Came here on a Monday morning to order a vacuum. Was greet warmly by Patrick. He was very helpful and personable. Patrick even helped me pick out a pillow that I can return if I don't like it! What a great store policy since I feel like I go through pillows like candy and I hate throwing money away. Would definitely go in store again just for the excellent customer service!

Jerome is the only person I deal with at this store. He's professional, polite and knowledgeable. I've been dealing with Jerome for over 20 years. His service doesn't end with the sale. My wife and I found the GE Profile line to suit or needs best. I did do my homework on the exact models i wanted and found what was the lowest prices anywhere during "early black friday". I went in for new appliance and TV for my new house. I had Jerome help me he was amazing. Was able to help me decide on the TV I wanted showing me the different options. I had went over to the store in West Babylon NY. I was looking to purchase a television. The salesperson that helped me with my purchase was Patrick . He was so knowledgeable in all areas regarding the size, make etc. I could not have purchased it without him. He was a pleasure to deal with. My husband & I were referred to Steve at PC Richards in Babylon by a family member. We are expanding & remodeling our kitchen & were in need of every kitchen appliance. When we first met Steve he was so personal & assured us that we were going to be in good hands & that’s when he brought us to Cliff. Cliff was so incredibly nice & so helpful. We have been shopping for all our appliances in PC Richard for 53 years, we would never go to any other appliance store .Recently we needed a new washing machine . We always wait until Patrick is working ,we have found him to be so knowledgeable about all items in the store, meets customer needs, understanding, polite, has a very nice way , and always available for any questions even after you receive your delivery. With our washer purchase Patrick met us at the store on his day off so we could purchase the washer and he could expedite delivery for us,. That was the only day we could go to the store as we have a family member in the hospital , so we are limited with our time as our days are spent going back and forth to the hospital. We went to the West Babylon location and worked with Patrick, my family always buys appliances with him! He was so great. He was able to guide us in the right direction when it came to our appliances. Then when we decided to switch the color after ordering he said it was no problem and switched them all over for us quickly. I've been dealing with Jerome for years for all of my major appliances and when he is away I also deal with Patrick. They are stand up guys that go above and beyond to answer all of my questions and help me get the best deal possible. I live 20 minutes away from their store and have no problem driving 20 minutes each way just to deal with them.

Bought & had Whirlpool washer delivered by PC Richard and Sons on a Thursday. Second load did not work at night. Next morning, called PC Richard & Sons in West Babylon. My salesperson was not available. Pat answered phone BEFORE store opened & started ENTIRE process of expediting the exchange of my washer (this was a Friday).
