Terrible. DO NOT GO HERE. Doctors are extremely homophobic and transphobic, and will try sending your child to conversion therapy like they did me. The doctors do not listen to the patient and often ignores the patient when they're talking about their mental health and will dismiss you everytime and if you try mentioning it again they up your meds or send you into a psyc ward. The only thing I got out of this neuro was an Adderall addiction. Do yourself a favor and find a doctor's office that actually cares because going here is just a waste of time.

Do NOT bring anyone you care about here if you want them to survive, thrive and live a full life. The negligence is appalling

The doctors are great but it is extremely hard to get in touch with reception you will wait on the line for 45+ minutes before you give up. They do not call back when you leave voice-mails either. If your not local and can't walk in to make an appointment this is not a good spot for your pediatric needs.

Worst staff I have ever seen working in a doctors office. If you call for an appointment, they will give you attitude and hang up on your face. No professionalism.

This is the worst hospital I have ever seen. You can ring the bell for a nurse .they stick there head in the room turn off the bell and leave. Or they tell you they will be back in a minute. Half hour later your still waiting. I would let them take care of my dog

Two nights ago I was in the emergency room with my daughter. Although there are lots of signs advising to keep social distance it was not even possible. We sat outside of the triage room (there are 3 but only one was in use). Small room with 3 staff people inside it plus the patient. Frosted glass, so everything was easily visible. Staff obviously overworked and unfriendly (almost hostile!), After an hour and a half my daughter was called. She was very concerned about going in since in the entire time we sat there not once did anyone try to sanitize the room at all. And at least one patient had been extremely ill, vomiting profusely. She complained about the lack of sanitation which only infuriated an already hostile team who called for security to throw us out. The security guard said she had refused treatment, which was not at all true. The kids at McDonalds do a better job of sanitizing than this hospital does. Very said how down hill this place has gone!

This is the worst hospital! The Baxter Unit horrible. The nursing staff is never around to assist the patients. You will have to search for anyone to assist you. The nurse assistance bells rings for hours. I thought nurses were supposed to check on the patients especially the ones there For palliative care. That never happens.

my son had a sleep study test. the technicians were not helpful at all. I waited for 4 month to get this test done and they refuse to do the test because my son was crying they didn't attempt to put the wires either awake or after he falls a sleep.this test was important for me to rule out if my son needed surgery or not. the technition diagnosed my son that he has problems that he have adhd which is not true. they are careless and not helpful .like he was a doctor he told me to get my son surgery for adenosine and tonsil removed and not get the sleep study test done due to his behavior being hyperactive .my son was a patient at that office where the technician told me hi is disturbing other's patients that are sleeping.and he talked with his supervisor and the supervisor told him to tell us to leave the building that the sleep study test is not going to be done we we're treated like trash the technicians names are joe male, lenore female, and the supervisor name is Alec.I wouldn't recommend for your child to go their because they judge you and they are not helpful at all. And they don't care.

Just switched our care here from a very large “world renowned” and unfriendly institution, not on LI; Good Samaritan is much better in many ways, in terms of caring, attentiveness to our concerns and the overall level of knowledge from all caregivers has been excellent from inpatient then transitioning to this outpatient center. The entire staff and doctors at the GS center have been kind and very helpful. I’m very glad we found them; unfortunately after an unexpected hospitalization at Good Samaritan, but are thankful to have such helpful and knowledgeable care so close to home. I was overwhelmed with kindness when one of the nurses helped me out to the car because the baby is extremely medically fragile and I was carrying so many things, she took time from her lunch break to help us out. That was incredibly thoughtful and it was really touching.

My mom was admitted to the energency room on November 4 2023. She was blessed with a nurse named Julian. He was just wonderful. Compassionate and friendly and just went above and beyond

Dr. Gold was outstanding. Our first visit with our baby and he took the time to explain everything in detail. Great experience. Staff and nurses were very courteous.
