Came here for one night with my boyfriend. The man in the front office was very friendly and the location was perfect for what we needed it for. After reading reviews I was very skeptical but upon arriving to this “motel” I was shocked by how nice it actually is. The room was small but that is my only con. It was a clean room, updated brand new bedding, hot shower, great location and great price. I would definitely recommend this place if you are on a budget and don’t be scared of the reviews like I was.. this place is actually 4 stars in my opinion.

So it's a sex hotel... Which we wouldn't have had a problem with had we known. It was very uncomfortable once we put two and two together. For starters, the clerk seemingly had NO IDEA we were coming even though I booked this place months ago. At their front desk there were "hourly rates" which went over my head and straight into my boyfriend's. The room was TINY. We wanted a queen (it was called a standard queen) but it was quite clearly a full (and that's being generous). There were red, blue, and purple lights, which always seemed to flick on first, then you'd have to flick off, then on again to get poor regular lighting. Lastly, the icing on the cake if you would, was when (after unhooking our google home device) we tried to switch to cable (which was oddly under DVD) and we hit TV instead. Insta porn. Loads and loads of various porn films streamed endlessly from what we assumed was straight from a website. The walls were unnaturally thin (if you get what I'm saying). I'm all for doing whatever you want in your room, but if this is what kinda hotel it is...it would be better if the walls were thicker. The room felt barely clean the whole stay. Also because most of their guests leave quickly, the keys were constantly reset. Since we stayed for four days (four horrible days) every time we came back (it was really supposed to be a place to stay) they had to keep resetting our key. Truthfully, I'm all for their business methods (do what you want), but seriously this is something that people should know beforehand. Booking should keep this on their site, but I think a tagging system should be in play to let people separate "adult" hotels from "family" hotels because I would not want this to happen again. We were very...uncomfortable, the entire stay.

BED BUGS!!!! RUN!!! This place is infested. Roaches also. Not only will they charge your card after you've checked out. This place smells, it's gross, and isn't comfortable at all. GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!! Female manager took it upon herself to call me a fraud because I moved and drives license had old address. While ID and credit card had same name and my photo. Save yourself the hassle. Don't bother!!

Does not look like pictures, dirty, don't wash bed sheets , has huge problems with black customers.

Very racist Motel...The spanish lady that worked there last night round 11pm treating me and my husband so bad when we ask for service and yes we are black and the sad thing about it is im a pregnant woman....never again

This Motel has come a long way over the years. It is very Clean and neat and the rooms over all look is very nice. The Motel staff was helpful and nice. The only thing that I didn't care for was all you have to sit on is the bed or the toilet. There is no arm chair in the room to sit on to watch TV in. Other then that. This is a very good place to come when Traveling for work or visiting Family or Friends or for whatever your Traveling need may be. I recommend staying here very much.

This is definitely not the place to go for an extended stay with the family, but if you're looking for a relatively clean, safe, affordable place to stay on LI for a night or two (or for a few tawdry hours), this is the place. It's easily accessible by LIRR and not far from local beaches. The gentleman who works in the office is cordial and helpful. His surly female co-worker, however, is more dedicated to silently judging your reasons for being there than providing decent customer service.

Booked this room from out-of-state...should have researched better...didn't know they rented rooms by the hour...won't be back

As you can read in previous reviews, it's a hotel which you can book on hourly rates (2 hours $45, 3 hours $70?, ...) or regular $90 per night. A lot of those kind of hotels and motels look super old, but this one got a pretty nice interior design actually. It's also not too small. Check in and out was quick and easy. So far so good. But the sheets... I was really not looking for stains and hair and all that, but without even searching I found 4 hair.... pretty disgusting to imagine sleeping in sheets where others probably had sex in.

Very nice, clean and tidy place. The staff is so friendly and down to earth. Have stayed in the motel multiple times and have always had a great experience. Would recommend this motel to all.

The rooms are okay, they're better than most motels. They're clean !! but the lady in the front I guess she's the owner is very rude she doesn't like people even talking to her . They don't have no vending machines or nothing and the parking lot super super small.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Clean room. Restaurant next door was closed on Sunday. Hotel arranged transportation for us and assisted us with all needs.

The rooms are fairly New, They could be slightly wiped down more in between guests but not bad for a Motel, Be aware tho these rooms do get rented out up to 3 times in a row in 1 day looks like decent non run down working class people that rent them but they do get rented multiple times a day.

Same small entrance and exit into a small parking lot. Appears most of their guests don't stay overnight and just stay for a few hours to have sex. Sheets and towels have stains and pubic hair on them.

This is the worst motel the Mexican or crazy and racist don’t go there !!

Came here on my anniversary and the staff decorated to room beautifully for us!
