Very excited to finally give PDQ Chicken a try. I heard many great things about this chain online. I went all in and ordered a Crispy chicken classic combo, 8 nuggets and tater tots and it was amazing!

Decided to stop in here when I was in the area and was not disappointed. Had the Pimento Crunch Chicken Sandwich, Honey Butter Chicken Sandwich, sampled the Spicy Chicken Sandwich, and the Chicken Nuggets. Also had the Reese's Cup and the Oreo Cookie Milkshakes. Everything that I had or sampled while dining here were delicious. The chicken sandwiches may be a little smaller than some chicken sandwiches from other restaurants but it's not meager at all. The chicken nuggets were very flavorful and juicy; all white meat. Restaurant is very spacious, clean, and open with some patio dining. The drive thru was very busy while I dined inside the restaurant but appeared to be efficient. I like the open look/view into the kitchen area. There's even a working hand wash station for convenience that's not inside the bathroom and a bit away from dining area. Service was efficient and the staff were friendly. Ample parking available. There is a mobile app for quick ordering convenience and a rewards program too. Updated: recently decided on some take out from here. Had their spicy crispy turkey sandwich which was ok. For myself, it was a little dry but still did have some good flavor. Also had the chicken tenders which were better than I expected.

Really enjoyed the food here, came here on a whim from a friend's recommendation The food was fresh, tasty and extremely juicy. I don't think I've had chicken that was quite this juicy from a restaurant, the building is large with lots of seating available as well. Staff was friendly, humorous and attentive. Also the service was fast, which is also a plus. All in all a good experience, coming in with no expectations I really felt genuinely impressed. Worth a visit!

Absolutely delicious. Great spot to stop when staying in a hotel in the area. I got the Chicken Sandwich and Fries and the taste was excellent. The fries were crispy and hot. The nuggets were a hit with my husband. Sauces are great, I love the BBQ. They were out of waffle fries but it worked out fine. Next time I'm in the area I plan to take a trip here.$$$

Chicken tastes very fresh and real. Flavor is good and I liked the PDQ sauce it had a little kick to it. I do prefer the sauce at Chick Fil A and their nuggets better though.

I love PDQ. The workers. The atmosphere. The service. The cleanliness.The overall corporate culture. The way the food looks, everything. Everything at pqd is prefect but the food...nothing wrong with the preparation of the food, but the quality of the physical raw product feels low. The sauces feel a little too "mayonnaisey" (if that's a word). I haven't been to other locations.The chicken just...I don't want to sound foolish but the chicken seems a little over processed. Please, give them a try,mybe we will agree to disagree.

This was my first time at pdq and i wasn't disappointed. The place was pretty busy on a Saturday afternoon, but i decided to go in and check it out. I ended up getting the jacked spicy chicken sandwich meal. It came with a good amount of waffle fries and a drink cup. They had two of those coke freestyle machines which was nice but one was missing a lot of sodas which was a little annoying. Food was solid though. I definitely would have ordered their tots over their waffle fries. They were much better in my opinion and I'm a big waffle fry dan. I want to go back and try something else and also one of their milkshakes. They also have packets of dukes mayonnaise which was really nice. (i may have took some to bring home) they also sell cheerwine and if you haven't tried it yet do yourself a favor and buy yourself a bottle.

Great food, super service, easy to order and check out. The chicken Fingers are amazing, the food is fresh and they are very quick. The customer service is also amazing they are always very attentive. Other than that good chicken fast service and fresh food. The fries were awesome as well as the homemade sauces that were offered to us. Will definitely be back!

The food was nice. It was my first time trying PDQ. I thought they sold chicken pieces (wings, legs, etc.). They only sell chicken tenders, chicken nuggets, chicken sandwich, and salad.

Amazing quality for such a reasonable price. The salad was top notch with grilled chicken and a mix of spring mix, romaine lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers and cheese. Kids meal was a perfect size with grilled tenders, tots and a drink. Bonus points for the hand washing station after the checkout!

Good place to find a quick bite to eat. I got the crispy chicken sandwich and the waffle fries. The sandwich was very good but the waffle fries could use more seasoning. To be fair it is a fast-food restaurant so if they wanted to change it. Itd probably be hard.

