Celebrated 2022 Valentine’s Day ! Had reservation at 6 pm . Food was so so delicious! Service ok . I really was so disappointed ( overwhelmed, overcrowded, they added extra tables ) . I basically had romantic valentines dinner with other couple who were so close to us !!! ) really my suggestion for manager: you should tell people that restaurant will be add extra tables and will be overcrowded) spent $400 for delicious dinner but not so happy about all set up for tables ! Do t recommend celebrating any special day at this restaurant.

Each dish was a masterpiece, accompanied by delectable sides that complemented the main course impeccably. The service was impeccable – attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the offerings. Took my oldest son here for his 30th birthday. Had the best meal I've ever eaten in my entire life! We started our meal with the wedge salad with blue cheese crumbles, the fatty tuna sushi, and the Kobe hot dog to pass around. The Japanese Kobe steak was so delicious and the highlight of my meal, I will never be satisfied with a normal steak again. My son got the sampler, with the Japanese, Australian, and American Kobe steak slices alongside a searing hot blackstone to cook them up a bit more. The mashed potatoes and french fries were also delicious, although they gave only a tiny portion which didn't reflect the hefty price! The service was also excellent and they didn't rush us out!

I went in a large party of 20+ people. We had a set menu, so this review is ONLY based on the services and food of that menu. It may be different for those who come with a partner or just with their family. Nonetheless, the waiters and waitresses were all polite and patient. The food were excellent too. Although the portions size were small, by the end of the meal, it was actually just right. Those who like to eat more may want to order an extra dish or two. The foods were delivered in a timely manner, we did not wait too long in-between each dish. As for the attire, you may come in a casual attire. However, majority of the people come in a bit dressed up (you can do a business-casual or just a button down shirt with jeans).

Top quality as expected. Came here for a special date night and was very satisfied all around. The establishment is clean and has a great old-time feel with a new flare. Valet parking is in the front, or the lot has plenty of space to park yourself. The service is high quality. I had an awesome waiter, and he had an assistant, so my drinks never ran out, and I was well taken care of. For food, we started with the special of stone crab claws. They were 1 claw an order, which I was surprised by, but it made sense when they came out. These were the biggest claws I've ever seen. They were at least 8 to 10 inches in size and hearty. Super fresh and crisp flavor. We also got the grilled octopus to start. Absolutely perfect from the taste to the presentation. The texture was a bit crispy on the outside with a soft but firm texture inside. The taste had a good sweetness but not overpowering from the beets. One of the best I've had. The main course was a pair of perfectly cooked steaks. I got the bone in rib eye and my girlfriend got the bone in filet. Both cooked exactly medium rare, tender, with a great sear. We had sides of mashed potatoes and boc choy. Both great, but the mashed was the winner there. Super fluffy with a buttery consistency and loads of flavor. This was definitely one of the best meals and experiences I've had in a long time.

We had a fabulous anniversary dinner tonight. We got there when they opened at 3:00 and sat by the bar which is always our favorite spot. Hugo and Michelle were great. Super friendly and attentive with knowledgeable menu suggestions. It was happy hour so we started with the coconut shrimp which was super yummy!! Then Joe and I split a perfectly cooked Medium rare sirloin, crispy fried onions and sautéed broccolini. We finished with key lime pie (which came with an amazing coconut sorbet on the side) and fresh berries.

Overall, my family and I came away disappointed with our dinner at Blackstone. First, the good. The staff was great. Very friendly, helpful, and extremely attentive. The servers were knowledgeable and our glasses were always full. The place wasn't loud and the atmosphere was relaxed and not overly formal. As for the not-so-good, there were several issues. - My first issue was being seated in an extended part of the restaurant, which is not a permanent structure from my understanding. It was a little too warm to be comfortable, but the staff did tell us that they were cooling the area down. It just took a while. Ask to sit in the main part of the restaurant. - Second issue was the dust. Where we sat was way too dusty. There were strands of dust hanging off of a fan located next to a dirty vent (pics provided). It was kinda shocking, actually. Also, the light fixture had dusty fingerprints all over the glass globe. Based on how much dust there was, it had to have been at least 6 months since those areas were cleaned/dusted. Not good if you have allergies. - For a higher-end stake house, the food was just okay in my opinion. Yes, the food was fresh. The lobster was good, as was the chicken. The salads and sides were better than average but nothing memorable. The stars of the dinner, the steaks, were a little disapointing. The cuts were decent but not the best. Their temperatures were inconsistent, with one filet being cooked half medium well and half medium, and not entirely medium rare as requested. Desserts were on the small side, so I wouldn't say they're shareable. I think you have to factor in the prices, which based on our dinner, seemed pretty high for what we received. - Not sure if this is just me being overly critical but throughout dinner, the staff would look to remove plates and utensils as you're literally swallowing your last bites, which can make the experience feel a little rushed. It does reflect how attentive they were as I previously mentioned. So bottom line...would I go back to Blackstone? If I'm paying, then my answer is I'm not sure. I would probably give them another try at some point down the line. But I know there are other steak houses in the area that I would recommend before Blackstone.

