I had a great time. The staff was very nice and polite they made me feel very welcome. I like how they explained the menu for us and also the drink menu too. The restaurant was very clean and neat. The restaurant is big and they have great seating and enough space. The food was very neat and good. They could use more seasonings. I will come back here. I had a great time. They have elevators and escalators as well. They have bathrooms I didn't get to use the bathroom but saw they was clean and neat.

So last time i walked into a ny restaurant chain and had a pasta iwas not very happy and was like ever again. Artisan pasta only. Tenyears ges by in ny and ever i had pasta other than in an autentic artisanal hand made pasta or carefuly crafted by order. This rotten behavior came from ding italian restaurant pr for years and always having someof the best pastain the city. So i walked by the new 125st shopping center multiple time and wondered how was olive oi for months. Today i finally gave it a try. I walked it and it was pleasant. Friendly attentive stuff. Great menu option and you get to build your pasta. Type of Meat , pasta and sauce. I ordered a linguini with creamy green pesto sauce and Italian sausage. It was lie breakfast, lunch and dinner at once. Specially after runningaround all day skipping meals. My order came with a large salad and 3 garlic small bagettes. I was like wow large portion would ifinish this? It could have been shared by two. So i took part of it to go. The watermelon margharita was light and refreshing. The cold white wine too. There is always hapy hour thehost said with 5 types of drinks tat will be fr $5 Each. My check was $34 tip included and drinks. Not bad. The server named Journee was super efficient and friendly. I m a specific customer and didnt have to as anything. She got it covered. I was like wow my chain pasta faith got restored lol. Thank u I recommend this location

Customer Service is subpar. I had a long wait time of over 15 minutes before I had to get the attention of the host and let her know that my waiter has not arrived since she seated me. The Host seemed to be frustrated about it also and mumbled " they wonder why they don't get tips..its because of unbelievable stuff like this!!" So she obviously knows its a common issue with waiter service!! I told her I could order the food faster on the I-Pad myself. This is my 3rd time here within a year and it's the same problem!! NEVER Changes!! Food was good, but They made too frustrated to enjoy it!!😢😢

My first time at this location. It was clean, well maintained & our waitress was really attentive. I was not happy with my meal however. It didn't taste fresh & was bland. They give you a big bowl of salad with dressing already on it! I like to put my own salad dressing plus I'm not too fond of italian. The salad was wilted & soggy, they put a couple slices of fresh tomato & throw a couple black olives, but I swear it's leftover from other customers tables! My friend ordered the salmon, it came broken up with some mushy broccoli on the side. It didn't look appetizing, but tasted alright. I'm glad the waitress told me not to order a glass of wine because she said it didn't taste good. I appreciate her honesty. I did order a couple of drinks from the $5.00 menu & they were tasty. The best thing about the meal was the breadsticks.

Always a pleasure to eat at 125th St Olive Garden. Always Sample Wine. Lots of bread and salad. Yummmmmy. Waitress is super cool and food comes hot and perfect. Each time we go, manager goes around asking if we are ok and if food is ok. Wow. Perfect time for family meal, friends meet ups or romantic time.

My 6yr old daughter loves the spaghetti &meatballs on the kids menu. She cleaned up the plate and she's usually a picky eater. Stuff is friendly as well

Friendly and attentive wait staff! Very convenient spot, right in the middle of the shopping area on 125th street in Harlem. Great lunch time deals until 3pm, prices range from $7.99 to $9.99 for lunch deals. The regular menu is offered during lunch as well. I love that the menu tells you the amount of calories each dish contains and whether or not the dish contains super high amounts of sodium. I went with the lunch special, which includes one meal, 2 breadsticks, and choice of soup or salad. I ordered a watermelon margarita (from their $5 all day drink menu), was great after the bartender remade it for me, the first one lacked tatse. For a meal, I ordered the grilled chicken margherita. It was grilled chicken breast topped with pesto, and cheese with a side of zucchini noodles in a lemon garlic sauce along with the minestrone soup to start. The soup was great. I was highly disappointed by the portion size of the dish. Even though it is lunch portion it was super tiny (my photos are more close up which give the illusion that it was a decent size). However, both the chicken and noodles could fit basically in the palm of my hand. For a healthier dish it was SUPER salty. Some breadcrmbs were on the zucchini noodles which I wasn't aware of, and added to the heavy salt taste. I haven't been to Olive Garden in probably over 7+ years and decided to try it out again. I was dissapointed that I was left hungry and dissatisfied.

It took awhile to get a table, service was mediocre. Main entree was not well cook. I took a pic of a under cook mussels. Other than that, the Chianti was also mediocre compre to Rufino chianti but it did the job. Overall it was a good experience, I'd expected better.

I had to write a review because our waitress Aisha was the best server I've ever come across my whole life! She was attentive, sweet, charismatic, no job was too difficult for her and just such a wholesome person. She made this experience so worth it. The food was amazing, the staff was quick, I have no complaints and That s so rare. I will most def travel back to Harlem to eat here.
