I
have
never
been
so
upset
with
a
place
that
I
would
leave
a
bad
review,
but
here
we
are.
My
fiancé
got
our
engagement
ring
here
and
the
ring
is
gorgeous,
but
it
was
big,
so
I
needed
to
get
it
sized.
They
told
my
fiancé
that
servicing
the
ring
would
be
no
problem
when
he
bought
it.
I
went
in
and
the
customer
service
girl
there
was
so
nasty
it
was
baffling.
She
told
me
to
size
it
would
take
2
weeks
and
they
would
have
to
ship
it
out.
When
I
protested
having
to
be
without
my
ring
for
2
weeks
and
that
it
would
be
shipped
out
like
a
post
card,
she
then
told
me
they
send
out
jewelry
worth
more
than
my
ring
all
of
the
time,
COULD
YOU
IMAGINE
THE
NERVE
OF
HER?
I
don't
care
if
my
ring
looks
like
a
rubber
band,
you
don't
say
that
to
a
customer!
I
sized
it
somewhere
else
but
it's
still
a
little
big
when
it's
cold
outside,
so
I
went
back
to
get
a
ring
guard,
but
although
their
website
and
sign
say
they're
open
until
7,
at
6:30
I
had
the
door
slammed
in
my
face
(I
don't
get
off
work
early
enough).
Needless
to
say,
I'd
rather
drive
to
Lake
Grove
or
Nassau
before
coming
back
to
this
Zales,
horrible,
horrible
service.