I started the night at the bar having drinks with my close friends. Our bartenders Amanda and Pete were very good, friendly and made excellent cocktails. When we moved to a table for dinner, our waiter Serano was excellent as well. This establishment is busy, loud and a solid place to meet up. There is definitely a bar scene going on here. The decor is really nice and well appointed. However the food is the real star. The filet mignon, Sushi, Octopus and Creamed Spinach were prepared perfectly - extremely delicious. The desserts were good as well. It was a good night. We ended up finishing our drinks at the bar. The only thing that I didn't like was how they shut the place down. It immediately and told everyone they had to leave....a little too aggressive. We spent close to $1000 as a group. It wasn't a nice last impression. However a positive dining experience overall.

Amazing dinner last night. From my French martini by Peter at the bar to our wonderful servers John Z and Christine, everything was outstanding. Butternut squash soup was off the charts and everyone was thrilled with their steaks. Best steak ever per my husband. Don’t miss the donuts at dessert.

Excellent! Excellent! I have been dying to go here and I was not disappointed! Everything I had was absolutely delicious but so very hard to decide! I can't wait to go back and try other options! Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Impressive on how the waiter remembered the lengthy amount of specials!

We really enjoyed our meal. We had a little mixup with our reservation which put me on edge. But that feeling was completely over turned after being seated. The staff was excellent and the food was above average. The banana cream pie was perfect end to a great meal. And the best part was we could actually talk and hear each other. They have placed tables so you don’t feel like you’re shouting over other people.

First time at Blackstone tonight. The food and service were both excellent. The steak was cooked perfectly and had great flavor. The restaurant was packed and the service was still perfect. The manager Chan and our servers Maddy, and one other gentlemen, but I forgot his name, were so personal and made the experience fantastic. Will definitely be going back! Thank you for a great dinner and experience Chan, the man.

Excellent dinner! We enjoyed a sushi appetizer, a luxurious steak dinner and a perfect cheesecake dessert. We were celebrating our anniversary so we got a little extra surprise! If you’re celebrating and want to feel pampered, I recommend checking this steak house out. Amazing service, strong drinks and a lovely wine selection. We will be back!!

Phenomenal food. Great service. Great atmosphere. Very busy but still great service from the instant you walk in the door. Valet was smoking...might be an issue for some. After golf my foursome had Steaks, lobster, sushi, sashimi with mashed potatoes, creamed spinach, french fries and drinks. My drink was too heavy on the alcohol but everything else was perfect. I shouldn't get lit off of 1 gin and tonic...

Possibly one of the most classy, romantic, and high quality restaurants in Long Island. We came here to celebrate my brothers 30th birthday. The ambiance has a sexy and romantic look to it. Having gone around to many different steak houses in New York, our highest expectations are NYC Kobe beef and Peter Lugers/Bryant and Cooper-level porter house. Blackstone is different, and we rate it 10/10 for its own reasons. Come to blackstone to get their wagu. We got the special which came with 3 different wagus, 4oz from America, 4oz from Australia, and 4oz from Japan. The Japan one was absolutely mind erupting, melted in our mouths, and is a flavor and sensation we will never forget. Our next favorite was the American (flavorful), and last, the Australian (a little tough for our liking). They were all amazing and we are glad we ordered this way to try all three. You get to cook everything yourself on a hot plate too which makes it the freshest taste as possible. The sushi was also 10/10 and the sides were great too. Everything is insanely over-priced (possibly, not worth the cost… the French fries were $16 for a normal cup of French fries, we’ve had better French fries than that before so they can do better). But the overall experience was absolutely worth it and we would certainly come back again for special occasions. Thank you Blackstone! This was our first time visiting this steakhouse and it was a great experience. The servers are very nice and professional. We had the Porterhouse Steak for two which was delicious. They dry age their steaks so it is a little pricey but definitely worth it. We didn’t have any seafood but those looked great as well. One little issue we had was that the tables were a bit less comfortable so try getting a booth if you can but it was a very minor issue compared to the whole thing. We will definitely be back!

