Went
for
a
walk
recently
here
and
the
forest
walk
is
shaded
by
trees
but
there
are
ups
and
downs
that
might
prove
troublesome
for
those
with
stamina
issues.
There
is
plenty
of
parking
area
and
am
looking
forward
to
the
Farmers
Market
held
every
Wednesday,
from
7am
till
1pm.
The
Farmers
market
has
everything
from
fish
to
vegetables,
baked
goods,
a
pasta
stall,
and
a
stall
or
two
for
vegans
and
gluten
free,
and
a
gourmet
coffee
stall
manned
by
Java
Josh
1(
coconut,
almond
milks
to
add
to
your
Java!).
On
your
way
to
work
Wednesdays,
driving
up
Searingrown
Rd,
stop
off
and
have
a
hot
or
cold
gourmet
coffee
to
go,
or
a
selection
of
many
exotic
teas.The
market
runs
from
June
through
November.
Bring
cash
not
credit
cards.
There's
also
an
ice
cream
and
soda/water
vending
truck
to
keep
the
kids
happy.
Have
not
used
the
outdoor
pool,
with
separate
kiddie
pool.
Outdoor
full
court
basketball
courts,
outdoor
and
indoor
tennis,
small
miniature
golf
installation
for
young
kids,
outdoor
children's
playground
area,
and
a
well
shaded
picnic
area
with
grills
for
charcoal
cooking,
and
an
adult
nine
hole
golf
course
next
door.
A
bit
of
something
for
everyone
including
your
pooch
at
the
dog
park/walk.
Soft
drinks
can
be
had
at
several
vending
machines.
Also,
an
outdoor
ice
skating
rink
is
available
during
the
winter
months.
Having
just
visited
the
Farmers
Market
for
first
time
in
2019,
I
am
including
some
new
stalls
and
photos.
