This place is huge 😍 SHOES!!! Pocketbooks have never been an obsession or even care for me. I've always felt that it is your Shoe along with a Great Belt that make the outfit come together ❤ I finally found some flat shoes that I absolutely 💯% LOVE!!! They are name brand $50. Well worth that because they are.... Sooooo Comfortable!!! The staff was Wonderful!! The woman working there was super friendly & helpful 👌 She signed me up for a free rewards membership & gave me an instant 10% off of my purchase 😀 The back of the store is loaded with discounted shelves of off seasonal shoes. That is always exciting to go through... Everybody loves a bargain, right!!! So many shoe stores have gone under because of online shopping. However, I do hope this one stays open because I feel a shoe needs to be tried on for perfect fitting. This Place is a High THUMBS 👍

Worst customer service I have ever experienced, so much attitude from all employees. Never going back. The woman at the register that tried to help me out was basically yelling at me after I didn’t hear her if I needed my receipt or not.

Store was well stocked. Sales clerks didn't follow you around and gave customers space to shop.

First, their website states they open at 10:00am on Sunday, I visited there and the sign on the door for Sunday is 11:00am. Very disappointed, second the selection of shoes is limited.

No closed toe shoes at all . It's winter and all they shoes was open toes and back heels out and sandals like who is wearing these in December. This store needs to do better when it comes to shoes

Although store was clean and staff helpful not to mention the closest DSW to my house, I rarely find my selection in my size. If you need an 11 or 12 don't waste your time at this location.

Bought 2 pairs of Clark's men shoes for $96.00. Can't beat that. Nice selection and clean!!

They have the biggest variety of shoes around. That's their strong point. I found them to be a bit pricey though. Stay away from the Kelly & Katie brand. I paid $50 for these sandals and within 2 weeks they were peeling and now they feel uncomfortable. A friend had the same experience with this brand. I expected more for $50... you can get better quality and deals at Mar******. If your a bargain shopper you know the store I'm talking about.

Love it more now it has children's shoes! The prices keep it from being 5 stars as Adidas and other outlets beat the prices. But for men and women it has a solid selection. The small clearance areas have very good prices tho. I mainly look there as you can get up to 80% off. It's a great place if you are looking for good prices, then go elsewhere to price hunt. Or end up here. Places like this and outlets will put shoe stores in the Malls out of business. Good prices.

I was looking for inexpensive navy flip flops and light blue glitzy sandals. Couldn't find what I wanted but bought a pair of shoes on clearance. When I went to pay, the clerk told me I had an unused $5 coupon on record and offered to take it off my purchase. I REALLY appreciated that as I tend to forget to bring coupons to the store. She was friendly & helpful. I LOVE DSW!

I have been going here for many years. Unfortunately their variety in shoes is limited to a hit and miss basis. But their discounts on purses, luggage bags and other accessories are terrific. Their prices on dress shoes and sneakers , are very reasonable. They also have a good variety show boots and rain boots. I bought a pair of high rain boots about 6 or 7 years ago, and they are still in good shape.

Was very disappointed in their selection of men's shoes, actually, it was very sad. What selection they did have was not very good. So guys, looking for new shoes or casual footwear, skip this place, you won't find it here

Very disappointed at the cleanliness of the place. It was dirty. Even the bathroom reminded me of a dirty bathroom in Penn Station. The floors are dirty and the proof is in the displays which are dirty. Prices are great, place needs upkeep.

Not much of a selection of anything here. They rarely have my shoe size in stock (size 8). The discount coupons they send exclude Nike. I often find better deals elsewhere.
