The staff is so personable, kind, and patient. However, the wait was terrible. ALmost 2 hours just for the photos to be taken and another hour to wait and go through the photos to create an order. Paid for express shipping (an extra 27.99) just to have an email sent a few days prior to Christmas that "due to supply shortages my order is delayed and will not be received in time." The experience of having family photos done was fun. To actually be in the photos (because I am usually the one taking them for my family) was great. The whole experience was a bit stressful due to the wait and lack of getting holiday cards in time despite paying for express shipping to ensure I would have ample time to do so.

I had a really bad experience pictures came out horrible my appointment was at 7:45pm didn't get seen until almost 9pm! On top of that I felt rushed and urged to pay for pictures I wasn't satisfied with. Do not take pictures here there customer service was horrible!

There should be a way to leave right after photos are taken and shop online. We waited at least an hour to review our pictures, and were pretty cranky by then, not interested in spending time to go through them.

I took my 8 month old here for baptism pictures and was very happy with the overall experience. Angela is super patient and bubbly, she helped my baby smile a lot for the pictures! She also made suggestions on which backgrounds would complement the baby’s outfit and was understanding about my last minute changes.. Would definitely recommend this location for pictures (Bayshore).

Went there with parents for to order graduation pics. Staff was really nice and took care of all our concerns and answered all of our questions. The woman who took the picture for us made it an amazing experience. Everyone of us had fun. It’s nice to see someone caring about their jobs. Though one thing to be aware of is long line potentially. If you suspect the people before you were late, you’re probably gonna be there for a longer time then you expected.

After making my appointment and confirming I would be there for a 4PM appointment I arrived 30 minutes early but had to wait 15 just to check in. That should have been my clue to leave. They checked me in and told me my wait time would be about 45 minutes I decided I would wait. I came back to check in again at 4:45 and was told I had to wait at least another hour and that there is no way to tell exactly how long wait times are. I wasted time and energy going to this place and will never go again.

We went to get my granddaughters newborn photos there. We had Angela as our photographer. She was amazing with the baby... So patient. We did not feel rushed. (ya never know how a newborn will act) She was simply amazing!!

I went for my son’s third birthday pics. The photographer Angela was great with him. She got him to respond and do really cool poses. The pictures came out great. The pics are a bit expensive so go searching for coupons before you schedule a session. Thankfully jcpenney loves giving coupons so it’s all good. Definitely go to the bayshore location for your family pics

The crew here is excellent, they are professional, polite and we truly enjoy working with each photographer. Today we had the pleasure of working with Emily, I can’t believe she remembered us from before the pandemic. She really puts her all into getting that perfect shot. They now even mail the pictures to you after your session saving you time and gas. Lol

The two ladies that took the photos were amazing, esp Ms. Angela. We had family photos taken the 6 grandkids. All 5 and under. They had such patience and were so understanding. The problem we had was the was no AC it was SOOOO HOT! My husband wanted to buy a shirt and it took 30 minutes to find someone. None of the registers upstairs were open so everything just took forever and again it was SO HOT. Those employees should not have to work under those conditions and it made the experience for our kids so annoying they were... They go cranky. Again I LOVED the employees they were great! But the conditions... I would think twice about going back.

Our photographer was great - friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. We got a very good deal and had a LOT of fun.

Photographer was great. After the photoshoot we had to wait nearly 45 minutes just for the manager to return so we could view the photos and then had to deal with all the sales pitches. All this while my child was screaming. Wouldn’t recommend

They did not spend much time or effort trying to get good photos of my kids who are well behaved and easy going. There were several times during the session we all were just sitting waiting for directions or something to happen. I had very little selection of decent photos and was rushed through choosing what I wanted. I will definitely be looking for a different place to do my family photos next time.
