These wonderful workers are so magnificent. They have helped me and my husband with our bearded dragon named Lia, they give us suggestions and guidance when it came to our bearded dragon, their products has reasonable prices, and over all they are beautiful individuals who take care of their animals and the owners who own their exotic pets. If any owner has any exotic animal companions and needs food for them or other things you guys need from the store, I highly recommend going to CREEPY CREATURES!! I popped in to ask about purchasing a tortoise and the owner handled me with such care. I had plenty of questions such as cost, what is needed for his home, what to feed etc. I returned a few hours later and bought the little tortoise and the owner helped set everything up so I wouldn’t have to worry. I wrote down a list of instructions to remember such as temperature, food in take etc. I called the next morning to provide details for his first night and messaged on FB when they were closed. I received a reply instantly and am so happy to say this was the best place to go to!! Highly recommend Doug and his store if you are in need of a reptile.

A few days ago I went in Creepy Creatures for the first time just to pick up some bulbs and other accessories for my 2 snakes. I had good conversations with Tommy and Greg. The two very knowledgeable about snakes and reptiles. We start to talk about a very underrated snake, the Black African House Snake. They just so happen to have 3 or 4 in the store. Anyways I feel in love with one of their 1 year old females. She was like a puppy dog. I paid for my things, which the owner Tommy gave me a discount despite just meeting me, and went on my way. But I couldn't get the snake out of my mind. So the next day which was yesterday I go back in and purchase the snake, a tank with a great background in it already, and 2 hides. The total was around $280 with Tommy again giving me ten dollars off one of the hides. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for good reptiles. The staff was great and so were their animals. I love this Black House Snake. I call her Raven. Thanks guys again and I'll definitely see you soon. Love your favorite Pollock who is more Silician. Lol

Cool place lots of cool stuff. But I made my first and last purchase from this place. Bought a tarantula from there got home put it in it's enclosure then noticed it already hooked out. I will take some responsibility for not inspecting it closer before buying but I don't think they should have even been selling a tarantula that's pretty much on its way out. So that one interaction soured me to the place. Plenty other places to get tarantulas from should have stuck with my go to

Great store. I've been going here since they opened nearby my work for my Reptile supplies after rescuing a bearded dragon. I like that they always have hornworms in stock, kept in a mini fridge lots of them and usually a variety of sizes. Also have superworms, crickets, Dubai roaches, and more , plus other feed including the usual suspects for snakes. Nice collection of reptiles and Tommy is very knowledgeable, along with the girls, sorry I don't know their names but very cool, and check out the cool little handmade hats she ls always coming up with for your pet while your there. They always do their best to honestly answer my questions about my lil buddy and encourage you to check them out, if you own a reptile it makes no sense to go to one of those box stores with a pimple faced kid and no Worms ever when this place Will have what you need!

got my first snake ever here a month or so ago. i was so happy with how helpful the staff was! they answered all of my questions and set me up with everything i needed. i have a ton of experience with dogs and cats as i’m a vet tech but was admittedly clueless about reptiles. i was set up with everything i needed to succeed and am happy to report that crunchwrap the hognose is eating, growing, and super easy to handle. i would totally recommend this store for anyone looking for a reptile. not only was i super happy with my own experience, but even hearing how staff talked to OTHER customers i was super impressed! not only are they knowledgeable but super kind :)

I can’t say enough good things about this reptile store. I am a nervous Nelly and always worried that something is wrong with my bearded dragon. They always answer my questions, no matter how dumb they may be with kindness and respect. I must of called 5x every day the first week after bringing my beardie home and they did not make me feel like I was nuts, even though I was worrying over nothing. The owner, Tom is extremely knowledgeable on all reptiles, feeders for reptiles, and equipment needed to bring reptiles home. They always go above and beyond for me and my bearded dragon. They carry all the feeders needed for your reptiles and their prices are appropriate. The upgrades made to the store recently are amazing and the staff is second to none. I bought my beardie from them about 2 years ago, and they have been so helpful ever since. Thank you to Tom and staff at creepy creatures for your patience, support and help with my Sunny.

I love this store, I just brought a baby gargoyle gecko from them and i had such a great experience in this store. Everyone was really nice and knowledgeable they educated me on how to take care of my gecko. The type of things I may need for my tank and so much more. They also have a great variety of things. Spiders, big, small, jumpy ones. Snakes all kinds of colors and species, lizards baby and adults and so much… creepy creatures just gained a loyal customer. GO THERE NOW !!! And buy your new pet

The place is truly amazing!! Walked in and was not only greeted by the owner first but the entire store and was shown around as well making sure all my needs as a costumer was meet and ended up finding the best and newest additional to the family a Dumeril Boa. The Owner is also outstanding from a businessman all the way down to a personal level where he answered all my questions and even taught me something new about my new scaly friend. I highly recommend everyone comes here to find that right pet for their family!

Recently purchased a baby bearded dragon from Creepy Creatures. Can not say enough good things over how amazing this experience has been. Besides having a cute little guy, the staff and owner have helped me feel so good about raising him and have been so incredibly helpful. They go above and beyond! An amazing reptile store I will not stop raving about and recommending!

I haven't even bought anything here yet, but every time I come, the owner (I think) is always super helpful, patient, and informative. Don't want to trash the competition, but comparatively, this place is much more personable and seems more knowledgeable and invested in the animals/hobby. Also, I read through all the negative reviews here, and they're all from years ago, when it was under a different name and apparently different ownership. All recent reviews seem to agree this is a great place for herps, best on Long Island in my opinion (and I visited them all multiple times).

Tom and his staff were super helpful! Tom really knows so much about the animals and you can tell he really cares about the animals and loves what he does. We bought the Red Foot Tortoise and the Crested Gecko and my niece and nephew absolutely love them. Tom really took his time explaining and sharing helpful information to us on how to care for the animals. We had such a great experience. If you're looking for any exotic lovable pets you should definitely check out Creepy Creatures!

Good spot got a great short tailed python that is super tame and feeds like a beast. Gave him my veiled Chameleon when I moved to cali. Reptiles are fair prices.

Our son wanted a crested gecko and I have to tell creepy creatures is the place to get it. Doug was extremely helpful and extremely knowledgeable about how to care for and take care of the little geckos. We would definitely recommend anyone that is interested in buying any kind of reptile to go to creepy creatures.

The guy Tom was very nice and he gave all honest answers. I definitely recommend going there if you are a beginner reptile owner.

My Niece wanted a 🐸 and we got a Bumpy Tree Frog, container, plants, food (worms & crickets), thermometer, and plenty of good food advice. The guys at Creepy Creatures were fantastic! I called on Monday, 10/18/21, and spoke with a lovely girl and she directed my issue to Tom. My beardy appeared to have an eye issue. Tom told me to come right in, he saw Spike right away, put drops in his eye and then trimmed his nails for me. I highly recommend him and the store!! Thanks for everything!!!

Came here for the first time to get some wood for my snakes tank, I couldn't of had a better experience. Jorge spent 1/2hr+ with me, encouraging me to hold whatever I wanted (including getting to feed an awesome chameleon!) while providing a wealth of information. He didn't try to "sell" me anything and told me what was and wasn't necessary for my snake. I highly recommend them, they have my business for sure!!

Super awesome staff and petshop, they sell reptiles only. I bought a baby box tortoise almost a year ago. I called the petshop very often until I fully understood how to care for him, and they were always ready to help and super friendly too (even though i was annoying). I highly recommend!
