Me and my husband did room Z51 and it was amazing!! The location was clean and the staff was friendly, Gabby greeted us and she was friendly and helpful. She explained all the rules and made sure we had a great time. I recommend this place if your looking for a challenging but fun escape room experience. 10 out 10!!

Our first time here and we LOVED it. Lots of fun, very challenging. We did The Subway Room - unfortunately, we did not escape, but we will definitely be back for more. Jenna, Kiara and staff were beyond friendly and super friendly. You will not be disappointed.

The first time we went we did Z51 and alot of the room was broken. They gave us a free game to make up for it and told us to email them for it. Then they denied our free game and never gave it to us. We gave them a second chance months later because we did all of the other escape rooms in the area. The girl was rude and very unhelpful. We were staring at an item constantly asking for help on where the number was, where she ignored us or gave us vague answers when she saw us clearly struggling. We waited another year to come back and did the subway room which was the best experience we had at this place but still not great. They were vague with the hints when we asked them to be more specific or helpful they won’t. They are also really stingy with the hints compared to every other escape room which makes it less fun. The rooms are okay not great. Besides the z51 which is horrible. Think it would be better with better management.

Reserved the virus room. Nothing was working. There were multiple missing parts That were needed to move on. The poor employee was even embarrassed. She had to come in 3 xs and then finally called the owner to tell her how bad the experience was going . The owners solution? Go back in the room with them and finish. Our solution ? Never going back.

Great for teen party but some of the escape rooms are small so you are limited.

We did the prison on a Monday when no one was there but us. I had my baby with me so I appreciated that it could just be me and the family. We got out at the last minute which was amazing. The girl working g there was extremely kind. She made the experience even better. She even turned the heat on for us. Will be back soon. Im going to bring my staff for a team building day.

Was fun. Sadly some parts of our room didn't work so it was a little disappointing. Other than that was still fun and challenging.

Great experience ,awesome concepts, we escaped. The staff were really helpful the puzzles were really intricate where teamwork is more valuable than brain power. Definitely returning to try the other theme rooms.

I brought my family and a few friends here for my birthday. We did the apartment room. When we wakes in we were greeted with a warm hello, the staff was absolutely wonderful and very informative. It is a nice cozy atmosphere and you only Wait a few min and then you're brought right into the room. Our room host was Alyssa. She was fantastic and had a very nice personality, the room was so cool itself with AWESOME hidden secrets and clues. It was definitely one of the top rooms I've done in awhile. My whole party enjoyed the experience and we will definitely be coming back !

We did Z51 and half of the room didn’t work. The computer turned off, the locks wouldn’t open with the correct code, etc. we left in frustration before the clock ran out. Not coming back.

Absolute DUMP. A complete waste of $150+ for 4 people. The four of us escaped the 4/5 difficulty Abandoned Factory in 33 minutes. Therefore, the place is grasping for straws to survive against the competition - Just Escape, Puzzle Break... Owners -- LET IT GO. I don't even think a complete facelift would help. I've been here 3x and the only half decent room was Prison Break. A blessing in disguise -- we actually had 2 rooms booked back-to-back here, but they called the day before and cancelled Bomb Threat due to construction. THANK YOU. I was upset at first, but after doing the Abandoned Factory, I am forever grateful... If you decide to do this room, bring flashlights. You can't see a thing, including letters/numbers on combination locks, crucial color coding needed, signs, etc. Last tip - BRING HAND SANITIZER. Woof. This place is so rundown that the theme "abandoned factory" would be fitting for the entire establishment.

Honestly one of the worst escape rooms I’ve been to. We did the subway themed room. There was only one girl on staff who was nice but informed us that there was another group and she would try her hardest to get to us if we needed hints. The room was freezing and it’s the middle of winter. She informed us after we spent over 10 minutes on one puzzle that we could use our phones to write things down. On the last puzzle we were actually able to get to, the puzzle didn’t even work, resulting in us asking for another hint. We spent over 20 minuets just trying to figure out what was wrong. After our time ran out she came in and explained that the puzzle is “iffy” and that it doesn’t work sometimes even though we did it right. Honestly a waste of my money. Wouldn’t recommend.

It was a fun experience. We were 10 of us, and the room that they put us in had multiple clues to solve, and we were all very much engaged till the last minute.

I’ve been to two different rooms. The subway and virus ones in particular. The subway had malfunctioning equipment and the employee had to come in and fix it. This ate time out of our hour. The zombie one also had malfunctioning equipment. It also had unclear instructions. If you follow the instructions correctly, it is impossible to solve this room. I recommend you go to the escape room in West Hempstead.

Definitely need to use your brain. Very clever. Love the concept. Unfortunately did not make it out in time but will try a different room next time

Our family had an amazing experience doing the subway escape room! We were so happy to have passed and it was such a confident builder for our kids. Brandon was an amazing host and was so kind to our kids. You can tell he wanted us to enjoy our experience and even spent time afterwards talking with them about life. We will be back for sure!!!

Signed up for a room weeks in advance and then when we arrived, the room was “broken” and unavailable. When I arrived the assistant did not even ask for my name / appointment time, I could have just walked in there and made up an appointment if I wanted. So we were forced to go into a room we didn’t even sign up for with no other option (no option to reschedule, get a refund, no apology) it was very unprofessional and I did not enjoy my experience because of this. Luckily me and my friends still made a good time out of the circumstance but it was definitely upsetting and unorganized.

Great time in 2 rooms that were well thought out and just plain cool. The worker who was assigned to us was pleasant and very nice to my Mom and me.

My girlfriends and I got a Groupon for this place and we had a blast. Unfortunately we didn’t escape the room, but the attendant was really nice and helpful, and the clues were really smart. We’ll definitely be back to try another room!

My husband and I did the Z51 room. The puzzles were challenging, but we made it out just in time. That room had a fun little twist that I haven't seen in any escape room before, so I do recommend you try it out. :) We had one little hiccup where a key we found opened a lock it wasn't supposed to, so when we found the real key, it didn't open the only lock we had left. Thankfully, we used a hint and figured out the mix-up. Staff was friendly and helpful. We had a nice time and would come again.

We had so much fun in this Escape Room. We had never been to one before so we decided to do the subway, which tends to be one of the easier ones. Kinza helped us out and she was extremely welcoming and professional. She made our whole experience so great. It’s hard to come across people in the service industry that genuinely like doing what they do and put their most into it. She made our experience great and I hope she’s there the next time we go as well. Thank you, Kinza! You’re the best.

This a well worth experience. Our assistant was very friendly. He guided us and give very good instructions. My siblings and I did the prison break escape room. It was tough. Definitely worth it and will definitely go again.

Our family has been to many escape rooms and this was by far the most worn down and poorly setup. Many worn pieces, flashlight needing batteries, locks that don't work, etc. Not coming back. I would avoid. Many better ones in Nassau.

The escape room was good But made a reservation at 1:30 but had to wait 30 mins since they were short staffed. Would have been better if they emailed me saying there would be a time change. So I don’t waste my time

Can you escape is an ok escape room. The theming is good if sparse in some places. The timing is appropriate as well. When we went one of the puzzles didn’t work and the game master even needed to call the boss. Some of the labeling is old and worn which, while in theme for an “abandoned factory”, makes it hard to read. There are also some misleading labeling like an arrow on a gear crank handle that is apparently not supposed to indicate turning direction. There is a puzzle that is solely color based (no accompanying shapes), so beware if you are color blind. If you go to a lot of escape rooms you will probably not encounter any new mechanics.
