I chose Cosmo Service Center because they have experience in servicing my Buick Regal. The service was thorough and quick. Everyone was very friendly. Overall I was pleased with the service. However I was NOT pleased with the fact that Cosmo passed on their 4% credit card fee (charged to businesses for the convenience of accepting credit cards). This increased my balance by $32! This fee is traditionally charged to the BUSINESS not to the customer.

Have been a loyal customer for years. New owners are awesome, Nunzio and the crew are top notch and I trust them with all my cars! They are a dying breed of auto mechanics; knowledgeable, professional, courteous and willing to go the extra yard for you. Can't say enough about these guys. They're the best!

These folks are awesome! I have a daughter going to school on Long Island, and I live more than 1400 miles away, I needed a mechanic I could trust to help when I couldn’t be there to and the team at Cosmo’s has came through repeatedly. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Was bummed out when I learned last year that the mechanic I had been going to for many years retired. One of his workers got a job at this place and my parents followed him here. I live out east and willing to drive to West Babylon for my car. It's hard to find good mechanics who actually do the job right. Cosmo's is a great place to have your cars worked on. I came in for an inspection and was told I needed new back breaks and it didn't take a long time waiting there for the work to be done. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend them.

The staff at Cosmo’s provide excellent customer service and do outstanding repair work. I have a Mercedes Sprinter that no one wants to work on, Cosmo’s being an exception. I trust their service technicians with the repairs and maintenance on my vehicle, and I am always charged fairly for the services provided.

Had inspection sticker need & brake pads changed recently. The whole team is just that; a TEAM!! I felt especially favored although I’m sure all of their clients do. My car was taken in quickly while the availability of parts/expertise/talent is always a total comfort.

Cosmo’s Service Center is a great! They really care for the people. When we leave our vehicles with them we are confident that they will get the job done! It’s always a pleasure.

They took me in quickly and told me it might take a couple of hours and was done within the hour. I’ve been using them my whole life. And they recently changed management/owners, the service is still top notch.

I brought my daughters car there and they did a very good job. She doesn’t have a lot of money and they worked with her to keep the bill at a reasonable amount. Very nice people all around.

My engine check light was on and because I need to drive back and forth to North Carolina, I knew it had to be looked at. They replaced a number of parts and updated my computer. The car runs great now; they are both very honest and great mechanics and I will go back as needed.

And repairs and there was always good communication if a repair needs to be made, and they explain to you what’s going on, if it needs to be fixed immediately or can wait, and transparent pricing. Cosmos repaired several issues with my car concerning the driver’s side automatic window and replacement of the regulator/module, engine coolant temperature and overheating, changed my oil, and fixed a mechanical issue with my windshield wiper fluid dispenser. The work was done quickly, and affordable. I have found a new auto mechanic and repair service! I was referred by one of their longtime existing customers. Thanks Cosmos for the good work.

Crooks. Robbed me. Alternator replacement on car. Should have costs no more than $325.00 tops. He charged me $584.97. Are you kidding me. Never again. He’s a CROOK

Very positive experience!! Test drove my vehicle with me to make sure they were solving the problem. I was very pleased with the professionalism of Nunzio and the technician that worked on my car!!

I explained the issue with my vehicle and of course it performed fine. The staff at Cosmos was understanding and we took it on a test drive. The mechanic diagnosed the issue on the test drive. They fixed the issue immediately and I have not had any problem since. I think I found my new repair shop.

I drop off my 2018 bmw 7 series to replace a defective strut and was very please with the outcome. They kept me inform and up to date about the status of job. Very courteous and professional. I would recommend this shop for all your car needs
