I'm a very picky person when it comes to trusting my cars with shops, ever since I met the young gentlemen Mike, he has always been very helpful & polite. So I started to bring in my cars for repairs, oil changes, etc.. to the shop. Fast forward 2 years, this is the only shop I bring all my cars to for everything that needs to be done. As soon as you pull up to the shop, you get a great vibe from the employees. High quality work + fair prices!

Refused to do oil change because, my car was "knocking". I explained I was several thousand miles past due and low on oil. He said, sorry I can't do it. The solution to my problem is oil so I went to get a oil change at a place that only does oil changes.

I’ve been going to Pro Lube for over 16yrs. Mike and his crew are the only people I would let do my oil change other than myself. I lease my cars and receive free oil changes from the dealer but still go to Pro Lube! Competitive prices, knowledgeable staff, quick and honest service are just a few reasons I will always be a returning customer. Brought my Q60 RS for an Oil Change; staff is extremely friendly; Service took 20 Minutes they had me in and out extremely fast. They did NOT Try selling me services for my car like most shops do. Pricing is very good here to! Will be back again.

Went here on a whim because my transmission was acting up. They took me in right away and told me what they thought the issue was, topped off my fluids so I could get home. Came back the next day to get the work done and not only did they assess the situation again, they found the problem, it was half the price I thought it was going to be, and after trying 3 different Toyota dealerships unsuccessfully for the part, Kyle crafted what I needed himself and my car is back to running in top shape. Super impressed with this shop and their dedication to customer service. Big thanks again to Kyle and the rest of the team.

I've been getting my oil changes here for over 10yrs on my car and my wife's car. The last 2 times I had to take the car back because the oil plug was loose, but it was never noted on the comments they have on the receipt. Now I go there on 11/30/20 for an oil change and they told me I need an oil flush. I told them the last time I was here it was done. They said it was done a year ago. Due to COVID, and them being closed I had no where to take it but to my regular mechanic. My regular mechanic had told me that my plug to the oil pan is leaking and to bring it back to whoever normally does it. Which I did. The guy comes back to me and then tells me my oil plug is stripped and my oil pan is damaged. Its a little weird when this is where I go to get my oil changes all the time.. Than they put down on my receipt in the comments section damaged oil pan on arrival and that they are not responsible for any further damages. I am wondering why the 2 times when I had a problem with the oil plug not being on there tight it wasn't noted in the comments. Now my oil pan is messed up. Now they definitely lost my business we will not be going back. No customer loyalty. Buyer beware!

Hi this place is the best, as a single woman its so refreshing to go to a service place and not be bullied or pressured into getting needless services. These guys are always honest and make you feel at ease. Kyle changed my oil today, he kept me informed about my car and had the best positive personality. He was wonderful and is truly a great asset to your company.

My plate #HBY4957 and I am a regular customer at this location. Today is 11/12/20 and whoever did my oil change today should be taught how to talk to your customers or be terminated. I have been coming to this location for 10 years and for the first time I am disappointed with the customer service.

The staff is very friendly. They let you know before they start how much it will be minus the taxes. Just like every business they let you know what you need and try to upgrade certain things especially with big pick ups but you can always just be nice and say no and they leave it at that. They always tell you what they recommend but jts not always necessary. They fill up all your fluids and check your tires for you included in the oil change. I have always gone here since the day I started driving and my parents have always gone here. Highly recommend them!!!

Great help today from ...I wish I got his name. Honest guy, did there oil, and every other fluid as well. Helped me out with my coolant issue as well. I just feel better driving my car after bringing it here. Thx guys

I've been going here for a while now and staff always friendly. Prices are pretty competitive. I used to do my own oil changes but for the price and not having to dump the oil and shop for the supplies so much better.

First time there, quick and easy, 15 minutes tops. Very respectful and professional. Did a full service check up and even checked brakes at no extra cost. Definitely recommend going there for auto check up, I'll be back again for sure!

This is my first time done the oil change in here. I feel like 👍. First of all, I got there and then had a guy came out to ask me for what service? I said for oil change. He said okay. It totally charged $90. I thought it was a little bit expensive than other store. I gotta think for awhile. Then finally I decided to stay here let he did it for me. But this time he told me the price gotta change to $100. I really feel bad when he said that. I feel like he played a joke with me. Anyway, I need to trust people my ‘’ heart ‘’ said. He had work with another guy. They are professional. It only took 15 mins to be done. Really fast.

They were all professional and very upfront with everything. As a woman I felt like I was being treated like a person. A difference from Good Year. So happy I was recommended to come here

Mike and his team are awesome! Saturday afternoon, Labor Day weekend -- my car's alternator died. Just barely managed to pull into the ProLube parking lot. One team member greeted me immediately, looked at the car and told me what was wrong. Every garage was already closed for the holiday. Mike kindly invited me and my daughter to sit in their waiting area (air-conditioned!) while we made calls and waited for AAA tow truck, etc. Will always remember this kindness! Thanks, Mike!

I finally found an oil change place that does an oil change service using mobile oil. Oil change places that only provide 10-15 minutes oil change and other minor services and repairs are hard to find that use Mobil oil to fill the engine. There was no wait time. There is a small waiting area with about five chairs and merchandise displayed for sale, such as wiper blades and auto fragrances. When services are complete, checkout is in the waiting room. Methods of payment are cash and credit and debit cards. Also in the waiting area are magazines to read. This oil change place also sells batteries. Easy on and off Route 9

Pro Lube is incredible. Professional, experienced, and polite staff. I was blown away. Customer for life!

I've been going to Prolube for years. They are always fast, helpful and friendly. Their waiting room is clean, air conditioned and has magazines.
