This is a large park that is very well maintained. Lovely family fun spaces like picnics areas with fully equipped BBQ grill. There are tennis courts and volleyball areas. But my favorite are the beautiful nature trails. Great for hiking and connecting with nature. It's beautiful and peaceful. You forget you're even in Queens.

I liked this place because you could enjoy riding a bike, playing in the playground, riding swings, playing basketball and other sports for fun! Good for adults too because they can walk around and relax and have a fun time! Also, if u plan to eat, their are tables to come and sit so u can eat, but be careful if the seat is reserved from someone else, just kindly let them know u will leave and u can find another spot to eat in!

Amazing School, great at-sea training program with option to commission into any of the Armed Services. It's hard to graduate, but worth it at the end. Kings Point Class of 99!

Kind of a joke as service academies go, let alone colleges and universities. Despite the change in leadership, it's still janky, penny-pinching and weirdly old-school. I don't recommend it unless you are white, male, conservative and want to be a tanker captain for the rest of your life. FORGET the money after your 4 years. That's not why you should go to college unless you really have no other ideas.

A very spacious park! I had a nice soccer day and picnic with loved ones here. Only wish there were public restrooms near the soccer field rather than just portapotties.

This is such an incredible and beautiful park. From the dozen or so baseball fields that litter the park to its athletic track and all the new amenities added in recent years, this park is very interesting to walk through. Please pick up after yourself before leaving.

Cunningham Park is one of my favorite spots to visit. It is very peaceful and everyone is always having a good time. On somedays, when there is alot of people, people come by to barbecue and have family gatherings. There are also some trails off to sides where you can hike and enjoy a lovely forest scenery. The sun peers in these forests, showing how wonderful it is.

Perfect for a morning jog or evening walk. The sunshine, beautiful trees and lush green grass is the perfect solution for grounding yourself and meditation. While it can get a little crowded at times, you’re still able to carve out space for yourself and enjoy the fresh air and beauty of nature.

Such a large park, not far from Alley Pond. Actually you can walk to it. Great trails with many fields, uses for soccer, baseball and many other sports. On Saturday morning you can get in place with a yoga class, or simply pull out a blanket and have lunch. Bring a chair and watch the RC Flyers send their planes up into the sky. I love it! There's also a dog run. The only thing you have to bring for certain is positive energy.

This park is always great to go to! Have to be mindful though if you want to walk or run since there's always an AM and PM crowd on the paths. Great to have BBQs, play catch, ball, tennis or to relax either on the benches or bring you own chair to relax. The redid the playground area with looks really nice, the basketball courts look good and the dog play area is cool.

It's a very large park with different sections. I saw four baseball diamonds, a barbecue area with tables, a playground, and a section of the packing lot by the main entrance where there was a flea market. If you have 20+ persons in your group, you need a permit. There is plenty of space to sit on blankets. There is also a nice long circular path where you can run, jog, and bike ride. I would definitely visit there again.

Nice place to ride a mtb in the city. The trails are well maintained. They have riding for multiple levels. Due to the size of the park, the trail runs are short and the turns a little tight. But I like it a lot.

This place is falling apart. They need billions to renovate. The air conditioning in the class rooms is from the 80’s. Constant power outages. The food in Delano is prepared by X-Rikers Island prisoners. There are constant gas leaks. The education is good. That is about it. Just be prepared for imprisonment for a while during COVID. Look at NYC from the water and dream about it.

Big and spacious park. Lots of places to sit and relax, or just walk. They do have a little area with slides, swings, etc. They also have different courts for different sports too. Regarding cleanliness, it can use a little bit of work, as the field next to the Bocce court does have small trash items hiding in the grass. Overall, a great place to relax and hang out for a bit.

Cunningham is a local gem and one of the best parks in New York City. It's a very large park with lush grass, trees and great facilities that are very well-maintained and clean. Part of the reason this park stands out are because of the variety of activities you can do here. There are running/biking paths, playgrounds, soccer/baseball fields, tennis courts, basketball/handball courts and one of the best mountain biking trails in New York can be found here. Even with all these facilities and options, the park is still large and quiet enough where you can find space to yourself for relaxing or enjoying nature. I grew up nearby, so a lot of great memories here running along the paths to stay in shape and playing Flag Football & Tennis on the weekends. Fantastic green space and loved by the community.

This park at the eastern edge of Jamaica Estates is large enough for strolls and in good weather for family or single picnics. Stores on the south end and one block west are varied for a couple of different cuisines to try. Pizza and Kosher deli and Chinese a little further west on the Turnpike. Tranquility is a bonus. No loud boisterous people.

The park was great plenty of parking. Nice Tennis courts. A basketball court. I think it's called Bocce ball. Chess tables and they had a Mobil rock climbing and BBQ areas. Public rest rooms I give them 3 stars. But is great for family functions. I would recommend this park to anyone looking for a nice place to chill out. There was also police present. Sorry I didn't take any pictures.

This is a great 👍🏾 place to go 🚶‍♀️ by yourself and with someone. The view is pleasant and relaxing and this is one of my wife's favorite parks in the city. When she starts her walking 🚶‍♀️it is hard to get her to stop and she usually walks cycles around me, but I just love you sit there and watch her go around and around. It is also a great place to pick nick and to play sports. Very relaxing!

Although I had a nice walk, some pet owners need to clean up behind their animals. This is NOT your property!! Clean up behind yourself and your animals! DO NOT bring your animals to public places and parks if you are not willing to clean up for your animals! Bathrooms needs to clean and sanitized as well. We are still in a pandemic so sanitizing the bathroom would be helpful and benches too! Parks needs to be clean not trashed and some people contribute to making it a mess.

A lovely day at the park with friends and lots of reasons to like this park. Permit suggested if you need to grill or want to reserve picnic tables. It is not first come, first serve like many think. There's ample space to set up a volleyball net, several grill stations and restroom facilities available. Parking lot as well as roadside parking available depending on which field lot you're looking for. All in all, it was clean and easy to reserve.

The park was lovely, we had a kid’s birthday party/bbq. The parks dept definitely need to hire cleaners for the restrooms totally atrocious , smelled disgusting Omgggggg . Pull up to a tree or behind the outhouse was better to utilize.. parks and recreation dept. should be ashamed for those conditions…. It was like that all day ……

Really good place to walk, jog, or lay back and enjoy your surroundings. If your planning on being in shade, then you better get there super early to grab your spot, if you don't you will be dry like chicken 🐔. I was just laying back with wifey and nephew towards the front. Had a great time while eating pizza 🍕 chicken nuggets etc.👍👍

I’m from Brooklyn, so rarely will I say anything nice about Queens…lol! This park, however, definitely worth your attention! 🥰

Nice spacious park. Great to walk, play soccer or fly a kite. The bathrooms are awful. The kids playground has no shade whatsoever. Consider going to another playground in a hot day. On Sundays there is a farmers market in the parking lot. Arrive early for easier parking and great selection of organic produce.

This was a nice park with lots of things to do. However, We rented a car to get there for a family reunion, and the ride was forever. Let's not forget about the bugs. We live in Brooklyn. If we had to come by 2 trains and a bus... we would have missed this one. Otherwise, a great time had by all.

Very good picnic/holiday/weekend spot. The best is that they got their own BBQ station setup. Just get coal and meat and get started with your fun time. But, very crowded on holidays, I'd suggest going on a random weekday.