Blackstone never disappoints. The service is always excellent and the staff is friendly and attentive. The steaks are always cooked to perfection imo. The atmosphere is perfect for a special occasion or a nice dinner out. One of my favorite steakhouses.

Forgot to take picture of the pasta, it was tasty. Steak and lamb chop was ok, not the best for the price. Attentive and professional service.

Everything about this place is amazing! Appetizers are delicious, filet mignon is cooked perfectly, the BEST mashed potatoes, and by far, the tastiest cheesecake! Obviously not a place you can go frequently because of the cost but they do have specials on Sundays that make it more affordable for a special occasion/ holiday. The staff is right there every time you need something!

Positives: Excellent restaurant! Broad menu. Bona Fide steak house! Absolutely unpretentious! Good food. Their menu is broadly priced. So, if you just wanted the experience without breaking the bank, try their Sunday specials. Negatives: Service started off great with 2 servers for our table. We ordered Kobe beef for our appetizer (PHENOMENAL!). After that service got silly slow for this price point. They had one poor server running between about 5 or 6 tables serving drinks, taking orders, setting steaks on fire! He was totally overwhelmed. Plus he was not that knowledgeable about the food beyond the menu description. The manager gave me a free dessert for the slow service though and I hadn't even complained W §$$$ outside of the Sunday special (which we originally booked for but tossed it out the window because we were so impressed with the regular menu) you could easily spend $400-500 for a table of 3. We were on the North side of this for 3 people (one of which is 13yo). Considering though we got Kobe and Wagyu. Not really a negative because they deliver! But just putting it here as a caution. Know before you go. Lol. We requested medium rare for a 42 ounce Wagyu Tomahawk and got mostly medium, one small section of medium rare, which I had to restrain myself from snatching those 3 or 4 pieces, and a few sections that ended up medium well after the server put it on the hot stone. Why would you attempt to put an already overcooked steak on a hot stone? And then, the steak comes out too charred to then set it on fire. The result was much of the char that we foodies live for tasted burnt. The bone was burnt. But I was gracious and let the fact that they essentially ruined a $220 steak slide by. The server was really overwhelmed and out of his league. This and the slow service cost them a star. But mostly this.

My family and I came here for thanksgiving. It was the best decision so we wouldn't have to cook or clean and we did not regret the choice! For thanksgiving, they had their usual menu but more choices for the special day. We all chose the turkey dinner and added a side of mushrooms and sweet potatoes. We devoured everything! The service was great and they might have been extra nice since it was a holiday. I would consider coming back for a holiday if my family wanted.

Blackstone was delicious! From the grilled octopus to the blackberry bacon, to the steaks, and most certainly the drinks, almost everything was near perfection. The only dish lacking overall was the corn, which came highly recommended. I'll just assume it was just luck of the draw on that dish. Let's start with drinks. While the wonderful blue martinis name is lost to me now, it was sweet enough but not overbearing, and I enjoyed 4 of them over the length over of our dinner. The real showstopper is their pineapple infused vodka that basically glides down like its water. It is hands down the best vodka I've ever had. I only recommend you get this if you aren't driving because you will want more, and it comes straight on the rocks! The atmosphere is nice however it is crowded and loud, even at 7pm. A very popular dinner place and it is evident why from their wonderful servers and attentive care of their patrons. Just not ideal for that intimate romantic feeling if that's what you are looking for. Appetizers/sides are amazing. The Brussels I requested well done because i love a bit more crisp to them, and I devoured half sitting there and enjoyed the rest cold the next day. The grilled Spanish octopus is probably the most wildly delicious dish. The sweet sauce that it was served in, the perfect slight smokiness from the grill, smoothness, and texture of the octopus itself would be hard pressed to match elsewhere. It's really fantastic. The side of bacon with blackberries was wonderful, and the berries absolutely complimented the saltiness of the bacon in a way that I was somehow not expecting. The lack luster side we ordered was the corn, and while it came highly recommended, it did not live up to the high expectations set and honestly tasted average. I can not recommend that dish. The Mac and cheese was creamy perfection and always my go-to for comfort. If you can't nail Mac and cheese, just close up shop! They did not disappoint. The main courses were steaks, of course. The special was a flank steak with chimmichurrie that I really wished I could have finished then, but alas, it came home and was finished the next day. It's really awesome. It had asparagus stuffed inside and was a lovely surprise. Dessert, I always order creme brulee to see how a restaurant throws down on this dish. It was not the best I've ever had. It was not the worst. I would have loved to have seen the real vanilla beabs used in it for more visual flare or tasted more vanilla throughout. Texture wise, it was fine, but overall, it was not outstanding. Of course, after the awesome meal, it is hard to top off that much excellence. Will go again.

