I chose this bakery to make my sons 1st birthday cake. Our family had used this bakery before for another occasion in the past and the cake was made very elegantly. We went in and gave them the photo of the design 4 weeks in advance. Once I got to see the cake I was VERY disappointed in the quality and overall design. The edges of the trim didn't match up, the mickey decals on the cake were cracked, uneven, and had dents in them from pressing it onto the cake. The top still had flour on the dots, and the mickey shoes were basically yellow blobs. I immediately notified the bakery and was only given a "I'm sorry you feel that way". Apparently this is what they considered their best work. No one from the bakery has reached out to me since the party to discuss why I was so upset or offered to give partial payment back. I have some photos below. I think next time it would be beneficial to practice on a design and if your not comfortable with the quality or design you should call the family back in to go over other options.

The Villabella Bakery is now my go to bakery any time I go back to visit family on Long Island. Their baked goods taste just as appetizing as they look! Their cannoli cream is absolutely amazing. I'm already craving more.

I wait once a year to have my special Birthday cake. It was delicious. Thank you so much for making such a Beautiful & delicious cake, everyone loved it, as always❣️

Tips: If you’re used to a classic rainbow cookie do not get it here, you will be let down Pros: variety of Italian pastries, coffee drinks, and gelato, quick service, seating area and atmosphere Cons: the jelly/jam used in the rainbow cookie is not what I am used to When you walk in you are taken back by the variety of baked goods they have available. I purchased an assorted variety just by how tasty they appeared. The only treat whose name I know was the rainbow cookie. They were all super tasty except the rainbow cookie. The rainbow cookie had an apricot like jelly filling, which is not what I’m used to. I would definitely go back for more pastries but skip out on the rainbow cookies.

Everything I bought from Villa Bella Pasticeria 1042 little e neck road West Babylon by 11704 . Is very very fresh and moist. Everything they fresh there.

Just happened to stroll into this nice little shop. Went in and ordered some coffee, carrot cake and velvet cake slice, as well as a fruit tart! All was delicious. My husbands favorite was the carrot cake and I loved the fruit tart. The lady behind the counter was so nice as well! Recommend this place.

Went there this past Tuesday, the 22nd of August and the cannoli's were filled on the ends only, and not throughout which is pretty disappointing. I also bought 3 Babbá and they were very dry, almost like 4 days old bread, when they should've been juicy with liquor. Lastly also bought 3 French Napoleon's and they were old as well, stale pastry. Will never go there again. Spent over $100 for old pastries? Find yourself another bakery.

Bought $50.00 of pastries yesterday. Had a similar experience as another customer who posted his review a couple of weeks ago. Dried out rum babbas, stale napoleans, stale carrot cake, the list goes on. Sad because I called to voice my concern, their response was “bring them back” followed by a hang up. I have been here a few times, all great product. Now however, total garbage. Don’t waste your time and money here, something obviously changed - for the worse.

Bakery was great friendly staff and all the cakes and Italian cookies looked so good especially the canoli cake was delicious. Would highly recommend.

Pastries were stale . When I told them about it they were rude and said not possible. Lost a long time customer. There are plenty of other bakeries.

MAKE SURE YOU INSPECT YOUR ODER BEFORE SHE TIES THE BOX CLOSED.We were in Long Island for a wedding and went here to buy Italian cookies to bring home to Lancaster, PA for family. I showed her specifically what cookies I wanted and said I wanted 3 boxes. When I was not looking she put CHEAP junk, heavy cookies into the boxes. SHE knew I was from out of town and decided to take advantage. I am telling ALL my cousins In Long Island also.

The best and most delicious treats, desserts and coffee. Love the gelato and mini cannolis especially. Everything is super authentic and fresh with friendly customer service

Excellent bakery! Anytime I need cakes, cookies or even something small to bring somewhere, I come here! Everyone raves about it! The rolls are always soft and fresh, the cakes delicious and the tiramisu cups? YUMMY! I have a couple of allergies and they tell me every single ingredient. The ladies are always so sweet and friendly! 5 stars isn’t enough!

Bought a cake took it home for an event I was having and the cake was frozen couldn't even eat it. Waste of money the place is over priced terrible. Will not reco mmend especially with all the bakeries around in the area

So I got a cake for my wife for her birthday. We cut it up and we all spit it out. The dam thing was sour! This is not the first time this happened there. 4 years ago we got my son’s graduation cake there Same thing.

Best BAKERY! Amazing Cookies, Cakes Pastries, Expresso. Customer service is AWESOME as well. Everyone is so NICE! Miss it. Live down south now, No one even knows what a Cartocci is, let alone rainbow cookies :( !!!!!!
