I had a ring that belonged to my late mother resized with Kay Cameron and they did a phenomenal job, I will definitely be using them for any future needs! Their staff was very knowledgeable and helpful and they have a beautiful selection of jewelry as well!

Trish worked with my fiancé to design the most beautiful custom engagement ring. A few weeks ago we went back to pick out our wedding bands. She has been so patient and helpful throughout the whole process. I can’t speak more highly of Trish and Kay Cameron Jewelers. Had my Levian ring repaired. Needed a clear & chocolate diamond replaced, prongs fixed, and ring shaped & sized properly. It came out beautifully! So thankful. The cost was reasonable. It took a while to fix but can't put a time frame on perfection. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. If I could give more than 5 stars, I definitely would.

My Grandfather gave me his ring when he discovered he was terminally I'll and after he passed and my grieving was done I decided it was time to wear it. I brought my ring to kay cameron jewelers on August 9th and was sized by the in store clerk . I picked up the ring when it was done but it still did not fit. I brought to their attention that I was sized by them and it was obvious that a mistake was made on their end . The clerk got very confrontational and argumentative offering every and any excuse why it wasn't their fault , even suggesting it was because it was a humid day . After arguing with this clerk for 10 minutes I said this is ridiculous and is not how you treat a customer and demanded my ring back as I would bring it to someone else to have their mistake fixed. Kay cameron came out of her office and said she would like the opportunity to make things right . Reluctantly I gave her a second chance and she assured me it would be fixed immediately and that it would be the first thing the jeweler did on Monday. That was 2 weeks ago ! When I called to see if it was ready I was given the excuse that the jeweler was on vacation . I've given them every opportunity to make things right and all I've received is lies and excuses. Save yourself the aggravation and DO NOT BRING YOUR JEWELRY TO THESE PEOPLE ! they lie and deceive and are absolutely untrustworthy! I've lived in sayville for 48 years and will let all my neighbors, friends,and acquaintances know about my experience and how they left me with nothing but disappointment and lies ! Keep in mind I brought my ring to be sized on August 9th it is now September 11th only in the world of kay cameron does it take over a month to do nothing !

I met a friend in there before lunch snd was dazzled by the store! I decided to ask if they had a small cross. The representative helping me was friendly and efficient and knew exactly what I was looking for. Everyone in the store was friendly and professional. Last week I brought my 4 year old into Kay Cameron to get her ears pierced. After getting the first ear pierced she was very upset, crying and afraid to get the second ear pierced. An older woman who worked there but wasn’t doing the piercing got in my daughters face and screamed “Stop it!” I was horrified and in shock and just wanted to try and calm my child so she would sit for the other ear. Screaming in a child’s face is completely unacceptable!! If you don’t want to pierce children’s ears then don’t offer it. They had no problem taking my money. Do better.
