She helped me book the right car for my function and was available for any further questions I had. The communications from the company were impressive. I would receive texts about my reservation and real time updates about when my car was arriving. Mohamed, our driver was super courteous and on time. The vehicle we rented was clean. We booked Olam for a Point A to Point B ride for my wife and bridal group during our wedding. The booking process was super and simple over the phone. We even had a change in hotel, as our initial AirBNB that we booked was cancelled and we had to book a hotel for the bridal group. We called Olam to update the location and they took care of it, with no additional charges. The driver arrived early and was ready for my wife and bridal group. Driver was very friendly as well. We do recommend Olam!

Easy and very friendly booking via phone, immediate email confirmation, driver waited for us already at luggage belt, very friendly driver, fast transport, clean car - as said just perfect! Henry and the other chauffeurs are wonderful! Very easy to make reservations and they are always at least 5-10 minutes early for pick up. Cars are immaculately clean and they provide water bottles as well. I never have to worry about whether our family will get to the airport on time or if we will be picked up to go home.

We used Olams services for a round trip to JFK with a party of 7. Henry was our driver and he was great. There was great communication from beginning to end. The SUV we used for everyone was comfortable, including luggage and stroller, the SUV was clean, waters were offered. We all felt comfortable. He showed up on time and was super friendly with everyone. Dorcas helped me from the beginning with booking, she answered all my questions and was super patient and thorough. I will definitely be using them for my next traveling needs, they have a great variety of vehicles in there fleet. I look forward to booking my next trip.

Called Olam Limo at 2am for a LAST MINUTE ride (majorrrr uber fail) for 4am pickup to LaGuardia airport. I knew this request was ridiculous but the manager went above and beyond for us and set us up with a driver for our request. Now that’s service! Henry was a very friendly & professional chauffeur and helped us with our luggage and to get us to the airport promptly. I am so grateful Olam came through for us and Henry was kind enough to get up earlier than he had to that day, because he definitely could have declined such a request on such short notice. But he didn’t and they didn’t either and that meant the world to us. we would have missed our flight for sure. Do not look further for exceptional service & accommodation.