Our family came here to celebrate my father’s birthday. The wine selection was decent and I enjoyed the wine we had. However, the food was very disappointing. The bread that came out did not look fresh or appetizing at all. After trying it, it almost tasted stale. Bread usually goes quick at our table but no one in our family touched it. My entree wasn’t the worst - it had a good flavor - but it had so much salt on it that it was hard to eat. Disappointing to say the least especially for what you’re paying. As for the staff - the front of house seemed to have an attitude problem. They acted as if customers were an inconvenience to them. We had two waiters - one was very friendly and one was not. Again, not quite meeting the standard for a $$$$ establishment. My husband said his sushi was good so I added an extra star. However, I personally would not come back here. Extremely disappointing experience especially for the price point.

I can not thank Marisa and the staff enough. I would like to also thank the COO. My daughter had her PA graduation gathering here on 12/22/23. The food and service was top notch. From helping to set up to making sure every arriving guest got fresh hot passed appetizers, Everything was phenomenal. Unfortunately, my brother from Florida had an unexpected medical episode toward the tale end of the evening. The staff was amazing. I had to leave to the ER. My daughter was in tears with worry. The staff was basically the emotional support for my daughter. They made sure her evening would not end like this. I can not thank you all enough. I can not recommend this place enough. 💕🙏🏻

Christmas dinner at Blackstone was an absolutely wonderful experience, marred only by a single dish that was of subpar quality. The service was white-glove and attentive. One of the waiters, whose name I unfortunately do not recall, even whisked my phone away to charge when I realized I was at 3%. We got a spread of various starters to share between three people and decided to forego mains. The West Coast oysters were absolutely delicious; silky, fresh and sweet. The heirloom burrata salad was similarly high-quality. The tableside hot stone wagyu was a fun experience and a textural treat. In an interesting twist, my palate has fallen hook, line, and sinker for fast food's aptitude at spoofing beefy flavor: the smoky stone-cooked wagyu reminded me of a Whopper. I do expect to be hanged at dawn for such a statement. The lychee martinis were stiff and quite sweet. I usually don't enjoy overly-sweet drinks but it worked with the rest of the meal. The only flaw in the dinner was the sushi. We got a #10 roll and a Spicy Tuna roll, and we were all quite disappointed. The tuna in both rolls was intensely fishy and metallic, and we quickly peeled the tuna off the #10 roll and didn't even touch the Spicy Tuna after our initial bites. While I should have given the restaurant a chance to make it right, we were already nearing our limit from the other dishes and decided it best to take our loss. Since the rest of the dishes were so delicious and high-quality, I chalk it up to a bad piece of fish, but am removing a star for it. Overall I highly recommend Blackstone. The food and service were top-notch save for the sushi misstep, and I would gladly come again. I'm curious to actually try their Steak!

This place is amazing, the food is exceptional and the service is amazing. There mashed potatoes is the best I’ve ever had! The Mac and cheese were perfect! Of course the star of the night was the T-Bone steak, best steak I’ve ever had! This place is awesome for a date, family night, business meeting… for anything.

We come here occasionally over the last several years for a wonderful meal and to celebrate life's wonderful moments. The atmosphere and service here are excellent. They are so attentive to you and your needs like most high end restaurants are. Couldn't ask for much more from them as far as that's concerned. The food, while very good, and excellent in the past, was still mostly enjoyable in our recent visit. The appetizers and salads - wedge salad with nueske bacon and the Caesar salad were both excellent. The bread basket served prior to the salads was so good (I wanted more). Half of the family I was with ordered the filet mignon and I ordered the Colorado lamb chop (Cajun style). I really enjoyed my lamb - it was flavorful, done to the perfect temperature and the season was not overwhelming and definitely tasty. The filet that the rest of the family had didn't have a ton of flavor and was sadly a big chewy. Yes I realize that filet, while tender, is very lean and lacks a depth of flavor, although it could have been seasoned better. The side dishes, of fried onions, mashed potatoes and corn were very good and we took home a portion of the sides. Honestly I'd love to try their ribeye next time or if I am feeling adventurous (and rich), I want to try the A5 waygu. We enjoyed some desert - tiramisu and cheesecake - and coffee, which was a good top off and we definitely left full. We will be back, but I'd definitely recommend, when going to a top flight steakhouse, to try something other than the filet for more deep flavor.

Food, staff, and atmosphere were all well worth the reservation. Cocktails are delicious and come fast. The steaks were cooked perfectly to our liking and the sides are packed with flavor. Our server, Julia, was very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu.
