The
one
star
is
regarding
the
grooming
department.
I
had
picked
up
a
3
month
old
doodle
puppy
to
foster
that
desperately
needed
grooming.
His
hair
was
matted
and
needed
help.
I
contacted
multiple
groomers
who
said
they
were
unable
to
groom
him
because
the
foster
group
did
not
provide
me
with
his
vaccine
records,
which
is
understandable.
I
walked
into
Petco
to
speak
with
the
grooming
department
to
see
if
they
would
groom
him
and
told
them
of
his
history
and
informed
that
I
didn’t
have
any
vaccine
records.
They
were
fine
with
it
and
said
he
was
too
young
to
receive
a
rabies
vaccine
so
they
could
groom
him.
I
reiterated
that
I
did
not
have
any
vaccine
records
to
bring
to
the
appt
and
wanted
confirmation
that
was
okay.
They
repeated
that
it’s
fine
since
he’s
too
young
to
have
a
rabies
vaccine
anyways.
I
booked
him
an
appt
for
the
following
day.
Next
day
comes
and
they
refuse
to
groom
him
without
vaccine
records.
Frustrating,
waste
of
time
and
disappointing.
If
they
had
said
they
wouldn’t
have
been
able
to
groom
him
from
the
beginning
I
would
have
understood
but
to
have
me
load
up
a
large
puppy
into
the
car
and
take
him
there
just
to
be
turned
away
when
I
spoke
with
someone
the
day
before
who
said
they
would
groom
him
was
a
waste
of
time
and
frustrating.
