Honestly wish I could give zero stars... Where do I even start, my sibling went here to purchase her very first vehicle recently and it was a terrible experience. Everything started of nice and finance seemed very helpful till they LIED to her and told her she needed to purchase a warranty. They made her put $3,000 on a extended warranty! Once she told me all of this I immediately knew that was a lie due to me working in the car business as well. 0nce I called them myself on behave of my little sister and told them to cancel the warranties they acted like they didn't know what was going on and told me they'd call back... Need less to say I had to call back THREE TIMES just to have the finance guy tell me he's not dealing with me nor helping her out because he doesn't know me even though I told him I was helping my sister and he looked up the deal and gave me information. I wouldn't recommend EVER buying a vehicle here they're shady and only care about putting money in their pockets! Terrible people.

I recently bought a 2020 Toyota Camry from this dealer on July 3 2021. After discussing and agreeing on a purchase price with the Sales rep I requested the Carfax for the car. The Sales rep informed my wife and I the Carfax will be provided to us shortly so we proceeded with the process of buying the car. After all documentation was completed in the back room with the finance rep, I once again requested for the Carfax before signing any document. The finance rep was surprised that the Carfax was yet to be provided so he called the Sales rep who then provided us with the Carfax. Upon checking the Carfax we realized the car had been in an accident which caused the air bag to deploy and the car had to be towed. At this point, the plates from the car we turned in was already on the new car, the insurance was already switched to the new car. We went back for a reduced price but the owner refused and at this point my wife was already interested in the car so we decided to proceed with purchasing the car. Yesterday, August 8 2021. I took the car to Toyota to have the car valued, the car was valued at $3,000 due to the accident history but we purchased the car for over $24,000. We are now stuck with paying off this loan of 24k to a car currently valued at 3k. Please be mindful when doing business with this dealer and always ask for the Carfax first and make sure it is presented before any agreement.

This place looks good on the outside but is not! The financing will run your credit with banks you didn't ask for, even when you come in with your own pre approval and tell them specifically what you want. When you have issues and try to reach them they bang the phone on you. Bought a car that they were supposed to fix something on, went there 3 times to get the run around. A scamming place. Stay away.

I love my new car! My husband and I came to Long Island motors to see a car that was advertised on line. Sadly it was sold.. Special thanks to the team.. Angel, Joann, Louis, and David. We started with Angel who gave us a few different choices and answered all our many questions.. Then we met Joann who went over all the pricing and really worked hard to get us the best price on this beautiful 2017 Ford Escape that was totally out of our price range. She totally made it work for us! Louis helped out so much by taking it to get inspected, and filling the tank that night instead of having us come back.. When we got it home, we noticed a tire was a bit worn, we called David the manager and he put all new tires no hassle no BS! I definitely recommend Long Island Motors!

One of worst companies, I would never recommend this company to anyone they are a bunch of thief’s they will steal your money At this point I’m gonna reach out to the better business bureau and file a full complaint on this company, please be aware of this business they stole 3,000 dollars and extremely unprofessional..

MIGUEL AND JOANN ARE AWESOME!!! This place is great. They are patient and work with you to insure you have the best experience. They even went so far as to help us figure out what insurance works best for us. They understood although that wasn’t their responsibility to do so, they wanted to make sure we were comfortable with making the car payments in the long run. My family and I went to multiple dealerships who weren’t helpful because we couldn’t afford the car we were looking for. But Miguel and Joann explained everything to expect and spent the whole day with us making the effort into getting the car we wanted. I am definitely recommending this place to my family and friends!!

I was referred to LI Motors, and stopping there was the best choice I could’ve made.. The staff treated me like family. MIGUEL IS THE MAN!! He made it all happen and my credit was very bad... ON MY FIRST VISIT!! I drove away in a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee and with payments NO ONE COULD BEAT!!
