I
was
in
miserable
situation.
I
purchased
a
truck
back
in
January
from
another
dealership.
I
had
the
truck
for
a
total
of
6
days
and
then
it
died.
Long
story
short
Ford
bought
the
truck
back
from
me
after
several
months
and
I
was
told
to
find
another
truck.
I
chose
to
go
to
another
dealership
because
the
original
dealership
wasn’t
helpful.
I
guess
they
figured
it
was
my
problem
now
since
the
deal
was
a
week
old.
Basically
I
searched
around
and
found
another
truck
at
George
Wall
Ford.
I
inquired
online
and
within
an
hour
I
received
a
call
from
Juan
Estrella
the
sales
manager.
We
made
an
appointment
for
me
to
come
in
and
test
drive
the
new
truck.
When
I
got
to
the
dealership
I
was
met
by
my
salesperson
Diane
Estrella.
She
had
the
truck
already
upfront
for
me
and
ready
for
a
test
drive.
After
I
came
back
I
was
upfront
with
the
both
of
them
and
told
them
my
situation.
They
were
very
understanding
and
catered
to
my
needs
with
the
RAV
department
at
Ford.
It
took
another
month
to
close
on
the
new
truck
because
there
was
a
process
that
I
had
to
go
through.
Juan
and
Diane
made
this
process
seamless
for
me,
where
a
dealership
I’ve
been
doing
business
with
since
2005
didn’t
have
my
back
when
it
hit
the
fan.
I
can
honestly
say
George
Wall
Ford
has
earned
my
business
when
my
current
lease
is
up.
I
have
to
say
I
love
my
truck
and
will
continue
to
buy
Ford
products.
