A BIG thank you to Nick and David. I recently went to this location and They were extremely helpful and beyond very patient with me. They took the time to explain things, answer my questions and even showed me around the facility which happens to be super clean. Storage shopping STINKS .. But they made this so easy for me that my “shopping” was over! I found my go to guys. Thank you again to Nick and David. You guys rock!! I will be recommending this location to everyone.

Absolutely amazing experience here. I was incredibly stressed about renting a unit and the process was absolutely amazing because of Nick and truly one of the main reasons I went to StorQuest over Public Storage. The facility is well kept, clean, and secure. The in person customer service was incredibly helpful, amazing and soooo much better! Highly recommend looking for Nick if you’re looking for a unit and are/were as stressed as I was about the whole process.

I had a wonderful experience at StorQuest self storage. Stephanie is AMAZING. I wasn’t sure exactly what size unit I should obtain but she helped me decide what unit would accommodate my needs. Her ability to show you how to maximize your space with all her ideas was spot on for my needs. She really knows her business/job! She has such a BEAUTIFUL PERSONALITY and engages with her client to make you feel welcome and that your opinion as a customer matters. Now I presently have a unit elsewhere for less but that saying that states, “You get what you pay for”, definitely applies to this store. It’s immaculate. So clean and inviting. I had to take the unit ☺️. Stephanie is an employee that all businesses should have. I can bet if they had Stephanie in their store she would definitely bring in and keep clients. Great service! Elwin was very kindly and funny guy, he explained us everything really good and give us the best attention. Storage is really clean, and the A/C works perfect, nothing bad!

Great facility; the manager Elwin was patient and helpful. He showed me different size lockers based on the details I was giving him and was able to pick a suitable to hold all my belongings while I relocate out of State.

Absolutely amazing service! Accommodated me even when I wanted to switch units 1 week after getting my first one. Both David and Elwin were not only professional but insanely nice. My unit was super clean, perfect for what I needed, climate controlled and Ill continue to use their services as long as I am on Long Island in this area!

Staff is very nice, patient and helpful. Place is clean and has plenty of carts to move your stuff from car to unit or unit to car. Like that you can enter the gate until 9:45 pm. I feel my things and I am safe at the facility.

Reasonable. It’s clean and staff is friendly. David was awesome at helping me get what was best for my needs.

Came back to find MANY of my items with mold. Used this as a safe place, with promised climate control to store my items while I live in a temporary smaller apartment, and need to save any space we have. ***they make you pay for insurance, which states it cover this kind of thing…. Little do you know, once you a claim they change their terms of only covering up to $500! ***they trap you! You can pay your end, and they don’t hold up their bargain!!

Be careful people they will ripped you off. I started paying 48 dollars for a small space after 4 months the rate my payment to 80 dollars and make you pay for insurance they should cover that.

Customer service from a male employee this morning (February 3, 2023) on the phone was very condescending and belittling. I asked to be told a specific date my bill was due for a grace period agreed upon and all he kept doing was COUNTING the DAYS of the calendar to me and telling me how late I was (5 days), purposely being belittling, when all I asked for was the specific date my bill was due. Disgusting! Customer service is everything when it comes to business. I asked for 1 single month for a courtesy extension of hours so that I can try to empty out my unit with enough time, that I've always used the hours prior to this month, but because I had to remove my credit card from autopay, there was no courtesy AT ALL with trying to help their customer for 1 single month. (And by the way, the other people posting about mold are correct. I am also in a basement unit and I too have had to come with wipes to wipe my stuff down!)

If you want to throw money away.. this is the place for you! I had the unit for just shy of 2 years and when I went to move out, my dinning room table, snack tables, a shelving unit along with other smaller items were covered in mold! The metal structure in the unit was also covered in mold. Although they claim they are climate controlled, they take 0 responsibility if the unit goes down or does not work properly. Fully read through the lease agreement before storing your belongings with them. They make you take out insurance but the pay out is only $500 and a $100 deductible. The assistant manager could have cared less about any of it. This place is a joke! Stay far, far away!

Be careful what you have in storage we were just broken into at this storquest West Babylon location collectibles were stolen worth a lot of money. Wondering if anyone else has checked their unit and how ours was just targeted?

Stay away from this place. All of your belongings will get ruined from mold in what is supposed to be a climate controlled environment. I had lost a couch, mattress, clothing , furniture to mold while in the basement units. The locations manger Glenn was an absolute joke. This happened over a year ago now and I still get angry at the way Glenn and their corporate people handled it. No one wanted to take any responsibility nor did they ever return any of my calls to corporate. I hope by now Glenn has been fired. I highly recommend life storage nearby in lindenhurst if you want a reputable company that actually maintains their facilities that also offers moving trucks that you can rent. Just stay away from storquest at all costs.

In these Store house everything is easy, check in, access to the storage, functional and clean facilities.

StorQuest was the third and final storage facility I researched and walked through. It was also the furthest of the three. Within 10 minutes I knew for sure that’s where I would trust my treasured memories and belongings. Stephanie was so very pleasant, patient, and helpful. I could see what a wonderful rapport she had established with many customers. Some made sure they stopped in to say hello, and they also waved hello or goodbye to each other. It says a lot when you see an employee on a first name basis with clients. These few brief moments showed me so much and I look forward to being a customer with them as long as I need. I’ve also already shared my opinion of the West Babylon location and also of Stephanie with many friends and family. Thank you StorQuest for making a very tough transition so tolerable. 😊

We've been to other storage facilities before, and unlike them this place is very clean, very well lit, and the people here are very friendly and helpful. We'll be moving out of our other facility shortly, and to our second unit here.
