went to check out, with pretty much NOTHING in all 4 trays I came to fill up. Once the man at the front noticed my very familiar face, he says I’ll take $3 off. I felt so insulted I just walked out. My mom and niece were with me. This is not just over chicken, it was how I was treated and what that server did was extremely petty. I know by me NEVER coming back there again, isn’t going to make a difference; but putting this out there for all to see, might grab somebody else’s attention to how I was treated and give me some feedback on it. But I PROMISE I will NEVER go back to this place ever again and it’s sad because I ALWAYS tell others about this place and spend lots of money here. I don’t ask for special treatment ever, but I ask to be treated with the same respect I give at all times even when upset. I could of cursed at them or got loud and obnoxious, but my mother taught me better than that. I’m honestly more upset that I’ll NEVER be going back here, but my respect is more important. I was there at 9pm they close at 10:30 and a party of 7 came in the same time as me plus I saw other large parties coming in as well as the place being already crowded so I know new stuff was coming out. I had, nor have I ever had problems with waiting. The petty behavior on that server was not needed & totally unprofessional.

Lunch was 13$ plus tax and drink cost. The chicken dishes were good not great. Sushi was eh.. seafood was not much variety (salmon, white fish, steamed clams, raw clams) some dishes were cold because set out for too long. The waitress was nice.

The food and the atmosphere was great just like any other buffet restaurant. Everything was fine, except the service. The service was so bad. I was gonna tip them but then I forgot to put it on the table then the waiter pressure us to tip them. I still tip them but you can't pressure or force someone to tip you, you ruin the vibe or the day of your customers and potentially not coming back.

The food here was really good!! But they are very unorganized and rude.. my cousin came here for her son‘s birthday and Andy not sure if he’s a manager was out right rude. Yelling at her like she was a child. They moved us all over the place. Keep in mind she made reservations. When we showed up, they had one group of us at one table and another group at another.. finally we said something and they moved us all together. But that Andy came out yelling at my cousin because she didn’t ask for him… this place needs to be more organized and professional.. they definitely cannot handle the rush-hour crowd.
