Found an issue on the test drive, it was addressed immediately. 2 other issues were addressed & corrected, no questions asked. John & Pete were true professionals. John helped me out in such an enormous way. I went to 5 car dealerships before finally seeing him. All of them were trying to charge me so much more, or wouldn't help me because of my poor credit. I walked in with my hopes very low, but within less than a month John helped me get a beautiful jeep in great condition for a reasonable monthly payment price. If it wasn't for him, I would still be carpooling to work. He was very thorough, nice, and all around good person who wasn't there to just get my money, he was there to genuinely help me get what I needed quickly and price efficiently. I am so happy I went here, I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a good conditioned used car. They are super nice, helpful, friendly, and just all around good people. Best place ever. I have bad credit, so it was too hard to get a car with financing. I visited a lot of place before this dealership, they always said that I just needed to come or I got approved to get a car. But when I got the dealership, they always said I needed a cosigner or pay down a lot. They did not care how long it took to get there. I was exhausted and tired, but I needed a car to work. This place, New get auto group was the best place. The guy, John, understood my situation and helped me out as much as he could. I would got one from this dealership if I did not get a car from the other dealership. Thanks, John. I will buy a car from your place if I have next chance.

When my car broke down I had a mini panic attack at the thought of having to buy a new car during a pandemic. I'm very happy to say I felt much better having gone here. New Gen defies what you hear about used car dealerships. John was very helpful and upfront. When I wasn't sold on what I originally went to look at, he pointed out a RAM 2500 that he thought I would want. I realized on the test drive he was right. John also made the process easy to understand as well as the finance options. I would definitely do business with him again and recommend anyone looking for a used vehicle to do the same.

This place was great, I walked in over the summer looking at inventory, not a huge selection but decent. I was never pressured to buy anything there, despite my frequent returns and interest in one vehicle in particular. When I decided to move forward, I was able to have my car checked out by my mechanic with no issues, the recommendations were addressed with no issues, this place was great to work with, I would easily buy another from them in the future.

The best dealership in town, offering an effortless and seamless experience! I've been to numerous major dealerships that took my credit for a ride causing me to have a low credit score and having to pay more out of pocket, but this dealership was up front and their honesty was impeccable!! A decent and affordable down payment later, I was finally able to afford me a beautiful SUV that i wanted and was very comfortable with the monthly payments. This dealership was a GOD sent!!
