I’ve been here a few times and decided that I won’t be coming here anymore. The workers at this nail salon does decent nails but they’re also VERY money hungry. They will constantly harass you about giving a tip. At the end of your service they will try to force you to use the ATM so you can take out cash to tip them. When I told them I didn’t want to use to the ATM they made sure to tell me to leave a tip on the card. I went back to get a full set and the lady wanted to do my nails HER way , which was more expensive and I told her I only wanted gel she insisted I get powder when I told her no she got upset started talking about me to her co workers in their language which was rude and unprofessional at the end of the service she had the nerve to ask for a tip.

I've been going here since I was in high school. I'm now have a family of my own. I've had them do my nails for over 5 graduations and weddings... even for a event or just for every day work. The work I do consist of washing my hands a lot and the best gel tips manicures lasted 3 weeks without chip. I only have Jessie do my eyebrows since H.S. and I've had Jessie, Krystal and Lee do my nails. I've seen the other ladies work and it's nice as well. They do designs and pedicures. A must to try and become a regular.

Went for a pedicure which cost 25. They used dirty tools and cut the cuticle really deeply. It’s been bleeding for over an hour. The woman doing my pedicure tried to hide the cut, and not let me look. When I asked if there was a discount she was very rude and called me cheap. I tried to speak to the manager but the manager was incredibly rude and offered no real solution. I’m upset and worried that the cut is going to get infected, it’s still bleeding. They also didn’t warn about the charge when using a debit card. All in all really nasty and I wouldn’t come back again.

I have been coming here as long as they have been open. Its clean, they do an amazing job. I love them.

Kimberly is my nail tech and she knows me in and out. She and the ladies are humble and hard working they have been serving our community for a very long time. The wait is worth the service!

I'm new to this place, recommended by a friend , the wait can be a little long , even with a appointment, they're good with nail designs especially Jessie, although stones and designs are a little pricey.., and my pedicure was good too. The customer service or interactions can be a little better. But I've returned, so... so far so good

Dana hands down, she is awesome. Thank you. I received great service. The only other constructive criticism I would give is advise for future reference give price of services immediately when customers ask for service because they may or may not have the money to cover (just so no one looks bad and they don't get upset cost wasn't given upfront).

I used to enjoy coming here, now I'm disappointed with the last visit. You have a few techs that will avoid what you ask for just to do a rush job to not lose in walking customers. My nails broke within 24 hours. It wasn't the first disappointment but it's definitely my last.

This is my go to nail salon but waits can be very long because they are always busy. If your looking for nails with lots of details look no farther.

I only go to this place for my nails and eyebrow waxing . Very friendly service.. at affordable prices.

I’ve been coming to this place for 17 years, FAITHFULLY!!! They are the best!! Especially Jesse!!! I refuse to go anywhere else..

The prices are too high! I went from $42 for mani and pedi to $80! And then they have a cash machine that charges $1.49 and a CC machine that charges $5!! They are robbing us!

Jesse does an amazing job on my eyebrows with the perfect arch. I didn't even have to explain to her how I like it done and she made them beautiful. Also the guy doing pedicure is always on point, they even add acrylic or gel to perfect the shape of your nail so that your pedicure is flawless. Their full sets are beautiful too.

I thoroughly enjoyed going. My nail tech was Lisa and she did an amazing job. She got the extra cuticle and nail on my toes. When she did my full set she took her time and they are perfect. No caked-up acrylic under my nails. Gorgeous work and it didn't take all morning

The workers there harass you about giving tips, and if they feel like the tip that you give is not enough, they try to embarrass you in front of everyone .they do good work, however, I will never do business with them again

I got a pedicure and the guy who worked on my feet did an excellent job . I only gave 4 stars vecause they charged 2 dollars fee for using a card in which is not posted anywhere in the store except that they only take cash on Sundays.

The guy doing my toes was very aggressive and had a really nasty attitude He didn’t cut my nails, refused to soak off my acrylic and wanted to paint on top of old acrylic when the nails where clearly longer and needed at least a fill in. Charged me 25 dollars after using dirty tools and only applying soap on my feet nothing else. The people in this place are not professional at all, if you want to be treated poorly and get a really bad service where everyone has an attitude then you can go to this place.THE WORST NAIL SALON in Long Island.

This place is terrible they use subpar products, did a French manicure new set and was nothing like the pic that I showed them! They took 2 hours to finish my nails and I left very disappointed. I week later the acrylic was lifting!!! I have been getting my nails done for many many years never had this happen to ever! Save your money and your time this place is not worth it!!!!

Nail technician stabbed with with her NAIL and it’s now infected. Never going back. Pics from the day I got my nails done (5/9/19) vs today (5/15/19)
