My mom and I used to love Bed Bath & Beyond and were sad when their stores started closing or downsizing where we used to live. We were so looking forward to visiting this branch but were honestly quite disappointed. The sections were disorganized, and some items were placed on shelves with the wrong price labels. I picked up a couple loaf pans thinking they were $6 each based on the label on the shelf, only to get to the self check-out counter and find they were actually $12 each. I tried to get an employee to help me sort out the discrepancy and cancel the purchase, but this took at least 10 minutes because there was only one person very slowly attending to the many shoppers needing help at self check-out. It didn't seem that there were any employee-run check-out counters, and there weren't any other employees to help out either. Apart from all this, I had a horrible experience with their restroom which was DISGUSTING - ironic considering the store is literally called Bed Bath & Beyond. You would think with all the bathroom items and cleaning supplies they sell, they would be able to take better care of their toilets. Guess not. Probably will stick to online shopping from now on.

Quality control on returns is awful. I received a nespresso machine for Christmas and quickly discovered it was a used machine. My first clue was seeing water residue in the canisters while unpacking. 2nd clue was when i turned on the cleaning process the water was brown coming out of it. Last, and worst of all, there were 4 pods missing from the case. Such a horrible experience and so disappointing... will never shop at this store again.

Do not go to this store. Everything is over priced, they carry half the inventory along with half the employees. Not one register with an actual human anymore. All self checkout and it’s a nightmare. Wouldn’t be surprised if this location is closed in the next 12 months.

Depressingly empty, depressingly understocked, depressingly understaffed. In the linens dept. I actually, for real, heard a cricket chirping. Very prophetic. Of course, couldn't find what I was looking for. Such a shame...used to be of my favorite go-to stores. Will probably not go there so much anymore. Sad.

Love our new garden lighthouse with solar lights. Also got a steamer to clean the bathroom. The staff was great, very helpful and due to a defect on the lighthouse, not only did we get 10% off, I was able to use a $20 off purchase and 20% off as well. Great BBB experience tonight!!!!

What happened? All self checkout, no cash only credit card. The store looks like a bargain basement. What a shame. Whoever in corporate thought this is what people want is gravley mistaken.

Very good customer service here, asked multiple times by many different employees if I needed assistance, but were in no way pushy

Don’t recommend. This store used to be a favorite place for finding treasures and deals. Not anymore. The store is empty with poor selection of overpriced items. Will sadly miss shopping here

Although I did not actually shop in the store, I must say that the customer service I received (over the phone) was excellent. I called to see if a certain vitamin was available and although I was put on hold, they kept informing me as to how long it would be and to "please hold and not hang up." Carol informed me that they did not have what I needed but did have a few similar products.She took the time to discuss what was available and see if I was interested in any of them. I did not feel that they would suit my needs so she was kind enough to refer me to other places as to where I may find the vitamins. She was caring, knowledgeable, and took a lot of time with me. I t seems that many people/companies have forgotten what "good" customer service is but not Carol, she remembered and did a wonderful job!

I like this store has great items at good price also sends out 20persent coupons I always find what I need here

This is the worst bed bath &beyond ,you can’t find anything in this location , bad customer service , nobody on the sales floor, they all stay by the pick up and return table ,

Renee one of the associates was not helpful at all, first and last ti.e at this store. Trying to returned an item and giving me hard time.

Enjoy going to this store. Usually can find almost everything. Too bad, this time I arrived too late and they were out of Christmas gift bags, but that was my fault. Love the diversity of items.