If you're looking for a good chicken place try PDQ. They offer freshly made grilled or crispy chicken (tenders, nuggets & sandwiches), shakes, salads, sides and cookies. They have a variety of great signature sauces that compliment your chicken and/or fries. My favorite is the spicy crispy chicken sandwich with a side of waffle fries. They offer kids' menu too. Great upgrade (not bland or greasy) unlike most fast food chicken options.

I visited this place last week. I ordered spicy chicken with no bun and my son ordered Spicy chicken delux. His sandwich was missing condiments but not only they corrected the mistake but made it up with a free cookie. My sandwich without bun was prepared very nice like a lettuce wrap. I was very pleased with my sandwich and service.

I’ve been here quite a few times and the food is always pretty good, but the past few times I’ve come, it feels like the quality in the food has went down. The fries were hard like a rock and they were definitely sitting under a heating lamp. The chicken was a little tough and chewy. They are constantly changing the sauces too, sometimes it’s spicy and other times it’s not. I’m super disappointed and don’t think I’ll come back to eat here again.

Chicken and fries were really good. Drive through service was good. Inside was delayed via service for that day. But over all a good experience. Decent prices as well.

This was my first visit. I had the chicken tenders and my boys had the chicken burgers. They were both very good. We will probably go back another day. I didn’t like the house sauce but that is just me everyone has their own taste buds. Try it.

First time trying PDQ & im kinda disappointed 3 little pickles & 1 big tomato do better. But everything else was good! Probably will get again

While my and my son's sandwiches were fine, the chicken in my wife's sandwich was chewy and fatty all the way through as were her nuggets. The lemonade is very sweet for our taste. Shakes were good but overly thick. Tots were very well done which we don't mind. Way better shakes at Five Guys and way better chicken at Chick-Fil-A.

Loved the Farmingdale location…we went twice a week but a few weeks ago had a horrible experience with employee. Had to reach out 3 different ways before getting any results. The operating Director did reach out & investigated the situation..welcomed me back & offered some coupons when I stated I would be very uncomfortable returning to this location, he completely dropped the ball. I agree food is very good but be careful for I was verbally harassed by a so-called manager. Be aware for you maybe her next victim.

We stopped here after a day at the beach and we’re overall very happy with our experience. The food was good and the manager(I believe) was walking around making sure everyone’s food was good and helping people with their orders. The main reason for writing this review is for the way this gentleman reacted when an older women tripped and fell outside the restaurant. After helping her up and inside he brought her water and sat with her, talked over the menu with her and brought her food. He was so kind and compassionate and it is great to see someone care so much about their customers!

This is the 1st time I came to this place and the chicken tender is absolutely delicious and juicy. I'm looking forward to going back there again.

Great food! Didn’t know what to expect from here as I was having it for the first time, ordered the crispy chicken and it was amazing! The right amount of seasoning and the chicken tasted very fresh! They also have a designated hand washing station outside the bathrooms which is pretty cool.

I really wanted to love this place but felt underwhelmed. I need to preface that my meal traveled for about an hour before consumption so that may have lowered the quality of my experience. The good: place was clean, servers were friendly, high turnover with plenty of cars waiting at the drive thru and people on line inside. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich and it was ok. I couldn’t taste any kick. I have a relatively high spice tolerance but the sandwich did nothing for my spice taste buds, maybe I was given a regular sandwich. The chicken tenders were on the dry and sad looking side. I enjoyed these the least. The variety of condiments available were a plus. Fries were tasty but on the saltier side. Sweet tea tasted like sugar water with hardly any tea flavor. Compared to chick-fil-a, it’s a toss up.

Chick-fil-A, meet your match! Food is quality stuff at a decent price. Staff is professional and friendly although one suggestion is to call out the names a bit louder and clearer. Unlimited sauces is a HUGE plus. I think there are about 7 sauces you can try. They are not stingy with the sauces unlike many places today. The shakes were perfect. Not too sweet. And I saw the hand washing spot after we ate, but what a plus for a restaurant to have out front. The one other suggestion for the staff is to avoid serving small bits and pieces of waffle fries. Most were decent size but a lot were crumbs. Definitely recommend. Will return for sure.
