Food is fresh and delightful. One problem. They push down on the burgers while they cook. No good.

The best cheese burger in town! Amazing staff. Fresh and delicious food. Plenty of parking spots and a very clean place. You can eat in or order. I ordered cheese burger with grilled onion and green pepper and fries. While waiting for my order I eat free peanuts. The meal was large enough for me to eat it for lunch and dinner. A must try place!

Service is always friendly, the mood is always uplifting. Not sure if every Five Guys is like this but the staff always seems to be churning out burgers like a well oiled machine, orders never wrong.

Avoid this Place!!! Don't buy!! My bf ordered 3 regular cheeseburger, they didn't put ANY add-on not even the SAUCE, No ketchup No mayo No pickles No Tomato No Lettuce, Nothing!! And he requested 3 Regular cheese burger, that's what they gave us, take a look of the pic! and cost over ＄10 each. Even McDonald ＄2 cheeseburger contains ketchup! Ridiculous!!

This location is very clean, inviting and efficient. Burgers are always fresh and precisely made. The teamwork is worth watching alone. In the end, the burgers are delicious and surprisingly dont fall apart at the first bite like other burger joints. The fries are top notch and they always give a hefty serving. Repeat and happy customer through and through.

Great service by amazing people, always clean as usual, good portions and many other things that make this location good. As usual expect the typical quality from Five Guys. The location is great since it's near a busy street, it could be more out in the open but it's fine as it is. Couldn't ask for anything more or less.

10/3 Friday night busy AF the guy on the grill is busting his getting the orders done the guy on the fries in on fire also ( both AA) amazing work both deserve a rise. My burger comes out amazing 🤤 thank you guys

Came in ordered, picked up the order. Came home. Opened the bag. And it was missing my most important piece which was mushrooms on the side. 2 ordered of them. Called the manager and he stated we must have been busy, (which they were not). And we forgot. Bad management Muhamad. Not what a customer wants to hear. You MUST check your bag because they really don’t care if they screw up. And $38 for 2 burgers 1 fry and 2 shakes. That’s ridiculous

Today is national burger day and i was hoping that i can get the deal that it said online which was a free burger with a purchase of a large drink or large fry i did not get any deals and they had no idea what i was talking about and not wanting to be rude i still purchased a burger at full price but i am very upset because the only reason i came here today was for national burger day

Nothing grinds my gears more than businesses that close earlier than advertised. Got there at 9:53pm. Doors were locked but they close at 10:00pm.

I come here some evenings for take out burgers for my wife and myself. Always consistent in quality, timeliness, and all around friendliness. These guys are always working hard, positive attitudes with welcoming jokes and great service. Encouraging to interact with and always has me looking forward to coming back.

Got burgers there the old guy put them on and couldn't get them off to turn them broke them apart didn't care a 2 guy then then pick the hamburger off grill and I said the guy broke the hamburger he didn't even acknowledge 28.00 I think you should have took care of my food like you care about it not just smash it and tell us terrible used to be a good now cares about their work

Be aware and watch how your food is prepared at the DEER PARK location: I ordered 2 milk shakes , while one was being prepared the other sat on the counter uncovered , another employee walk over to my preparer to show him something on his phone and the whole time they was looking , talking and laughing all of this was being done while standing directly over my ""uncovered"" shake... After the Ke-Ke stopped I had to ask him to make me another shake because of what I witnessed......The employee looked at me as if I had 3 heads resting on my shoulders.........I don't know the rules of 5 Fives but your attention shouldn't be on a cell phone , nor should you be allowed to handle your dirty cell phone while your on the kitchen floor while preparing the customers food.....

They take forever to make your food! Why tell people to pickup at a certain time if you have to wait another 10-20 mins for the food?

This pkace was good but lately the quantity of the fries is really low. I bought large fries and was less than when I bought regular. So no happy

Ordered a bacon cheeseburger with lettuce tomato Mayo jalapeños and bbq sauce. They left out the bacon and jalapeños. Wouldn’t be too upset if you didn’t have to pay extra for the bacon. Disappointed

We ordered large fries, and the quantity was less than full (only approx three quarters of the cups were filled). The fries were also sort of mushy. Not happy.

Pretty basic for the price. It filled me up and had decent taste. However the bacon was like shaved thin and non existent and the bread was pushed flat and kinda mushy from the juices. I like more textures in my burger and this is more of a mushy mouth feel overall. It's not a bad place but it surely doesn't stick out in a market with lots of great burgers under $20.

Service is very slow food is good and greasy

Food is great! Manager here not so great :( I feel bad for the employees who work here who do so much more.

Amazing folks, made me food 10 mins before closing the store, I will remember their kindness!
