This splash pad is really fun, but when I called to ask about when non residents can come in/park a woman was super rude on the phone. (I have heard you can go in after 5pm without a resident parking pass) She said, “are you the one who called before? No nonresident can come to our beach!” And hung up on me before I could say anything or clarify what she was talking about. Yikes.

The Beach is absolutely beautiful.. The Bayside is amazing so much fun to park the boats relax and for kids to swim in the bay.. I of course prefer the beach side I just can't get enough of the ocean... then at night of course the boat yard is an amazing place to grab a bite to eat some drinks hang out with friends here's some live music and if you want to dance... it truly makes you feel like you are on a vacation....

I highly recommend this park. The here is all the elements of water and entertainment one could ask for. I have been there once before the pandemic, and recently w 2 friends. The bay is welcoming and the spray park is a great way to enjoy rinsing off as well as taking children there. I am single and childless but have always enjoyed the play of babies and children of my friends and friendly people there. You can leave w a happy feeling for the rest of the day and week!😆👍🙂

Pay at parking lot entrance. His & Hers restrooms. Spray park for kids. Bar & grill and ice creaim shop for food, beverages & dessert. Life guards on duty. Sand is basically clean. Waves were calm. Good for little kids to observe baby fish swimming, clams & crabs as well as sea gulls. Also has a small play ground and volleyball net.

Great place to see a band. A nice walk on the beach between sets was nice as well. The wait for food was a bit chaotic but not terrible.😊

Although the beach is not technically open, this is a great time to visit, weather permitting. There is no charge, and the beach and facilities are open. Of course, parking is no problem. I do suggest a stop at All American in Seaford for the best cheap meal on the island.

The past few years this spray park has been awesome. This last year, a good portion of the water sprayers were in disrepair and not working leaving like 60% of the water sprayers working. Other than that, it's a great place for the kids to beat the heat.

An easy walk from the parking lot to the beach. Traffic sounds from Ocean Parkway muffled by the bluffs. Unfortunately due to erosion and weathering the beach is shorter but there is always plenty of room. Beautiful panoramic view of the ocean, on a clear day you can see the Fire Island Lighthouse in the east. Great spray park. Wonderful Bayside restaurant with live music on Friday nights. A great place to enjoy a sunset. My family has been enjoying our summers at Tobay Beach for over 2 decades from when my adult children were young and today with my 11 year old. To be honest it is a great place to visit year round!

Great park for children, and the small beach is perfect for them. We ate at the Shack right there and it was the best burger I had all year, the service was really good even though it was fairly crowded.

Great Venue. Right on the bay beach with 3 bars and large dance floor. Plenty of bathrooms and security to keep everyone safe.

Nice & clean. Small Snack stand. Wanted to buy a Tobay sweatshirt buy they were charging $50.00 . . I mite have paid $30.00.. if they weren't so overpriced they would be sold out instead of a big selection!!!

Good place to go in the day or evening to relax with someone special or friends to enjoy the beach with some drinks and snacks while having some nice conversation or just waiting for the sunset.

I like Tobay, it’s a small beach but has a nice restaurant and a snack bar, plus clean bathrooms and sunscreen dispensers, which are fantastic. You can get to the main beach from the parking lot and you can get to the bike path and a walking path. Big parking lot but probably gets crowded on weekends

Great beach and very popular water spray park for kids. Even the big car park appears insufficient with so many people visiting it on holidays.

Resident has to pay and non-resident even pay more. This place is for kids since they have a kids' mini water fun. Need to walk thru the under pass to get to the beach. No fishing areas.

Beautiful. You can go there all year round. In the summer the restaurants are open and are very good. Now you can go on a nice day and watch the kite surfers. Very cool.

Easy access to the beach. Unfortunately this beach is for Town of Oyster Bay residents only. Years ago the Republicans gerrymandered this beach as well as Massapequa and Massapequa Park as "Town of Oyster Bay" even though Oyster Bay is located on the North Shore of Long Isnad.

Great park for the kids. The park has aged a bit but still a lot of fun for the kids. There is an area with picnic tables for people to eat there. Town of oyster bay residents only though.

Beautiful place, for residents only if you're are in the town of Oyster Bay your are very lucky , this is one of the best beaches in long islands, great music (live music) food and drinks are right by the water.

Great place for the kids. Playground is great but I feel the spray park used to be better years ago.

It's a really scenic and calm place. You can enjoy watching the big waves and the small sea shells. Great place to enjoy with your significant other or family and friends.

The kids had a blast. And there are 2 other sources of water here, a calm beach and the atlantic ocean if you prefer the waves. Plusa couple of restaurants.

😠 Honestly, the worst experience I have had in Long Island. The person behind the bar started off by singling out who in the group needs to take out their license to be carded. Quite offensive, my friend was singled out as the only one that did not need to be carded out of the group. We are all within...

😠 Residents only, and residents have to pay $60 for parking! Highly regulated parking in surrounding area with private signs everywhere and basically a big middle finger to outside people. Not tourist friendly so avoid if you are not from the area.
